I trust that you are celebrating this day in a culturaly appropriate manner. I merely commend to you the tweet of the activist Titania McGrath and also commend to you her book "Woke" which out yesterday. I have given copies to the Mrs and daughter Olaf to celebrate IWD with them. I also look at Own Goals Soccer Centres (GOAL), idiot knobs and Big Sofa (BST), Andalas (ADL) and Flybe (FLYB). If you enjoyed this bearcast, follow Jim Mellon and support the Rogue Bloggers for Woodlarks HERE.

I cover the matter in the tiitle at the end of this podcast and also remind you that tomorrow is my first long training walk for the 33 mile Woodlarks trek in the summer where we now have EIGHT rogue bloggers signed up and where I ask each bearcast listener to think of me tomorrow and donate a tenner HERE. In the podcast I discuss my unhappiness over City behaviour at Reach4Entertainment (R4E), Yourgene (YGEN) and ref Chris Oil. I stress that I own shares in Yourgene and Reach and both are cheap notwithstanding my unhappiness. I look at Haydale (HAYD), Flybe (FLYB) and Chesterfield (CHF)

Today's podcast focusses in on the sheer stupidity of some private investors and covers Flybe (FLYB), Haydale (HAYD), Telit (TCM) and finally the disgraceful tale of crony capitalism that is Davictus (DVT).

With help from Chris "three brains" Bailey and the Sun Newspaper I explain the logic behind young Steve's weekend plans. I then look at GLI Finance (GLIF), try to explain a few points to a man who attacks a bearcast he has not listened to (Brokerman Dan), Flybe (FLYB ), Blue Prism (PRSM) - surely a stonking short - and Westminster Group (WSG) and its record of cash guzzling shame.

There is a lot of bad language in this podcast. Do not play it in front of the children. In it I cover Naibu (NBU), Daniel Stewart (DAN) and Pinsent Masons (WANKERS) and the latest from their legal battle. I look at TrakM8 (TRAK), Angus Energy (ANGS), UK Oil & Gas (UKOG), Flybe (FLYB), and AIQ (AIQ).

I wrote about Flybe (FLYB) last week when the shares were trading at 3p and suggested that, borrow permitting, they should be shorted as:

Some fools were buying shares in Flybe (FLYB) at up to 4p yesterday on the hope of a counter offer to the 1p a share Virgin/Stobart (STOB) bid. Fools. They should have followed the sage advice of ShareProphets. Today Flybe has knocked all that on the head and the shares have crashed to 2.57p. They are still 150% or more overvalued.

Well so much for a slow housing market! It looks as if it is full steam ahead on a move to the Grim North! Away from that, in today's podcast I look at Revolution Bars (RBG), Photonstar Led (PSL), Debenhams (DEB), Flybe (FLYB), Gear4Music (G4M) and Goals Soccer Centres (GOAL). And I commend to you Gary's fine piece on Eqtec (EQT).

As I have pointed out before, when a company’s management tells you that it is bust it pays to believe them. Last month I recommended shorting Flybe (FLYB) at 15p on the basis that although the statement in November, putting itself up for sale, had not used the word “worthless” to describe its equity, it was clear that any bid for the debt-laden company was not going to leave anything more than a token amount for shareholders.

Oh dear, Oh dear. Is that the smell of burned Bulletin Board Moron fingers I detect? Flybe (FLYB) shares were 16p last night. This morning it has announced an agreed takeover from Virgin and Stobart (STOB) at just 1p per share. And that is generous. Lucian Miers and I did warn you.

Several people have asked me about Thomas Cook (TCG) recently where there is certainly an element of déjà vu from seven years ago. I was short then on the basis that the company was insolvent and was waiting patiently for the shares to go from 10p to zero...

In today's bearcast I explian where I was yesterday afternoon with Joshua. Roaarrrr! Then I look at Condor Gold (CNR), Galantas (GAL), Amur (DOG), Flybe (FLYB), Asiamet (ARS), the spoofing by the loathsome & always wrong CBI and at Frontera Resources (FRR) and why it could be a zero within days.

In today's podcast I look at Johnston Press (JPR), RIP, Flybe (FLYB), TrakM8 (TRAK) - which could well go the way of Johnston Press if its banks pull the plug, and UK Oil & Gas (UKOG),. down 25% on the week but set to lose at least a third of its remaining market cap by Christmas.

Hello, Share Snackers. As you may have gathered, I constantly stress the importance of the currently steaming price of Brent crude. This happy trend will affect not just the oilers, but many other shares out there.

On 6th December I said that a token share purchase by Jim Mellon of shares on Condor Gold (CNR) was a spoof as it was so small for Jim. Moreover Condor was running out of cash and would do a placing within months. Mellon's PR man chewed my ear off. Well hey ho today there was a placing. A pattern of such spoofs and a subsequent placing has continued. Will I get an apology? I also look at lessons from Flybe (FLYB) and the non bid, at Fevertree (FEVR) director share sales, at UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) which is also spoofing, 13 Energy (13E) - "you say it best when you say nothing at all " - R Keating. Then I look at uber dog Golden Saint Resources (GSR) which is leaving AIM and says it wants to go to the Standard List. Lucky Standard List. I also mention our share purchase of more Optibiotix (OPTI). Two days, two bull articles on IQE (IQE). It has worked and I have been goaded here is is why Malcolm Stacey is talking bollocks. I also reference the fraud Eden Research (EDEN) in this discussion on profit being a matter of opinion and that is why cash matters. I discuss why being a liar is bad news as a CEO ref Mkango Resources (MKA) then tease Andrew Monk and Richard Jennings about Gulfsands Petroleum (GPX) - their oil analysis as bad as their Syria analysis on this occasion. Then it is onto Flybe (FLYB) and a detailed discussion of the looming cash crisis and joke valuation at Sound Energy (SOU). I suggest SalvaRx (SALV) run by my good friend Jim Mellon faces a bit of a cash issue. Then I explain why I have cut my UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) target price to just 0.25p making it, at 1.125p, still a slam dunk sell. If you like bearcasts then remember that at UK Investor on April 21 one of many highlights will be a live bearcast with myself and Paul Scott. Hello share switchers. During 2016, I've already suggested that you research a few airlines, as the signs are that most of them will do rather well in the next few years. We can mostly thank the low price of oil. But airports are getting busier all the time. And as many less-developed parts of the world become, well, more developed, more of their residents will want to hit the business and tourism trails.

Flybe (FLYB) has seen its share price fall steadily since the start of the year, and at close to 12 month lows I definitely think it is worth another look.
