On 2 May Management Resource Solutions (MRS) held an investor lie-fest at the offices of its uber expensive PR posh-tards FTI Consulting. It was recorded so hapless Nomad Arden has full access to what was said. I have already detailed, here, a stunning admission by boss John Zorbas which would have seen any normal Nomad resign on the spot. But there was more….

At the investor presentation on 2 May at the offices of uber expensive PR posh-wits FTI Consulting, which was attended by over 20 sceptical and angry investors, Management Resource Solutions (MRS) boss John Zorbas again showed he was, quite possibly, a liar.

Today at 2PM, Management Resource Solutions (MRS) hosts a teach in for analysts and investors at the offices of its PR firm FTI Consulting. Anyone attending might care to ask if the Takeover Panel has been in touch.

In the greater scheme of things, given our exposes on the related parties nest of snakes, the blatant RNS lie and the fundamental insolvency of Management Resource Solutions (MRS) this is small beer, but it seems that the Management Team do not give a FF about AIM rules on website disclosure as the screenshot below demonstrates.

Oh dear. When Neil Woodford spunked £8 million of other folks cash into the July 2017 100p a pop AIM casino IPO of yacht refitting company GYG (GYG) he thought this would be plain sailing. Oh no. Au contraire. The reverse Midas touch has struck Britain’s most arrogant fund mis-manager withy the second (lack of) profits warning in two months. Now I suggest the banks must be shitting themselves, the shares are 42.5p, sinking like the Titanic, as friendless as the Marie Celeste, and things are only going to get worse.

On 5th July 2017 it was “GYG, a market leading superyacht painting, supply and maintenance company, is pleased to announce the commencement… of dealings of its ordinary shares on AIM… Placing price 100p, gross proceeds of the placing £6.9 million… Zeus Capital is acting as the company's nominated adviser and broker”. Now a trading update commencing “trading has been significantly weaker than expected”. Uh oh…

As a mega bear of Management Resource Solutions (MRS) from almost the moment this crock of Turkish floated on the AIM casino, its ever worsening problems make me think that at 2.23 AM at Athens airport it is almost ouzo o'clock. The latest update is just so grim.

Management Resource Solutions (MRS) has been a stock much ramped by the usual suspects and its shares have flown until last Thursday when they were suspended pending clarification of its financial position. The next day the CEO and founder was fired. But we can reveal that the CEO Paul Morffew claims this is a stitch up and, as a 20% shareholder is prepared to fight back. This has the potential to be another major AIM scandal given that it was less than two months ago that £2.8 million was raised at 10.5p. Nomad and co broker Northland is refusing to answer calls and its position now looks untenable.

The bloody postman is today's interruption. Will you sign for this crap for the chavs who live next door as they are out (again) signing on or working in the black economy? Whatever. I should charge for being the postbox for this entire street. Better still emigrate. In terms of companies I look at Laird (LRD), Motorpoint (MOTR), Strat Aero (AERO), and Mkango (MKA)

In the December 2015 from my winter base in Greece I ran a series of articles, starting from Athens with Love, which, I believed, quite clearly showed that the Greek, AIM listed company InternetQ (INTQ) was a fraud. Specifically I demonstrated that its music streaming business Akazoo was a sham. The company denied this and in the end its boss Panagiotis Dimitropoulos and fund manager Tosca paid c£20 million to buy out minority shareholders and take InternetQ private. A cute deal or burying the truth in private? This is going to shock you.

Many of you who put your hard earned money into AIM seem to love a boom-or-bust type of gamble, even when the odds aren’t in your favour!

Jam tomorrow producer Bango (BGO) has served up a ramptastic trading statement which distinguishes itself by missing out all of the metrics a sane investor would want to know about. Lads, Ronan understands.

I warn you that there is a lot of bad language in this podcast. I start with the balls talked by D&D on Fastjet (FJET). I have put the company on the spot as to what $20 million cash available means and I await a response. It matters big time. Then there is Andrew Bell talking balls on Horse Hill ahead of placings ahoy across the board. Then those who denied placings at Pantheon (PANR) and the posh fuckwits who spin for Scancell (SCLP). Both denied my stories. Both placed today. Folks: you know where to send your ouzo apologies. I discuss those placings and also that of Armadale (ACP) - a pisser as we own those shares. Then I discuss dire results from Glenwick (GWIK), shares in which deserve to halve and which were ramped by the same sort of mothers who ramped CEB/Andalas. The result will be the same. And also a horrid profits warnig from Tandem Group (TND) comes under the spotlight. I also mention my articles today on greedy Junior Doctors ad the BBC's woeful Trump coverage HERE

AIM Death list member Wandisco (WAND) has released, what can only be described as, an utterly disastrous trading statement at every level. All the money's nearly gone and there must be a very real danger that it is tits up time soon.

I start with a hint to the oppo, that is InternetQ (INTQ), fire the lazy upper class fuckwits at FTI Consulting who you employ to do PR, they are useless as I explain in this podcast. It is then onto Condor Gold (CNR), Optibiotix (OPTI), Wildes and his trading strategy in LGO Energy (LGO) and elsewhere - the road to ruin. And finally where is Malcolm Stacey's Santa rally? It seems to be er..late.

Just think about the late Richard Nixon. It is sometimes not the act but the cover-up that nails you. Having described my bombshell article yesterday as "innacurate", InternetQ (INTQ) has spent the past 24 hours attempting to hide the evidence that allowed me to ask such grave question. Presumably Non Executive Chairman Tim Weller and advisers RBC capital Markets and Canaccord are happy about this?

Today's From Athens with Love report from ShareProphets sent shares in Greece based AIM listed InternetQ (INTQ) tumbling by more than 50% at one point. Finally we get a weedy but all to predictable response and on the back of it I have cut my target price (for the whole company) from 1 drachma to half a drachma.

"S. Brian Mukherjee, Ed Bridges at FTI, ultra-thick hackette Harriet Denys, Citi Group, Numis Securities, Richard Eaton of bullyboy lawyer Twobirds, Roger Lawson--we have beaten them all. We have beaten them all. S. Brian Mukherjee can you hear me? S. Brian Mukherjee, I have a message for you in the middle of the share price collapse. I have a message for you: We have been 100% vindicated on your POS stock. S. Brian Mukherjee, as they say in your language in the boxing bars around Madison Square Garden in New York: Your boys took a hell of a beating! Your boys took a hell of a beating." Yes blinkx (BLNX) has served up a disastrous profits warning.

And today’s star turn on the AIM Cesspit is Nighthawk Energy (HAWK) which was served with papers for a major law suit on April 29th. Surely under AIM rules it should have fessed up to shareholders even if it thought the case was without merit? Fear not, Nighthawk may not want to issue an RNS but the Sheriff of AIM is here to help.
