A formal response to disgraced ShareSoc share ramper Roger Lawson's fascist lawyers letter will follow in due course. But in this detailed podcast I explain why the letter he sent is so pitiful and wrong and why I shall fight to ensure that his antics are exposed. It would set a very bad precedent were there to be any other result. For ShareSoc the implications of this case are laid out and it will not enjoy what is set to unfold one little bit.

Five days ago someone who you would say had a career death wish, if he had actually got a career, sent me a fascist lawyers letter demanding that I pull all articles on him (going back 40 months) pay him damages, never write about him again and publish a grovelling apology dictated by him. I asked you to guess who has been so daft and 92% of you got it wrong.

Oh dear, Oh dear, the Winnileaks service has already served up one horror for Murray D'Almeida of Beacon Hill Infamy but, pro tem, chairman of Management Resource Solutions (MRS) HERE. I think he should quit. D'Almeida has responded with a fascist lawyers letter which is based on another big fat lie - HERE. Oh well Murray, you keep racking up the fees with your clownish lawyer - Winnileaks today serves up an even bigger shocker for you. Go! Resign now you bastard!

Oh happy days. It has been just over three weeks since some poltroon made my day by sending over a fascist lawyer's letter and I was starting to get bored. But here we go again: the forces of good vs stockmarket shysters inc & their bully boy lawyers. Right now I am looking after Joshua while the Mrs gets her hair cut (why that takes 135 minutes I know not) so I shall not respond in a manner which I am sure you can guess until tomorrow. So pro tem who do you think has asked to be vested with the curse of ShareProphets. Vote below with a deadline of midnight tonight:

In today's bearcast I look at the A to E of AIM fraud. It covers Advanced Oncotherapy (AVO), Boxhill (BOX, Cloudtag (CTAG), Daniel Stewart (DAN) and Eden Research (EDEN). Can you remember which two of those have sent me a fascist lawyer's letter?

Mr Rhys Griffiths of law firm Field Fisher would have to be a prime contender for this award. He reckons that I have invented a time machine and also made up a quote for me to support his mad thesis. Sadly he did not post his ramblings on a Bulletin Board but sent them in a joke lawyer’s letter to me on behalf of the asylum known as LSE.co.uk so he is ineligible. But in honour of the buffoons who paid him £500 an hour to produce such piffle the competition is back.

When Canaccord was ramping Quindell with its crap research notes it was happy for them to be plastered all over the internet. It fired analyst Kevin Ashton who wanted to say sell and ignored his dossier on crimes at Quenron as it just wanted to earn vast fees and commission for acting for Quenron or raising cash for it. How times have changed.
