LightwaveRF (LWRF) “is delighted to announce that its next generation Lightwave Link Plus has been certified under Apple's licensing scheme as a ‘Works with Apple HomeKit’ product”. Ooooh, Apple hey. Cue a further share price rise, but what’s actually happening here?...

Commenting yesterday on the “Launch of Google Assistant voice control” ramparoonie (Oops) RNS announcement from LightwaveRF (LWRF), I suggested it clearly currently remains cash burn ahoy, with results for the six months ended 31st March 2017 following today…

I warned on shares in LightwaveRF (LWRF) last month following it being “pleased to announce” an uber-expensive loan (& trading warning). LightwaveRF (LWRF), “enabling domestic and commercial users to remotely monitor and control light, heat, power and security by smartphone, tablet or PC… is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement with its principal shareholder, Committed Capital Financial Services Limited for a loan of £150,000”. Uh oh – sounds like ‘keep the lights on’ stuff…

I have picked up LightwaveRF (LWRF) before for the way that it mangles the English language in its statements. It makes Chris Oil look like John Le Carre. Back in July 2015 I took its language mangling as an intent to gloss over the grim reality and said it was a Red Flag The shares have duly collapsed from 38p to 15p and today it serves up another RNS which is misleading. It is bullshit.

I forgot to mention convicted felon Champagne Charlie Gibson in the podcast. Silly me. But in case you have forgotten why he is a felon go HERE and why I am going to keep mentioning it go HERE. In the actual Bearcast I look at Sirius Minerals and Monitise and then have breaking news on the unlikely hero of the day China fraud specialist Mr Paul Shackleton and bad news for investors in Gate Ventures. Then it is onto Daniel Stewart with a bad Winston Churchill parody. Then onto Speedy Hire, Lightwaverf, Independent Oil & Gas and Phorm where the chickens are coming home to roost, at last.
