Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - All these cures for premature ejaculation can't come soon enough

Published 7 days ago

Boom boom! I suspect that once again the Mrs will regard that that title as rather crude as she did with this offering the other day. I discuss that topic which is close to the heart my old friend Jim Mellon. Then I look at MySquar (MYSQ), a disaster waiting to happen and its link to disgraced Bell Pottinger. Then it is onto Avanti (AVN) before I issue another warning about 88 Energy (88E) not that the morons trying to ramp it will listen. Finally I look at strange share price action and hard maths for Zibao Metals (ZBO)

UK Oil & Gas - as it prepares for placing more ramptastic news from Horse Hill: DO THE MATH MORONS!

Published 12 days ago

Remember Horse Hill? That was the original breakthrough site for UK Oil & Gas (UKOG). It was the Gatwick Gusher. It was the site that lyin' Steve Sanderson claimed contained a billion barrels of oil. Then he said he never claimed that. Then a video emerged of him saying that. So is that one big lie or two? Anyhow as UK Oil & Gas tries to ramp its shares ahead of a placing we have more ramptastic news from the Hill.

Telit shares soar on pure hype - it is as if this was not a cash guzzling fraud, founded by a fraudster and run by an insider dealer

Published 19 days ago

Telit (TCM) shares zoomed by 30% yesterday back to 160p, almost the level before it emerged here that its founder and CEO Oozi Cats was in fact Uzi Katz, the Boston real estate fraudster and fugitive from US justice. The latest ramp is news that it might generate some sales from AT&T. Whoopie do.

Challenger Acquisitions: Really ugly stuff – no winners here, other than Yorkville and Magna of course

Published 35 days ago

I’ve been keeping my powder dry on Challenger Acquisitions (CHAL) in recent weeks despite the rampfest extraordinaire going on in all the usual places. However, the two RNS’s yesterday have got me banging at my keyboard as it highlights the shoddy behaviour going on. It’s clear who the CEO, Mark Gustafson, is really working for here, namely the death spiral funders backing this piece of crap.

Andalas Energy you are scum - a day of shame for AIM from this worthless crap

Published 36 days ago

Andalas Energy (ADL) and its loathsome boss Dave "the rule breaker" Whitby represent all is worst about the AIM Casino. The company is worthless and its sole achievement has been an industrial scale transfer of wealth from the many to the few. Even by its own tawdry standards yesterday was a low point and it is a matter that I shall now be asking the authoriies to investigate as, blatant, market abuse. But first we must rewind to August 8.

MySQUAR: Finally, house broker Beaufort confirms “operating break-even” actually means “still heavily loss-making”

Published 40 days ago

I always take house broker notes with a heavy pinch of salt as they will paint as optimistic a picture as possible so this morning’s effort from Beaufort Securities on its client, MySQUAR (MYSQ), surprised me somewhat with its honesty but it’s good to finally put the nonsense about “operating break-even” to bed.

Echo Energy: How insiders made over £3 million in less than a month – shocking non-disclosure

Published 40 days ago

My last piece on Echo Energy (ECHO) looked at how connected party Greenberry was making a fortune out of the ramp and also looked at rather odd TR-1s. Well history is repeating itself and, as always expected, yesterday’s TR-1 shows how the other connected “institutional investor” here, Pegasus, has also made a very quick buck - not that it told anyone when it was doing so!

Echo Energy - gets into bed with twice convicted market abuser as its new broker

Published 44 days ago

Having rather publicly fired its old retained broker Brandon Hill Research on 31 July for being sensible, Echo Energy (ECHO) has today announced it has a new broker Hannam & partners. Who? I must admit that I have never heard of this firm and an RNS search shows it acting for just one other London listed company as its retained broker. But maybe it has a big research capacity to ramp the shares? er...

Echo Energy fires its broker - for doing the sensible thing & dumping shares

Published 51 days ago

Echo Energy (ECHO) the overvalued wannabee oil explorer has today announced that it is firing its retained broker Brandon Hill. This is most unusual.

MySquar - the numbers just make no sense whatsoever - what is it hiding?

Published 53 days ago

AIM Casino uber-ramp MySQUAR (MYSQ) 'fessed up on Friday that, as I had revealed 24 hours prior, a placing was underway but it insists that it does not need the cash. Really? I want you to consider a few numbers.

Totally: Um, anything you want to tell us about your CFO?

Published 57 days ago

It must be exciting times at NHS supplier Totally (TLY) at the moment with the buy-and-build strategy taking shape and an RTO in progress and a busy time, particularly for the CFO, Don Baladasan, who also has the interims to prepare but, er, has he just left to join CentralNic (CNIC)?

Pembridge Resources: A fresh start……on the Standard List!

Published 58 days ago

Having commented earlier today on the flourishing growth of the Standard List due in part to tougher rules on AIM, it felt appropriate to start covering a perfect example of such a company, namely Pembridge Resources (PERE) , which is currently moving from AIM to the Standard List. To be fair though, on an initial glance, there’s a lot worse in my Sub-Standard Shockers XI.

Advanced Oncotherapy - is that the whiff of panic I smell at death spiral provider Bracknor?

Published 64 days ago

Shares in Advanced Oncotherapy (AVO ) are again tumbling on this fine summer's day. Oh what joy it is to be alive. 350p at peak ramp less than two years ago, they are now just 10.75p to sell. Ouch, I just love the smell of burning share certificates belonging to Bulletin Board Morons in the morning. So what crisis looms? Take your pick.

Arian Silver, Pump, Dump, Feed the Board, Pump, Dump, Rinse & Repeat

Published 68 days ago

Our very own Gary Newman nailed this spot on at the weekend flagging up that an almighty pump in Arian Silver (AGQ) was underway. Our sober, harsh but fair coverage contrasts well with the really sordid rampfest that saw the shares pushed ahead ahead of a placing today raising £600,000 at just 0.5p.

MySquar - the bollocks trading statement and crazy valuation

Published 78 days ago

AIM ramp de jour MySquar (MYSQ) has today boasted that in the last days of June as daily sales reached $8500 "the business has reached a very significant milestone of achieving run rate operating breakeven". Er..can you smell the red herrings - they are hidden underneath the red flags.

Xtract Resources: Plus ca change - more delays, more ramping and more dilution (plus a Royal Ascot tip)

Published 91 days ago

I thought I would pause before commenting on yesterday’s RNS from Xtract Resources (XTR) relating to the Manica alluvials as I felt it was odds-on that more dilution would come from one source or another following the ramping off the back of it. Surprise, surprise, Yorkville cashed in and announced a loan note conversion today, but let’s take a closer look at the announcements in any event.

Red Leopard Holdings: The Spreadex and Aberdeenman combo – can they repeat their CloudTag magic?

Published 102 days ago

I see things are beginning to stir at Red Leopard Holdings (RLH) but one of Friday’s RNS’s relating to a significant stake being acquired by Spreadex left me in a bit of a cold sweat. History isn’t going to repeat itself so soon is it?

PCGE - Placing: the morons deserved to be debagged & buggered: Chairman Poulden did the right thing

Published 116 days ago

Yesterday morning I ran a piece pointing out that at 0.15p the valuation of PCGE (PCGE) was utterly insane and anyone buying shares (at up to 0.16p!) deserved the beating that would surely follow. It did not take long. At 2.19 PM the company announced it had raised £400,000 at 0.1p. Ouch. The shares are now 0.11p to sell. BBMs 0 The Sheriff of AIM 1. A familiar scoreline.

Challenger Acquisitions: Shameful rampathon – the FCA should investigate

Published 120 days ago

Any reader of my pieces will know I hold Challenger Acquisitions (CHAL) in pretty low regard but the outrageous ramping that has now gone on for the last four trading days is an absolute disgrace and the FCA should take a look. I’ll explain.

A magnificent seven damning points on Frontera by the great Waseem

Published 125 days ago

The great bear Waseem Shakoor rates Frontera Resources (FRR) as one of the top 3 dogs for shooting on the AIM casino. He has just posted seven points for bulls to ignore as they ramp this worthless crap. Over to Waseem.

Frontera – ShareProphets RNS Translation Service as the shares are ramped

Published 161 days ago

Readers will know that I'm far from convinced at the buy case for AIM-listed Frontera (FRR), shares in which have again been on the rampage after what looks like a rampety-ramp RNS yesterday. The ShareProphets RNS Translation Service thought it should chip in...

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast on Brexit day - can you guess how this starts?

Published 175 days ago

Heck my family has been waiting 40 years for this day as I explain HERE you must allow me to have some fun! To the markets and I have a detailed look at Sabien Technology (SNT) which is talking absolute bollocks today, at Johnston Press (JPR) and then at China New Energy (CNEL), today's ramp of choice but which stinks to high heaven. Then I discuss whether I have been too harsh on Advanced Oncotherapy (AVO). The answer is that I have not been hard enough. Ahead of a GM on Friday which I am attending the stance remains sell with a target of 0p.

Challenger Acquisitions: Good news – it’s not going bust yet, cue outrageous rampfest

Published 175 days ago

I’ve been badgering Challenger Acquisitions (CHAL) for three weeks now to tell the market what was happening with the debt it owed and today it finally made the announcement and it was marginally good news. What happened next though was just wrong, a rampathon across LSE, ADVFN and Twitter (and Challenger should take some of the blame), with one sole aim, to mug off the average punter. This behaviour must be stopped – my campaign starts here.

BOS Global – My biggest AIM bugbear: the share price spoof

Published 183 days ago

I haven’t been following BOS Global (BOS) that closely since the comedy gold video I commented on HERE but note the share price has increased quite nicely in recent months, much to my surprise. I noted, however, an acquisition announced yesterday which included the one thing that annoys me more than any other on AIM, the spoof made-up share price for equity issued as consideration for acquisitions. Let me explain.

Independent Resources down 30% but valuation insane

Published 190 days ago

No doubt the spivs are on the ramp again but shares in Independent Resources (IRG) have dived by 30% to 0.415. That is because the stock has today on ex-rights on the open offer announced today. If you buy now you do not get to take part in a 2 for 3 offer at 0.065p! So do the maths again.

Eden Research – The art of value creation. How a licence worth only £20,000 in June 2013 became worth £600,000 in August 2015.

Published 197 days ago

On 24 August 2015, Eden Research (EDEN) announced its now infamous deal (aka massive panama pump fraud) with TerpeneTech. That fraud is now unravelling big time as explained here. But let us revert to the RNS of 2015 which stated :

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: More ouzo, vindicated on RapidCloud's descent to zero as well

Published 207 days ago

In the main bearcast today I touch on the Cloudtag (CTAG) fraud but that is really covered in its own bearcast HERE. I do look at RapidCloud which was suspended today and will lose its AIM listing in a month. Who warned you that this would face a "terminal conclusion" 149 days ago? Was it PR wankers Walbrook or Nomad WH Ireland or savants on the LSE Asylum? Er no, it was me HERE.  I then look at Challenger (CHAL) a zero in waiting, Iofina (IOF) and IGAS (IGAS) both of which should also be zeros. I commend today's excellent piece from Nigel, the Deputy Sheriff of AIM,  on the Servision (SEV) scandal HERE. I take Nomad Allenby to task for failing to comment on this and for allowing Servision to mislead mug punters. AGAIN. Finally I take apart overvalued ramp Wey Education (WEY). Its shares are up 33% today. That is a ramp not a reflection of value.

Parallel Media – off we go again: be careful out there….

Published 228 days ago

Having previously noted the rise and rise of AIM-listed events manager Parallel Media (PAA), whose shares shot up from 16p to peak at 46.5p on no news (with four trades going through at 48p), I see that the rocket launchers are out again. My thinking remains as before: if you hold it is time to look skywards, be thankful and sell.

Sell Greatland Gold

Published 233 days ago

Greatland Gold (GGP) has been pursuing small - and almost certainly not economic - gold deposits in Tasmania since Adam was a boy. Every year it promises jam tomorrow, the shares are pumped up a bit and then it does a hugely discounted placing. Rinse & repeat. But suddenly it is the ramp de jour.

Fitbug – shares soar (before suspension) on an RNS Reach ramparoonie

Published 245 days ago

On the back of an RNS Reach (i.e. not even deemed to merit a main RNS) announcement, shares in “digital wellness technology provider” Fitbug Holdings (FITB) roofed it to be 370% higher, at 0.775p, before a suspension of trading was announced. Hmmm…

Advanced Oncotherapy - where is that new funding you promised brokers would arrive by December 31?

Published 253 days ago

AIM (very) bad boy Advanced Oncotherapy (AVO) did its best to ramp its shares following the shock loss of its entire order book back in November. Or was it October? Glitzy promo videos and spoofing share purchases by NEDs phased out to have maximum effect on fooling the gullible managed to get the shares back to c90p. But now folks are looking behind the smokescreen of bullshit and the shares are tumbling again, to 73.5p. Since this company has committed securities fraud my target remains 0p. The questions are mounting fast.

A Cloudtag calendar to help memorize GroundHog Day

Published 253 days ago

New Year's resolution number nineteen. If a Cloudtag (CTAG) moron who does not follow you on twitter tweets at you ten times or more in a couple of hours do not bother replying. A person like @PhilipHomer is obviously deranged so just block the loon. Meanwhile for those wanting to set their clocks by the annual CES ramp, Nigel Somerville has a Cloudtag calendar just for you, below.

EVR Holdings – Take a bow, Anthony Matchett, the almost perfect podcast ramp

Published 257 days ago

I’m struggling to take my eyes off the ‘flavour of the month’ stock, EVR Holdings (EVRH), at the moment as it continues its irresistible rise upwards and I have to tip my hat to a great performance by the CEO, Anthony Matchett, on a podcast on Wednesday and all CEO’s in the ramp phase should take note.

Tom Winnifrith Bonus Bearcast "Grooming" Morons, Compare & Contrast Cloudtag & African Potash - with Waseem & Mr Antar

Published 258 days ago

in this bonus bearcast I compare the ramp de jour of the moment (Cloudtag (CTAG)) with that of eighteen months ago, African Potash (AFPO). It is shocking how similar the two cases are and the results will also be the same. In this podcast I reference the work of Waseem Shakoor in exposing both frauds and of my hero, Sam Antar, on the psychology of stockmarket fraud and how it plays out here

EVR Holdings – shares double as predicted to 6p, so what to do next?

Published 263 days ago

In September I used EVR Holdings (EVRH) as a case study in ‘How to make money out of a Chris Akers stock’ and suggested that it could rise from around 3p and wouldn’t be surprised to seeing it hit 6p, but would perhaps get out then. Well, it hit my target price this week, more quickly than I initially envisaged, so what would I do now?

Cloudtag: FFS Cairn how many times will you take it up the arse before you quit? New Letter sent

Published 272 days ago

And so today we have another revelation, this time from Nigel, showing how the rotters at Cloudtag (CTAG) have once again lied to investors in an RNS. I say once again because we have now lost track of the number of times this has happened. And the lies have been told with deliberate purpose: to pump the share price to allow both insiders and those backing placing after placing to dump stock at inflated prices. This is fraud. Yet Nomad Cairn continues to sign off on these lies issued via RNS, to tolerate CEO Amit lying in podcasts and videos to ramp the shares. So I have written once again to Cairn and cc'd in AIM Regulation

Mercom Capital – is this actually just another Calvet stock promotion?

Published 275 days ago

With Mercom Capital’s (MCC) share price rising ever higher in recent weeks, I felt it merited an update from my last piece in October as the situation is getting ever stranger and I suggest care needs to be taken from here.

Iofina - when is a (lack of) profits warning not a profits warning?

Published 281 days ago

When it is described as a "corporate update". That is how Iofina's (IOF) prize piece of excrement PR person Dominic Barretto headlined yesterday's profits warning. It looked so tame why bother reading? But it was a warning and Barretto being a total wanker deliberately did not add in any hard numbers. You see he views investors with contempt. His job is to polish a turd not to inform. And boy is Iofina a turd.

Bulletin Board Moron of the last Week sponsored by Cloudtag, winner is announced

Published 296 days ago

The return of the Bulletin Board Moron of the week (tweets are also allowed) contest saw a myriad of entries and Cloudtag (CTAG) is clearly the ramp de jour of the BBM Community although a few followers of African Potash (AFPO) seem pretty deranged. You can see the many splendid entries HERE but the winner is...

Cloudtag - another pre placing ramp exposed: this time its Cities

Published 299 days ago

How on earth can Nomad Cairn continue to act for the fraud Cloudtag (CTAG) as it today fesses up to another pre-placing hoodwinking of investors? After the Second Chance guaranteed sales of $5.2 million RNS ( 4 days before a placing) statement was exposed as a big fat lie, now we turn to the US distributor Cities.

Mosman Oil & Gas - more Ramptastic news but a covert admission - it has got to be placing ahoy

Published 305 days ago

Today's RNS from Mosman Oil & Gas (MSMN) is not new ramptastic news but just a recycling of yesterday's ones with the factual errors corrected. What is it with this company and its inability to tell the truth to investors? Anyhow.. the RNS is pretty clear, it is placing ahoy.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Crooked Hillary, lyin' Roger, insider dealing and the Mrs fiasco

Published 325 days ago

In this podcast I look at the Hillary Clinton bombshell and what it means for the election and shares, something I cover in more detail HERE. Then, for the benefit of Paul Scott, I set the record straight on ShareSoc - I have every right to say it should not get the taxpayer cash it demands and that has nothing to do with lyin' Roger Lawson but when lyin Roger lies again on the ShareSoc blog, and lies about me, I will respond. That he uses the blog to lie as well as ramp frauds is something for SharSoc to address not me. Then I explain insider dealing and the difference between how I treated Reach4Entertainment (R4E) and Cyan (CYAN). Finally I suggest that heads must roll at Northland over the Management Resource Solutions (MRS) scandals.

The 88 Energy Rampathon - it is 'avin' a bubble

Published 336 days ago

Another day and another ramptastic RNS emerges from the Icewine jam tomorrow factory owned by 88 Energy (88E). What we really want to see, of course, is the quarterly report for the three months to September 30th showing just how much of the June 30th net cash of A$20.3 million has been spunked away to money heaven. The answer to that will explian today's ramping.

Mkango - the ramp has failed, its a countdown to the bailout placing

Published 343 days ago

Have you looked at the chart of AIM dog Mkango Resources (MKA)? It is a corker. It is all down to the looming cash crisis and that is why the shares now trade at 3.5p-4p which is below the IPO fund-raise price from June 15. That tells you how much trouble this piece of Turkish is in.

FastForward - On the ramp again, guess cash must really be low and it's placing ahoy
Lorne Abony must have needed a holiday because having been running at more than one RNS a week for most of the year things went quiet (relatively) in August and September at FastForward Innovations (FFWD), the second most self-ramped stock on AIM. But now old Lorne is back in full ramptastic mode with two announcements in two days at the end of last week.

ShareProphets RNS Translation Service: Frontera Resources – rampety ramp, rampety ramp (PS you’ve just been diluted again)

Published 358 days ago

AIM-listed Texas-based oil explorer and monster cash-burner Frontera Resources (FRR) yesterday released another ramptastic RNS. The shares stormed ahead by 29% on the day, with the rise getting going at about 11am. No doubt someone just got very lucky, as an RNS didn't come out until 3.35pm.

Tom Winnifrith Bonus Bearcast: Justin the Clown & Cloudtag: Manna for Morons

Published 390 days ago

Sheep shagging buffoon Justin the Clown is unrepentant after the Andalas debacle and yesterday transmitted a podcast with the CEO of Cloudtag (CTAG) which is the Bulletin Board Moron ramp de jour. In this podcast I tear into the Clown but also into Cloudtag explaining all the reasons why it is a sell and flagging up the issues the Clown would not tackle as he sucked up to another CEO on the ramp and his moronic audience.

Harvest Minerals: re-Placement ramp underway!

Published 391 days ago

We do like to provide balance here on ShareProphets and in that vein we bring you yesterday’s morning note from Beaufort Securities, house broker to Harvest Minerals. As exclusively revealed HERE by Tom Winnifrith with his Sheriff’s hat on, the company pulled a placing at 8p last week, in the hope of getting one away at a higher price. But that appears to have triggered a short squeeze as forward-sellers were forced to cover their positions. But it now seems that it is full rampety-ramp steam ahead for a second attempt.

Bulletin Board Ramper of the Week sponsored by Strat Aero PR man sayitlikeitis

Published 402 days ago

Over the weekend we revealed how Strat Aero's PR man boasted of pretending to be a Bulletin Board Moron, sayitlikeitis, to post rampatstic nonsense on the LSE & ADVFN asylums. He was paid to ramp the stock with ludicrous claims and comments but some folks do it for free!. Please nominate your BB ramper of the week posting the most ludicrous claims you can find on boards or on twitter (so Big Gob tweet ramps are eligible) in the comments section below with a deadline of midnight Sunday 15th August. Ramps on any stock are eligible.

More PR horseshit from CloudTag - next placing due when?

Published 407 days ago

Cloudtag (CTAG) the AIM listed jam tomorrow producer staged its last placing on July 14 but will again have negative net current assets by September 1 and is thus serving up more ramptastic PR bollocks to its moronic shareholder base to ramp the stock ahead of the next confetti issue. Today's "Binding Heads of Terms Signed with US Partner" RNS puffery was a classic.

Blenheim - more ramptastic horseshit news: when is the placing?

Published 408 days ago

Wow! Blenheim Natural Resources (BNR) just got an option to buy 7.5% of a great company for just £1. And the company has an amazing gold and copper asset in Bongo Bongo land. It sounds almost too good to be true...precisely. Caveat emptor this looks like a pre placing ramptastic load of horseshit. So lets investigate and "fiske" the news.

Starcom - le AIM ramp de jour but valuation crackers

Published 413 days ago

Those lucky folks who got in on the most recent bailout placing for AIM dog Starcom (STAR ) in March at 1.5p have done brilliantly. The shares now trade at 4p mid and this is now le ramp de jour for certain morons on twitter and the bulletin boards. But the valuation is surely insane at £5.4 million given the ongoing losses, painful lack of tangible asset backing and the inevitability that another placing is imminent.

African Potash telling Porkies AGAIN? - Bailout placing ahoy: Sell!

Published 413 days ago

On 6th January 2016 African Potash (AFPO) announced a major sales deal. Six days later it got away a bailout placing. Gradually over the months that followed that sales deal was shown to be bogus, a sham, not worth the loo paper it was written on. But at least the ramp allowed this AIM Casino posterboy to get its placing away. Now the bastards are at it again. 30 seconds on Google is enough to make you doubt a word this company says as it tries to get another bailout placing away. African is teetering on the verge of insolvency.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - My father prepares to sink Fred Olsen

Published 419 days ago

I start with the bad news for whoever owns Fred Olsen.  I think look at Octagonal (OCT), Blur (BLUR), much ramped Keras Resources (KRS), XCite Energy (XEL), Magnolia Petroleum (MAGP), 88 Energy (88E), Highlands Natural Resources (HNR), Sareum (SAR) and then a joke IPO called Widecells (WDC), which listed yesterday and is now the subject of a ramp. Feel the stem cells. No actually don't. Just sell.

Highlands Natural - more ramptastic horseshit to get warrants away

Published 421 days ago

Highlands Natural Resources (HNR) is shameless in the way that it announce the most fantastically misleading news to ramp its shares to get another covert placing away. Today's announcement is a total shocker. It is paying $500,000 for the right to pick up 100% of the costs but just 80% of the revenues from six wells in Colorado. The numbers sound great...sadly they are just plain old bollocks as 10 minute's research on the internet shows. Highlands states:

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - I feel old after ante natal class and more Horse Hill ramping

Published 427 days ago

I spent the morning at an ante natal class with the Mrs. Hell's teeth I am a feminist don't you know? But the whole experience left me feeling just rather old and I discuss why. Then it is onto today's ramptastic news from Horse Hill and I explain what it actually means. I waltz through Gulf Keystone (GKP) - bear squeeze - Stanley Gibbons (SGI) - recovery play? - and Guscio (GUSC)  - Nigel Wray play. Then it is onto Tern (TERN), Gable (GAH), IGAS (IGAS) and Golden Saint (GSR) where I discuss why today's RNS really is just bollocks and how bulk sampling really works.

CloudTag – A disappointing “jam tomorrow” stock since 2013

Published 428 days ago

Being one of the few writers on ShareProphets yet to comment on the stock du jour of rampers everywhere (see HERE for the full coverage), I thought I’d take a visit down memory lane and see what lessons one can learn from CloudTag’s (CTAG) history. Guess what, it’s been promising jam tomorrow from the beginning.

Fast Forward: strategic update = shameless pre placing ramp

Published 432 days ago

How on earth did hapless Nomad Peel Hunt sign off on what Jim Mellon's FastForward Innovations (FFWD) terms a "strategic update" but is in fact nothing more than a shameless pre placing ramp.?  My comments are in bold. FastForward's are not.

Igas – Sunday press PR puffery tells you all you need to know: sell

Published 436 days ago

Tom Winnifrith has already quite correctly berated the Sunday Telegraph for its piece yesterday on the ongoing travails of AIM-listed Igas Energy (IGAS) and its little debt problem. The sense of desperation which saw this piece of abject puffery in a national newspaper is apparent to anyone who looks at the balance sheet, or read the comments from the company about its expected bond covenant default in the second half of this year (ie any time now). But the article reads like a dodgy RNS aimed at getting the bulletin board morons to pile in while the crony capitalists get out.

Andalas - Spoof y'all: whens the next bailout placing?

Published 441 days ago

Dave "Rule breaker" Whitby and his colleagues at AIM Listed Piece of Turkish Andalas Energy (ADL) are on the spoof again with a ramptastic RNS saying nothing at all of of any interest whatsoever. Folks know Whitby's game and the shares are off at just 0.165p because what is really happening is the start of the ramping that proceeds a deeply discounted placing. Next up a soft interview with Zak "Judas" Mir, a podcast with Justin the clown or a presentation at a Proactive seminar? Perhaps a buy note from Edison? We have seen the Andalas ramp before and surely no-one is stupid enough to buy it again?

Glenwick - RTO off: get out while you can

Advanced Oncotherapy part 2: how broker bullshit cons mug punters so allowing placing after placing

Published 459 days ago

Beaufort Securities is joint broker to grossly over-ramped Advanced Oncotherapy (AVO). That means a fat retainer and also a good slug of the commission earned for the regular placings this company needs to keep paying its bloated boardroom payroll and other costs. The commission on the May 2015 fundraise at 8p would have been £1 million. Coke & hookers all round! Except for the shareholders, that is, as the share price is now 5.25p and its going to fall further as the next placing is imminent. So how do you ramp a stock ahead of a placing?

LGO Energy: results preview: it will be a sea of red ink.

LGO Energy (LGO) should be publishing the year end accounts for 2015 within the next week. If the accounts are audited we will probably see LGO declaring an operating loss of between £10-15 million. I have not seen any analysts expectations so its hard to assess how the market will react to this.

Even Paid for Researchers admit that Fastjet is a dog needing a bailout - Equity Development pulls targets

Published 473 days ago

Oh dear, Oh dear, when even those you pay to produce buy notes, refuse to promote your shares you know that you are in trouble. Equity Development, which has been pumping Fastjet hard since 2013 has today said it cant set a target price any more. Cripes, I suppose that if FastJet can spare a few quid it could always get Gollum and Zak Mir to ramp its shares but back to those  paid for rampers we can take, at least a bit, seriously.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast 24 April: More Brexit lies as fraudster Rob Terry breaks cover: why?

Published 513 days ago

I start this podcast with a bit of a reflection on one or two excellent pieces this weekend notably my own stuff on African Potash (AFPO) and the Horse Hill ramp but also the cracking piece today by Cynical Bear on Fast Forward (FFWD). In the bearcast I also look at a stack more Brexit lies as well as discussing why Rob Terry has broken cover and where the SFO is with its investigation into the fraudster.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: The bank robber is spot on re Andalas ramp and Project Fear Brexit lies on fuel prices

Published 520 days ago

Dave Whitby of Anadalas (ADL), what was once uber ramp CEB, should be in prison for his crimes against AIM. I have linked at the side of ShareProphets to an article by someone who was in prison once, Brokerman Dan, on Andalas and the old bank robber is bang on the money. In five days this company could be booted off AIM. It wont, I think, but will survive only by doing things that stink to high heaven. I also discuss today's Project Fear lie, this time on fuel prices

FastForward - has Jim Mellon taken lessons from Lenigas on RNS blizzard rampfests

Published 530 days ago

Since March 3 in 25 working days, my old pal Jim Mellon's AIM casino listed FastForward Innovations (FFWD) has released 9 ramptastic good news RNS statements - one every three days. Since 31 March it has released 6 statements - that is to say almost one a day. It is almost as if Jim has been taking lessons from the master, Mr David Lenigas, on the art of the blizzard of ramptastic releases. Yet another placing with your tea vicar? It is also the nature of the releases that concerns me.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast 5 April: Roger Lawson are you still talking cock on blinkx? Apologise you tool

Published 532 days ago

Firstly happy birthday to my father - I have a present see HERE. Then a message on landing times for UK Investor tickets. If you have not booked yet do so now. Then I am going to annoy Paul Scott by bashing Roger Lawson. Those who followed Lawson's advice as he ramped blinkx (BLNX) without declaring his holding are 90% down. Yet the cocksucker is yet to apologise to them or to those he smeared & defamed who pointed out why his analysis was all cock. So let's look at the dire trading statement today. Then it is onto Asiamet (ARS), Strat Aero (AERO), Iofina (IOF), Fitbug (FITB), Vast Resources (VAST) and finally a detailed look at Rare Earth Minerals (REM) and some interesting points raised by Andrew Monk.

Goudron Bollocks from LGO as it tries to ramp as £5 million rescue placing struggles

Published 554 days ago

Five days ago we revealed that David Lenigas himself was trying to arrange a £5 million bailout placing for insolvent LGO Energy (LGO) which would see Jabba go back on the board and hapless CEO Neil Ritson pushed into the long grass a couple of months later. We have emails from broker Dowgate to potential investors explaining Jabba's plans and saying that the placing would close well before the end of last week. There has been no RNS. Clearly - and not surprisingly - the placement is struggling big time and so LGO has today released ramptastic bollocks from Goudron to try to spoof punters into backing the bailout.

Solo Oil - where's your frigging SPA and when's the massively discounted bailout placing?

Published 554 days ago

Solo Oil (SOLO) the David Lenigas created POS cannot stop telling us more ramptastic news from Horse Hill yet its shares are sliding again today. Why? Well there is a missing RNS on its acqusition out in Bongo Bongo land and the small matter of the placing it needs to do ASAP to pay for that deal and to stop the company going bust.

FastJet - Disastrous Trading Statement, bankruptcy looms

Lenigas Cuba - another ramptastic load of bollocks from David Lenigas

Published 574 days ago

Another day and another dismal attempt by David Lenigas to ramp shares in ailing Lenigas Cuba (CUBA) on the ISDX lobster pot. Hmmm. Lenigas tells us that ISDX - not AIM - is where the liquidity is so how come not one fucking share has traded in this company since 18 February with not one share traded after this latest ramp and with the shares (listed at 5p) stuck at 0.5p to sell just 3 months later? Answer please Mr Lenigas? And so to today's ramptastic bollocks from Jabba The Hutt.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast 23 Feb - Recording with 3 legged Oakley and an imaginary ffing dog

Thank you for your kind messages about my late cat Tara. Today I record with morbidly obese three legged Oakley listening and try to get him excited with an imaginary ffing dog. Actually it is the Chris Oil of cats. I explain. I also look at Stanley Gibbons (SGI), the London Stock Exchange (LSE) and the first placing into the Horse Hill ramp - Evocutis (EVO). Next will be - I predict - Solo (SOLO). I also look at ISDX lobster pots and David Lenigas lies ref Afriag (AFRI).

Lenigas Cuba – if you’re a fan of Cuban Oil why you might want to buy MEO rather than Lenigas Cuba

Published 587 days ago

Hat Tip to reader "Inspector" for this point on the car crash IPO of the year 2015 Lenigas Cuba (CUBA) and its latest (failed) attempt to ramp the share price. On 9th February, Jabba The Hutt published the following update on his company's investment in Petro Australis:

Eden Research dodges FRAUD questions and announces ramptastic Greece bollocks to ramp shares

Servision - now tell us about your deal with the Brazilians - another pre-placing LIE?

Published 591 days ago

We have already demonstrated that not only is Servision (SEV) teetering on the brink of insolvency (HERE), has a ludicrously aggressive revenue recognition policy (HERE) but that also it announces deals as pre-placing ramps then patently does not deliver on them HERE & HERE. Now lets look at a pre-placing ramp from Brazil from April 2015. This is a shocker.

UK Oil & Gas in Isle of Wight ramp - no-one believes these tossers anymore

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast 19 January Marechale is the laughable ramp de jour & Laughing at Lenigas Cuba

Published 609 days ago

Today's ramp de jour is Marechale (MAC) which I debunk completely. The same rampers were active in Peer TV (PTV) - see earlier -  and Glenwick (GWIK). They are scumbags. I laugh at Lenigas Cuba (CUB) have you seen the latest trade? Then it is onto Environmental Recyclying (ENRT), Octagonal (OCT), LGO Energy (TOAST), Greatland Gold (GGP), STM Group (STM), Phorm (PHRM), Quantum Pharma (QP.), XCite Energy (XEL) and Bahamas Petroleum (BPC), both in my 11 oil stocks to go bust list.

Condor Gold - Lack of Offer Period over - it's screwed

Published 611 days ago

Back in September ailing AIM listed gold dog Condor (CNR) announced that it was undertaking a strategic review and was in an offer period. Today it says both processes are over. It was bollocks from the start, you can't polish a turd and this company - of which I have been a long term bear - is screwed. It is almost game over. It will be lights out in May.

UKOG – tell us about your purchase of Angus Energy shares: who got the bunce? Did you lie in an RNS? It seems as if you did

Published 637 days ago

On 3 Feb 2014 the then AIM-listed Lenigas ramp UK Oil and Gas (UKOG) announced that it had purchased a 6% stake in Angus Energy Limited (now called Angus Energy Holdings UK Limited) – see HERE. The price disclosed for this transaction was £368,000, to be settled in UKOG shares to be issued at 0.8p (implying the issue of 46 million shares).

88Energy – private investors acting like lambs to the slaughter

Published 670 days ago

Will private investors on AIM ever learn? This morning 88 Energy (88E) raised A$3million at 0.47p, a mere 24% discount to where the stock opened on Monday. The company also announced a first come first serve Share Purchase Plan (SPP) to raise up to €4,999,999 from existing eligible shareholders. Under the terms of this, retail holders of 88 Energy are allowed to purchase parcels of up to A$15,000 worth of stock on the same terms as the placement participants. No doubt people will fall over themselves to take up this deal, but if the company has such great prospects why the steep discount?

UK Oil & Gas pumps out more Horse Hill Bollocks but no one believes the Lenigas bullshit any more

Published 700 days ago

Almost a year since the first drilling “discovery” at Horse Hill and the companies involved, led by David Lenigas ramp UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) still decline to drill again, instead pumping out more and more meaningless reports on the prospect. Today there is another but almost no-one believes the Lenigas blather any more.

UK Oil & Gas Exclusive: watch the BBC destroy Stephen Sanderson’s credibility HERE

Published 708 days ago

Last night, the BBC published a previously unseen, yet explosive interview with UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) Executive Chairman Stephen Sanderson. It looks like Mr Sanderson has been less than forthcoming in his explanation of who was behind this spring’s outrageous Gatwick Gusher ramp. Having categorically denied that UK Oil & Gas had anything to do with the “100billion barrels of oil beneath the Weald” claims, video evidence now strongly suggests that Sanderson himself was the direct source. You can watch the damning clip here.

David Lenigas & the Horse Hill Crew Brace Yourselves…BBC1 tonight

The Ingenie Panama Pump fraud at Quindell – killer details emerge: Are you happy Gary Lineker?

Published 712 days ago

As the Company’s House filings emerge more details of the various Rob Terry frauds at Quindell (QPP) emerge and the latest concerns Ingenie, the insurance company for whom Gary Lineker made £5 million. Frontera – good news? Or just a pre-placing ramp?

Published 712 days ago

AIM-listed Frontera Resources Corporation (FRR) issued a long and detailed RNS regarding its operations in Georgia this morning. It seems to offer a rose-tinted view of the world: could it be that this is a good moment to be buying the shares, then? There is much to like, as the company trumpets a significant upgrade to gas resources associated with its ongoing exploration and production efforts in the country of Georgia. Or is it just a pre-placing ramp?

Weatherly seeks to defy copper blues - recovery buy

Published 732 days ago

Craig Thomas is celebrating two months as chief executive officer of heavily--indebted southern African copper play Weatherly International (WTI) by tapping into funding facility from 25% shareholder Orion Mine Finance, boosting production from the company’s flagship open-pit Tschudi copper mine in Namibia and studying how to revamp its presently uneconomic underground projects in the same country. AIM-quoted Weatherly, whose shares have plunged from its 8p float price 15 years ago and a more recent 3.88p 12-month high to a mere 0.68p now, has drawn $4 million from an $80 million-plus facility provided by Orion to help ramp up production at Tschudi and apply what Thomas calls ‘real detail and rigour’ to Otjihase and Matchless, the underground projects now grouped in the company’s ‘central operations’ division.

Motive Television – announcement ramp fodder, when's the next fundraising?

Published 736 days ago

Having fallen on interim results last month and further, to 0.205p, last week, shares in Motive Television (MTV) are currently up approaching 30% today, to 0.26p, on the back of an announcement that “Motive intends to develop TabletTV for Apple TV”. I.e. ramp fodder, when's the next fundraising? ...

Tern – after the ramp to 27p comes the Placing at 12p. But what’s this?

Published 771 days ago

Well surprise, surprise! As expected (see HERE) AIM listed Tern plc (TERN) has announced a placing in the wake of the monumental rise in the lead-up to its Interims last week, and the explosion following chairman Angus Forrest’s mega ramp of an interview with paid-for Proactive Investors. With the shares having peaked at 27p on Thursday, the company announced a placing of shares this morning – at just 12p. One might only imagine how anyone who was sucked in to paying 27p last week might be feeling now.

Rob Terry Ramp Imaginatik – as predicted, fundraising ahoy!

Mosman Oil & Gas on the ramp again as the cash situation heads to critical

Published 799 days ago

POS Aim casino poster boy Mosman Oil & Gas (MSMN) has today put out the most ridiculous and desperate operational update in an attempt to spoof mug punters to buy the shares. For the fact is that Mosman is almost out of cash – though it won’t admit it – and needs a bailout soon.

Poor Phorm – what a bullshit trading statement/pre placing ramp – look at the pattern

Twitter Ramper of the week #1 - can you beat this entry from Chris Oil?

Some Sympathy for Sefton

Published 836 days ago

Now my interest has been reignited in the Sefton Resources (SER) story, I’ve been pursuing various investigative leads and have uncovered something pretty surprising. It look very much like Chief Financial Officer Raylene Whitford is a genuinely decent person, who is doing her level best to save this company. Unlike certain previous executives, Miss Whitford is not a serial market abuser, intent solely on lining her pockets at the expense of Sefton’s shareholders.

Who would be your dream ramping team on the AIM casino for Ramptastic PLC?

Published 877 days ago

In the long run a share price will reflect the NPV of future cashflows of a given company. In the short term it can go anywhere. Stocks can whizz higher purely based on aggressive stock promotion, .e ramping. So who would your ramping dream team be? As I sit having a coffee waiting for my car to get an MOT I have put together my own starting five.

Horse Hill and the credibility-killing clarification

Published 888 days ago

This morning’s “Clarification of Press Comment” from UK Oil & Gas (UKOG), and the other companies participating in Horse Hill, heaps shame on all involved in last Thursday’s monumental ramp. At ShareProphets, we were the first to criticise the BBC, ITV, Sky News and all the other broadcasters, who leapt so obediently onto this propaganda bandwagon, for their deeply misleading coverage. Hundreds, if not thousands, of private investors bought stocks in the Horse Hill nags, thanks to the appalling laziness of too many journalists. Within 24 hours, most of these ordinary people were facing losses of upwards of 35% on their “investments”. This disgraceful episode illustrates once again why AIM is in such desperate need of comprehensive reform.

Tom Winnifrith BearCast Extra - explaining the difference between a ramp and a share tip

Published 905 days ago

Volex is avin a bubble with grossly misleading RNS – it’s all about (lack of) cash generation

Published 907 days ago

I have noted before on a number of occasions that Volex is obsessed with spin and share price promotion but that its market cap (£59 million at 65p) is just a total Rum and coke. A grotesquely misleading RNS today only highlights the big problem with this enterprise: (lack of) cash generation.

Alba Mineral Resources; get ready for the next Horse Hill super ramp

Published 918 days ago

I watched the trade in Alba Mineral Resources (ALBA) last Thursday and Friday in a state of bemused bewilderment. For the life of me, I just could not understand what was encouraging buyers to push this company’s stock price higher. Thursday’s announcement of Alba’s acquisition of Regency Mines’ (RGM) stake in Horse Hill gave a crystal clear warning that the company would place at 0.25p, to help pay for this transaction. Today Alba did precisely this. What on earth possessed people to buy shares at 0.4p and above is a mystery to me, but it does suggest one thing. There will be buyers for the next Horse Hill ramp.

EXCLUSIVE: Tern– The RNSs It does Not Want To Release – Signal Hill corrects

Published 987 days ago

Yesterday, HERE, I showed that a piece of market data which was being totally misrepresented at loon central as the basis of the mother of all ramparoonies for Tern (TERN) was, in fact, incorrect. However, Tern and its advisers, rather than correct the market’s wrong perception, had seen fit to conduct a Placing on the back of the incredible rise in Tern’s shares. Well, it is now confirmed that the data upon which the ramp was based has been corrected.

BearCast from Tom Winnifrith - why IGAS is a screaming short & the shale bubble

Published 1026 days ago

There are three reasons why IGAS (IGAS) shares are a screaming short at 56p. One is that the shale bubble is set to burst. Greed will turn to revulsion and any company that has used the word shale in release after release to ramp its shares in the good times will now suffer the backlash. The second is Andrew Austin, the CEO. He is still not telling the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth on his Equities First Holdings LLC dodgy share trades. That makes the stock uninvestable until he fesses up and quits. It is only a matter of time. The third...

Concha – Chris Akers prize bullshitter: Ramp, Ramp Ramp

Published 1191 days ago

I flagged up 6 days ago on 10th June that Concha (CHA) was at 2.18p the most ramped and overvalue stock on AIM. The shares are now 1.55p and the stock remains grotesquely overvalued, a point reinforced by a statement on 11th June by chairman Chris Akers who really is a prize bullshitter.
