Uh Oh those in his flock of followers who bought into this ramp must be feeling a tad sick today with the shares at just 5.5p after a statement that raises big questions about Paul Vonk, ousted as CEO last week and the matter of material non disclosure.

AIM-listed purveyor of all things graphene, Haydale (HAYD) has been on an RNS Reach-fest, the latest of which came this morning. Of course, RNS Reach announcement are by definition immaterial and are best viewed as free advertising. But the market has bought into the ramp and the shares are markedly up on the 12p low point they reached when it emerged – along with proft warning No. 3 in six months – that Haydale had been unable to raise loan finance it had planned to. The stock is now up at 36.5p – still a long way down from the 78p at which I wrote about the company last June.

But now folks are looking behind the smokescreen of bullshit and the shares are tumbling again, to 73.5p. Since this company has committed securities fraud my target remains 0p. I’m struggling to take my eyes off the ‘flavour of the month’ stock, EVR Holdings (EVRH), at the moment as it continues its irresistible rise upwards and I have to tip my hat to a great performance by the CEO, Anthony Matchett, on a podcast on Wednesday and all CEO’s in the ramp phase should take note.

in this bonus bearcast I compare the ramp de jour of the moment (Cloudtag (CTAG)) with that of eighteen months ago, African Potash (AFPO). It is shocking how similar the two cases are and the results will also be the same. In this podcast I reference the work of Waseem Shakoor in exposing both frauds and of my hero, Sam Antar, on the psychology of stockmarket fraud and how it plays out here

In September I used EVR Holdings (EVRH) as a case study in ‘How to make money out of a Chris Akers stock’ and suggested that it could rise from around 3p and wouldn’t be surprised to seeing it hit 6p, but would perhaps get out then. Well, it hit my target price this week, more quickly than I initially envisaged, so what would I do now?

And so today we have another revelation, this time from Nigel, showing how the rotters at Cloudtag (CTAG) have once again lied to investors in an RNS. I say once again because we have now lost track of the number of times this has happened. And the lies have been told with deliberate purpose: to pump the share price to allow both insiders and those backing placing after placing to dump stock at inflated prices. This is fraud. Yet Nomad Cairn continues to sign off on these lies issued via RNS, to tolerate CEO Amit lying in podcasts and videos to ramp the shares. So I have written once again to Cairn and cc'd in AIM Regulation
