Hello Share Revellers. As I've traded shares longer than my talented fellow writers, may I take the liberty at this jolly time of year to reflect on how Christmas should influence our dealings in the wicked, wicked City. We should BUY integrity, HOLD morals and Sell dishonesty in keeping with the spirit of Xmas. Because it's not just dodgy directors that try to pounce on money they're not entitled to.

The video is self explanatory and the UKOG ramper in chief does not mince his words. Enjoy.

The one thing we all know about UK Oil & Gas (UKOG), the massively over-valued company run by Lyin's Steve Sanderson is that it has virtually zero cash left and thus needs to get a placing away ASAP. To that end one would expect a proven ramper like Lyin' Steve to be give us ramptastic news from Broadford Bridge on an almost daily basis. Instead...

Two days ago Entu (ENTU) issued a statement which essentially said that its shares were worthless. Yet today the shares have rocketed by 230% to 4.3p. This is the classic dead cat bounce.

A busted clock and all that, Roger "Ramper" Lawson has posted something on the ShareSoc blog for his three readers which is actually bang on the money. Although it is written in his normal pompous and tedious style for once the sad old bastard is bang on the money. His comments refer to secret cautions by the FCA - a system which just does not work.

Last week I asked you explain which of the four companies whose logos I showed ( Globo, Cloudtag, Naibu & Polly Peck) was the odd one out. A few of you were game enough to have a stab as you can see HERE.

Yes, I shall be recording my first ever joint bearcast - if one excludes ones where Oakley has chipped in. The date is April 1, my opponent is Paul Scott. Will it be TrakM8 or checkmate? The venue London in a new bonus session at UK Investor Show. I explain more about this total one-off in today's podcast. It is 4 weeks to the day to UK Investor and tickets are 85% booked out so if you are not booked in book NOW! On this podcast I also look at Brave Bison (BBSN) and TrakM8 (TRAK) and how cost cutting can itself prompt a cash crisis. I look at Audioboom (BOOM) with a more generous eye. I look at Glenwick (GWIK), now booted off AIM, which stinks. And I look at the idea of investing in shite companies to make money, ref Red Leopard (RLH) and Cynical Bear. This also brings me to ECR (ECR) where we own shares and I now see arch ramper Big Gib is on board. Over to you Big Gob do not let me stop you!

This is so simple. 4 companies but which is the odd one out and why? Answers in the comments section below by midnight on 28 February (today). The answer is not Globo on the basis that it was the only fraud owned and promoted by Roger Ramper Lawson but do your best anyway...

I know some folks want to blame others if they have lost money on the Cloudtag (CTAG) fraud. Well it is fair to hold some to account and make adverse comments and some folks should be doing a perp walk. But ultimately we are all accountable for our own trades whether winners or losers. Moving on this debacle has raised issues which call for two MASSIVE changes to the AIM Rule book: the announcement of Nomad departures and the disclosure or banning of placings based on T+ trades. PS Does anyone have an address for Cloudtag ramper David Greece. Please post in the comments section below in case I get bored and find myself in his locality.

One of the main, if not the main, ramper of shares in the worthless fraud Cloudtag (CTAG) is a Bristol based fellow called Liam Nicholas, the author of this ramptastic blog. Liam works for a company in the white van hire rental business and his ludicrously partisan commentary is one reason so many folks are nursing huge losses on this AIM fraud. I have spoken to the Mrs and she has agreed to hold the camera if I visit Liam this weekend as we too live in Bristol.

So what if Cloudtag (CTAG) is a fraud which lies to investors, has no revenues (other than bogus made up ones in RNS statements) and is running out of cash? So what if its shares are now just 4.75p to sell ( down from 25p a couple of months ago) and are heading to nil. The ramper in chief Liam Nicholas is undeterred. His lie packed website about the fraud may not be getting much traffic these days but the man who works for a white van rental company and lives, like me, here in Bristol has a message of hope for the deluded. Forget fundamental analysis or impending news....

This website has pointed out that AIM listed IGAS has been a slam dunk sell for more than two years but for a good few months as it warned that it would breach covenants on its bonds any moron could see that the writing was on the wall. Except loyal house broker Cannacord, shamed over the Quindell fraud, its research on this has been laughable. It shows that a buy note from a house broker, especially one as shoddy as Cannacord, is just worthless. You will remember how Canaccord fired heroic Kevin Ashton, the world's number 1 tech analyst, when he refused to write a buy note on the Quindell fraud.

At what stage do you think that the folk who bought into the Worthington (WRN) fraud will accept that they have lost everything? I reckon even after it has gone into administration some folks will still think they own a golden ticket. There were 15 entries into the last BB ramper of the week sponsored by Strat Aero (AERO) PR man, aka fake BB Moron sayitlikeitis, as you can see here. But the winner?

He tried his best to ramp this crock of shite but even arch twitter ramper Wayne Gibson, aka Big Gib, could not push the rancid wastewater that is Blenheim Natural Resources (BNR) uphill. Having bought a stake of 5.625 million shares ( 3.05%) just before Christmas at 0.8-1p, Gib has now bailed, taking a huge haircut.

I had to buy a copy of the Guardian for Dad today and carry it home through the streets from the newsagent. How I am shamed in front of my neighbours. Meanwhile dad is reading books I own by Peter Hitchens, Niall Ferguson and Melanie Phillips and is loving them, as his inner reactionary is exposed. On the markets I look at Servision (SEV), Xtract Energy (XTR) - Steve Moore and Gary Newman you are FIRED! - Gulf Keystone (GKP), Taihua (FRAUD), Oxford Pharma (OXP), Judges Scientific (JDG) and another bad day for disgraced Roger "Ramper" Lawson of ShareSoc, Kennedy Ventures (KENV) and finally the poltroons stock of choice for today, Nyota (NYO).

ShareSoc, home to disgraced ramper Roger Lawson of blinkx, Globo and general infamy, reckons that AIM Can lose its Casino tag but needs reform. On the latter point that seems like a statement of the bleeding obvious but what does ShareSoc demand? Honestly you could not make this stuff up.

Phorm PLC, can you hear me? Phorm PLC ... your boys took a hell of a beating! Your boys took a hell of a beating!"

I am only asking but the much ramped Andalas Energy (ADL) formerly the much ramped CEB Resources has got two weeks to pubish an AIM readmission document or it will be booted off the AIM casino. It would be farewell to rule breaking ramper Dave Whitby, no great loss.

Just how much cash does UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) have left? At September 30 2015 net of trade payables it was c£4 million. PLC costs are £100,000 cash per month. And the cost of all the work at Horse Hill not to mention the Isle of Wight must have been closer to £2 million than £1 million. I reckon the number is now c£1.5 million which means a placing is needed fast. Fellow Horse Shite play Solo (SOLO) neess a placing within two weeks to pay its commitments in Bongo Bongo land hence today's ramptastic (misleading) RNS.

In today's St David's Day podcast I wish my Welsh listeners a happy national day and - especially for you - discuss why sheep porn matters. I then move onto Horse Hill and today's news and why Ben Turney and the other silly rampers are talking shit. To make it simple, I use the analogy of Ms Cheryl Cole and Mr Wayne Rooney. I discuss African Potash (AFPO), letters of credit and thus Environmental Recycling (ENRT) and its fellow FRAUD Eden Research (EDEN). Its PR man Queenie McManus is - I assume - still smearing me as he chats to his pals the Bulletin Board Morons - but the company refuses to meet for an interview. What - other than fraud - is it hiding? I discuss Greka Drilling (GDL) as it heads down the pan and - after today's results from Barclays (BARC) - banks in general and why Old Getafix is wrong to be such a bull.

Every single Bulletin Board and twitter ramper seems to have a field day with AIM listed Glenwick (GWIK) over the past few weeks - it is the rampttastic cash shell of the moment. This stinks in oh so many ways and why can't these folks do basic maths?

Jabba The Hutt cannot help himself. Having pompously blathered on about how we all need to be responsible when using social media the fat Aussie has today shown himself (again) to be utterly irresponsible or worse. This time the rampfest is LGO Energy (LGO). Jabba tweets:

Modesty is not normally a word one associates with Jabba The Hutt. Words like ramper, promoter, exaggerating, bullshit, overpaid, greedy are ones that spring to mind. And modesty is something that is not evident at all as Big Dave Lenigas turns his hand to blogging.

Almost a year since the first drilling “discovery” at Horse Hill and the companies involved, led by David Lenigas ramp UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) still decline to drill again, instead pumping out more and more meaningless reports on the prospect. Today there is another but almost no-one believes the Lenigas blather any more.
