Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Why I think Malcolm Stacey is wrong on Bigdish & good riddance you mendacious old hag

This gets worse and worse for Chris Rynning, the former boss of ShareProphets AIM-China Filthy Forty play Origo Partners (OPP). Having discussed how a billion Kroner disappeared to tax-havens under this self-styled China expert, today E24 looks at the company credit card. If you thought Nilesh Jagatia of Teathers (TEA), Insprit (INSP) and Octagonal (OCT) was, ahem, generous (to himself), this appears to take the biscuit.

Tom Winnifrith pointed to some previous anomalies at AIM-listed Octagonal (OCT) where John Gunn (of AIM-listed dog Inspirit Energy) and Nilesh Jagatia (of Teathers infamy) reside. Today, I had an email drop into my inbox…..it is all very odd.

I look at why taking part in the Premaitha (NIPT) placing did not constitute insider dealing but make a suggestion as to how to change the way AIM placings take part. I look at what the Countrywide (CWD) statement means for Purplebricks (PURP) and at UK housing activity, at MySquar (FRAUD) where SP Angel continues to turn a blind eye to crime, at Avanti Communications (AVN), R4E (R4E) and at a new NEX float Tectonic Gold (TTAU) formerly Stratmin and why AIM turned it down and what message that sends to flip flop Ben Turney and Teathers (TEA). Read about my extreme weekend suffering and be generous HERE

The following censure of Jason Drummond of Teathers (TEA) infamy is damning. It relates to his time at Media Corp (MDC) an AIM disaster story ending in bankruptcy. I think it is fair to say that Jason will not be sitting on any more AIM boards after this.

Any company employing disgraced Nilesh Jagathia of Teathers infamy is a good bet either to go tits up or to get into a spot of bother for not filing documents properly at Companies House. And that brings us to Octagonal (OCT) PLC where clueless Nilesh does the books.

A crowdfunding appeal has been launched to take Jason Drummond & Nilesh Jagatia of Teathers (TEA) infamy to the High Court over a previous debacle Purple Lounge & AIM listed (now bust) Media Corp. It is claimed that investors were misled and also that client funds at Purple Lounge went missing. The allegations, and at this stage they are allegations, are very serious indeed.

I wrote earlier today that Flip Flop Ben Turney who now finds himself running failed ex AIM investment vehicle Teathers really MUST go to the Old Bill demanding a full investigation into the ATM withdrawals by ex FD Nilesh Jagatia. A reader points out that Flip Flop has another civic duty to perform on this matter, he must go to the taxman. Ever keen to help...

Yesterday I revealed a series of 74 "interesting" transactions on the Teathers Financial (TEA) company credit card and some curious payments on the Teathers pre-payment card belonging to Nilesh Jagatia the company's former FD. There is now a very real suspicion that Teather's poor shareholders were paying for Jagatia's domestic shopping at his local Sainsbury's in South Woodford and that he was making withdrawals from the company's account for personal use. I have thus written to the new CEO flip flop Ben Turney who, of course arrived in the coup that saw Jagatia fired. The letter is below.

Formerly AIM-listed Teathers Financial (TEA) has released numbers for the year to 31 October 2016. They are truly shocking. In its year to October 2015 the group balance sheet sported a net assets value of about £800,000 having raised just over £1 million in the year. That is pretty bad. But as at 31 October 2016 (having raised no further cash) net assets came in at about just under £70,000 with just £658 in the bank. Where did it all go?

Cry aceeed! Over the weekend Nigel published the proposals made by flip flop Ben Turney for Sefton Resources (SER) and Teathers (TEA). Yup the longest running pantomime on the AIM Casino is back in town. Some of the ideas suggested are just plain crackers. Truly when you thought this farce could not get any more surreal it just did. Others are actually very sensible. I try to cut through the farce to suggest what should happen.

ShareProphets has learned that the management of EX-AIM-listed Teathers (TEA) which was put in place by shareholder activism is to put formal merger proposals to ex-AIM-listed Sefton Resources (SER) with a view to the combined entity eventually relisting on AIM. The plan, subject to due diligence and shareholder approval by both companies, would see a new project (yet to be disclosed) injected into the combined entity, alongside the Teathers App business with the aim of getting back on to the Casino. This would, of course, represent a most remarkable turnaround for shareholders in both companies if it were achieved.

The revelations this week about how both Teathers Financial (TEA), notably HERE & HERE, and the former manager at Wandisco (WAND), HERE, have pillaged shareholder funds to allow management, their wives and pals to live the high life have been shocking. That the Teathers boys thought racking up a bar tab in one night which was greater than the UK average post tax monthly wage just shows how distorted was their value set. But this is the tip of a very enormous iceberg on AIM and among the crony capitalists who service AIM Companies. And it's all your money. I write today not to expose but to call for specific changes.

The ex-AIM-listed Sefton Resources (SER) disaster story looks set to take an extraordinary new turn. ShareProphets hears that Ben Turney has now amassed enough of a holding to requisition an EGM proposing sack-the-board resolutions, appointing himself and one of his Teathers Action Group colleagues instead. Oooh, er. But the most bizarre twist of this is that we hear that the source of Ben Turney’s holding of 585.1 million shares (out of 4.7 billion) is none other than a certain Mr Chris Oil, via a private sale. Aceeeeeeeed!!

Now that Teathers (TEA) disgraced Nilesh Jagatia has finally published accounts for another AIM POS, we can have a look at how Octagonal (OCT) has valued its investments. We start by looking at City Golf Clubs Limited.

One swallow does not a summer make, according to Aristotle. I guess he would baulk at two as well but it does seem that a few swallows are getting the idea. I refer, of course, to the growing number of AIM companies facing shareholder activism. It is a good thing.

And so the rebels have won hands down at the sack-the-board EGM of formerly AIM-listed Teathers Financial (TEA). ShareProphets can exclusively reveal the voting numbers - it wasn't even close.

I just love Companies House. You can flick through so many companies in just a few moments and last night I came across a share allotment filing for ex-AIM Casino stock Teathers Financial (TEA) which turned up out of the blue only yesterday, and was filed on 25 June 2016 – just two days after Justin Drummond stepped down from the board. It seems that 3.05 million shares were issued on 29 Sept 2015. So why does this smell so badly of anchovy-stuffed rotting kippers?

Who would you want running the AIM PLC board from hell? Naturally with Outsourcery (OUT) becoming his 39th business failure, or is it 38 I lose track, Dragon's Den flop Piers Linney has to be the CEO. I'd nominate that silly woman from Easyjet (EZJ) as Group Equal Opportunities Officer. The Chairman has to be the patrician twit Gibson Smith formerly at the LSE. The FD...check out the CV of Nilesh Jagatia of Inspirit (INSP) and Teather's (TEA) infamy now on the run!

You can't be critical of shares in companies that are fighting cancer or of ones beloved by Bulletin Board Morons and Malcolm Stacey. Yes I can! Sorry but shares in Advanced Oncotherapy (AVO) are surely a stonking sell. Then I cover PCG Entertainment (PCGE), and with reference to Teathers (TEA) I look at Boxhill (BOX) which will go to zero one way or another. I have a few comments on Highlands Natural Resources (HNR) but flag up that I am penning a piece tomorrow
