Quindell – New Gotham City price target prize sweepstake

By Tom Winnifrith | Monday 12 January 2015

Disclosure: I have no positions in any stocks mentioned, and no plans to initiate any positions within the next 72 hours. I wrote this article myself, and it expresses my own opinions. I am not receiving compensation for it (other than from ShareProphets). I have no business relationship with any company whose stock is mentioned in this article.

The valiant corporate campaigners Gotham City called Quindell (QPP) brilliantly with its first report but has now said that its second report is out soon and that it will be slashing its 45p price target. Interestingly last time Rob Terry rebuffed Gotham as he tried to protect Rob Terry. This time will the new management fight to save Rob Terry’s reputation or will it just blame all the crimes Gotham uncovers on Mr 2+2 can – 5? But…

What will Gotham’s new price target be? The prize is a bottle of Greek Hovel olive oil and just post your targets in the comments section below with as a tie-breaker your date for when the target is reached. The deadline for entries is midnight tonight.

More on QPP

  1. Paul collison

    5p tom. I’m feeling generous.

  2. 2.5 pence by June 2015

  3. 0p for me !

  4. What about a sweepstake for the actual share price? I’m going for 150p by May 2015 but fear this is too cautious.

  5. 0p

  6. 18p. March 21st.

  7. Asset swap ~ one surplus scaffolding pole (or bracket) per shareholder, no cash alternative or returns.

  8. 10p 27 Feb or can I go for day PWC report is published ?

  9. Boggle ……… for PWC report read “Dr Ali ‘s steam flood report “ In any case the only copy of the report will be certain to get eaten by the FCA chairmans dog whilst its being proof read .

  10. 35p end of February
Stock has ramped sensationally by QPP themselves with their PR consultants. Also using QPPSAG, Quindellecho, and BBs.

Still confused on these option deals for new board members and senior executive. Why?

  11. Terrys Chocolate Starfish

    600p you slags.

But not per share. For all of it.

  12. I would say 8 pence.

  13. 20p

  14. I’m going for 12.5p on 17th. March 2015

  15. 25p – bet the administrators find some residual value.

  16. 18p, February 24th.

  17. Daniel Victor

32p, March 31st.Guessing share might be suspended before that, and not come back.

  18. Contrariwise

12p does not seem to be taken, and I fancy a bottle of Olive Oil: better for you than Quindell shares anyway.

  19. Decimated – 4.5p

  20. 16.5p

If 50% receivables are received, accounts payable settled and goodwill written to zero, I make that the book value. Gotham may well aim lower.

  21. 10p. March 7th.

0p for the company with the balance coming from ticket sales to RT’s trial.

  22. 3p, seems like Gotham’s favourite number

  23. Burton Lazars

    30th Jan

  24. Hmmmm, it should be under 5p but I’m going for 28p

  25. Didn’t you say the company would be bust by Christmas?

  26. Bow

No I did not as it happens. I have specifically NEVER given a date when I think this FRAUD will go tits up.

Thank you anyway for your moronic comment

  27. It was a fair question and certainly did not require you to insult me. I was prepared to give you a fair shout but it seems that what others say about you is true.
    An abusive two bob wanker.

  28. Bow

About once a day people repeat this canard that I gave a set timescale for Quindell going bust. It is one of numerous canards and smears from certain folks. I am just utterly tired of having to put them straight. You asked a question based on zero evidence.

It is like me saying to someone “is it true you beat your wife?” if enough folks ask this question over the internet in the end folks start to believe it is true.

As such you sense my annoyance. It is like some of the other smears. I have answered already showing that they are rubbish. But still I have to answer again and again.

I am bored of doing this and so if you want to think that ADVFN has sacked me, that I said QPP would be bust at xmas, etc etc just go ahead. It is all untrue but what can i do?

Oh yes, I am abusive. after a while of dealing with this shite wouldnt you be? If you wish to head off in high dudgeon and not read this website I am not going to argue with you. Having 1 less person who asks a question that has been answered so many times makes my life easier.

  29. Dear Tom

Do you any more info about GC releasing her report and a better idea re their share price prediction for QPP please?

    Many thanks

  30. Tom

PWC’s report resulting in frightening write downs will wreck Quindell’s balance sheet.

A placing @ 20 pence giving a rather generous capitalisation of circa £85 million. Late March.

However, wouldn’t surprise me that Gotham agree’s with your prediction of zero pence.
