Disclosure: I have no positions in any stocks mentioned, and no plans to initiate any positions within the next 72 hours. I wrote this article myself, and it expresses my own opinions. I am not receiving compensation for it (other than from ShareProphets). I have no business relationship with any company whose stock is mentioned in this article.
It's a duopoly of duds this week. What to do? There were few entries last week, which seems to show that the bulletin board posters on LSE and ADVFN and III have all been sensible and humble for the past seven days.
The first is submitted by Juicin Drumroll, and is from Vindaloo on LSE regarding the Worthington NewCo thing:
How much cash do we think Newco will have when it lists? A few million?
The problem is not just that it violates the iron clad imaginary rule that we can't talk about Aiden Earley or Worthington or NewCo ( we can and do) but it is not particularly moronic, just naive.
The second is also submitted by Juicin Drumroll, and is by Cindy888 regarding Cloudtag.
Had a little chat with Onitor today
This is one of there messages. Its all going on in the background.
"While we thoroughly appreciate your support (my name), I'm afraid that I can't divulge information that hasn't been officially announced. We must abide by stock market rules for when we want to re-list the company.
But, there is a plan for the company, and I'm sure that it will be announced via a shareholder update soon."
I struggle with what Cloudtag could possibly have answered: Dear Cindy888, Sorry, we suck. Regards, Cloudtag? Dear Cindy888, We already have your money, please go away. Besties, Cloudtag?
So I am going to declare that the winner is me. This week's No Prize is—well this is a change—dinner for two at Otto's on Gray's Inn Road, with taxi and overnight at the Savoy provided. All expenses paid by ShareProphets. Well, that's terrific. I wonder what the prize could be next week?
Never miss a story.
