Quindell Bulletin Board/twitter Moron Competition - Week 4

By Tom Winnifrith | Sunday 9 November 2014

Disclosure: I have no positions in any stocks mentioned, and no plans to initiate any positions within the next 72 hours. I wrote this article myself, and it expresses my own opinions. I am not receiving compensation for it (other than from ShareProphets). I have no business relationship with any company whose stock is mentioned in this article.

By popular demand this contest is back. As last week I will award a bottle of wine to the reader who posts up the tweet or Bulletin Board comment from a Quindell shareholders which demonstrates his or her stupidity most clearly - the entries in week two were brilliant.  The entries in week one were also incredibly amusing. And arguably last week's selection of sheer stupidity was the best yet.  Whether that comes in the form of just not understanding how shares work, a willingness to believe the most errant nonsense or just plain ramping/peddling of TA gobbledygook, feel free to post away. Meanwhile

I have yet to be shown one post by a Quindell moron where they are explain any factual inaccuracy in my podcast last week of why Quindell is going bust or in my video HERE which demonstrated that Quenron had told blatant lies via RNS and committed wholesale accounting fraud. And no one has demonstrated any factual error in my podcast at the weekend showing that Quindell had also committed Securities fraud HERE

Why can’t they explain why my facts are wrong? I digress, post away and the winner – will be announced next weekend and will get a bottle of high quality wine.

Optrade again from LSE, an empty vessel if ever there was one.

Apologies for the length but I needed to put the full exchange here in all it’s ignorance! This discussion is as to why the shareprice failed to soar this a.m., the first morning since the NED £100K buy.

Jtop7……………. Sorry, I don’t believe that your assumptions are correct.

Let me explain a little………………………….. when the shorter borrows a share, he buys it from the lender. It is recorded as a Buy. To maintain sp equilibrium he will then Sell the right amount of shares to suppress the sp.

Currently he is borrowing more than he needs to do this because he is defending himself against good news being released from QPP.
    All in my opinion.

I wouldn’t trust half the journalists your mention to wipe their own ar5es never mind advise on investments.

What I do know is that Quindell are capable of paying their 2000+staff which in itself as a fair achievement and a good indicator of worthiness.

They also have strong board, including the most recent buyer who is no mug and clearly understands the inner workings (and future) of QPP as opposed to some pizza-eating outsider looking in through tainted specs.

GC – Paid for by? Motivated by? Allegations completely refuted by QPP. ‘lost’ libel ruling.
Motley Fool – Hit & miss and main priority is traffic and selling various Motley things.
Share Prophets – click whor.es – traffic is revenue.
Simon Cawkell – what’s his motivation? Made plenty of huge losses in the past.
FT – just thingy McCrumbly, not exactly the whole paper.
Money Week & Telegraph – no idea what they’ve said, but probably speculating on the speculation, rather than tenacious investigative journalism.

All in all, nothing has been uncovered or revealed. Business as usual.

  7. As this tripe was posted, the price was -4% ish at around 130p. The post was however called “Good day today” – presumably good for flushing even more money down the toilet.

Written by a brainbox called Leper at 12.27 3rd Nov

So in the first 1/2 hour of today ~3/4 million shares were traded. The share price was barely knocked down at all. A couple of weeks ago that would have caused a 10 pence drop. We are now at 2.4 million traded and at -6 pence. This is a good day. The buy/sell/unknown charts look good. I can see by the end of the week there will be even less shorts open.

Don’t forget that 3/4 million in the first half hour would have been devistating a couple of weeks ago. How many shares do they have left. It is no longer laddering down.

He has failed to enlighten the QPP faithful further with his Divine investment insights ….. and they wail and whither in disconsolation and betrayal!

Here we have a chap called ‘Billy Bean’ ex- Quindell shareholder, who has by anyone’s terms lost a packet. He joins and posts several threads on LSE QPP, bulletin board, warning investors of putting too much faith in the infallibility of auditors. I think most people would agree that’s a pretty reasonable valid observation to make, given the companies present woes………. not the Zombies, that lurk in the dark recesses of this board…. they attack like frenzied blood drinking fiends….. and here is just one example, of particularly nastiness and cruelty :-

  13. Dominic Cooper

Some shocking drivel on III board today about Fabrogino numbers or some such proving that the share price is about to hit 280p in the next few minutes. But that is beat for me by:-

Velo, on LSE 15:28 (as to why the share price continuing to tank is not a warning sign and is not a sign that the market distrusts QPP’s figures):-
    ***
Haven’t you noticed. or read the posts of those with access to Level 2, lamenting the fact that every time a big buy gets displayed , within minutes, a corresponding, matching sell appears?

And always AFTER the substantial buy, never before it. Isn’t that the “biggest warning sign”?

So yes, it is the biggest warning sign and in my opinion I know where the responsibility for that action lies in that warning sign. And it tells me it won’t abate until SL Roble & co., are much diminished in their presence
    - and is F/all to do with having the ‘wrong auditors’ employed on QPP’s books

    ***

That’s it, the big nasty bogeyman in the woods, SL Roble & co (aka Roble SL) are personally responsible for lowering the share price by engineering sells every time somebody (I guess big II’s?) wants to buy. Nobody has explained where Roble would have the shares from to sell, given that they hold a net short, and given that each sale would lose them money unnecessarily. But there you go.

    Nerdofsteel 4 Nov’14 – 12:59 – 14804 of 14823 4 0

I cannot believe how lucky we are to be able to top up at this ridiculous price

It is very rare to have the opportunity to invest in such a great, fast growing, profitable, cash generative Business on a forward P/E of just over 1, and at valuation that will shortly be below nett assets if the cash generation continues unabaated.

  15. Russ O'Callaghan

Interesting post DASV. very interesting points in it too.
Nerdofsteel writes about the stock being available at below net assets shortly. How is anyone at the moment really able to determine exactly what Quindell’s net assets are worth? So much seems to have been acquired in a very nebulous way and the actual business that each branch conducts is so foggily explained that it would seem to be quite difficult to set a price on the multiple and intertwangled branches of the group, wouldn’t you agree?

  16. “What I do know is that Quindell are capable of paying their 2000+staff which in itself as a fair achievement and a good indicator of worthiness.”

Uh-huh, apart from the fact that they changed a pay date from month end into the next month which probably meant their 2000+ staff had mortgage/rent/utility bill direct debits bouncing left right and centre. Great employers.

Quindell – Pseudo-Automatic Market Makers and Algorithms Good evening, I’ve discussed before my ardent love for Quindell plc, so I’m going to put that to one side and focus on a short selling strategy that the likes of Roble S.L and others could well be using to manipulate the market and increase their profit potential. I actually discussed the concept of Automatic Market Makers in a post from this morning that can be found here for those interested and this leads nicely on from that: http://themaskedstocktrader.blogspot.co … akers.html As I said in that post, Automatic Market Makers (AMMs) are part and parcel of the world of High Frequency Trading (HFT) and are effectively used to force large orders that have split up and put through via algorithms to execute towards the higher end of the price ranges sent by the algorithm in question. My theory regarding Quindell is that parties with major short interests are performing biweekly “rinse and repeat” procedures on the stock, in part through the use of preventative orders (refilling the order book with sells after significant purchases to prevent the SETS system from ticking up the share price substantially), but also via the use of pseudo-AMMs. With having a sort of pseudo-AMM in place (I’m calling it a “pseudo-AMM”, because it’s not actually used in the market making process in this case, but operates on the same principals), institutions with a short interest in the company could take advantage of the third party showing of trades and increase their profitability: Trades are reported to the stock exchange accurately as buys or sells, but the third party platforms that many people use take the trades and the spreads through the day, to come up with an assumed buy or sell reading depending on the price of that trade and its position within the bid/ask spread at that point. By using some form of pseudo-AMM, large institutions can ping back and forth to make sure that their “real” buy trades are filled at prices that fit the mid point or below of the spread, thus making them appear as sells, or unknown trades to the majority of retail investors. Combined with filling the bid side of the order book to cause downwards pricing pressure, this allows the three following points: 1. The subtle accumulation of large numbers of shares through split algorithmic orders (being on the other side to an AMM, as it were). 2. The accumulation of shares within price ranges that misrepresent their real status in the order book. 3. The suppression of the share price and thus the demoralisation of retail investors. Food for thought… The Masked Stock Trader

  18. Russ O’Callaghan – The reason I posted Nerd’s post to this competition is because claiming QPP’s valuation is below NAV requires you to believe they paid fair value for their acquisitions. In the case of Skilwise and Himex and the other 180+ subsidiaries, that’s clearly not the case, despite repeated claims by QPP that they have “strict acquisition criteria”.

Presumably their strict acquisition criteria is basically one question:-

“Does the company to be acquired currently belong to an old mate of someone on the board?”

HFT conspiracy theory is now doing the rounds: this is a cracker from advfn this morning:-

    “wardy333 5 Nov’14 – 08:34 – 8982 of 8983

Have the hedgies got BOTs working on this , seems its fairly quiet mornings then the BOTs get to work later in the day, nothing the company can do once they get rooted into a stock, layering , spoof orders etc etc many cards they have to play , the ordinary investor has no chance against it, FCA what a joke you might as well inform the defunct CSA , bunch of overpaid underworked wimps you ever did see , when have they ever taken action in he U/K against anyone layering or using illegal tactics??? just like doping a horse shorting and not letting it run on its merits.”

  19. Hi,

Good news! The moronic, grand leader of the LSE board has returned – the all-knowing QPP1000 . He’s still the same sanctimonious, patronizing, self loving, deluded individual has shown himself to be. Anyway he now wants only people who agree with him on the board and he wants everyone to filter out everybody else.

“It has become infested with people whose only interest is to disrupt proper and intelligent debate and I think you all know who these people are. So I am going to suggest that everybody with a genuine interest in their investment in this stock ( and by genuine I mean people invested for the long term and therefore by definition holders of the stock ) make a conscious effort to rid this board of these types of individuals.

“So I intend to end every single one of my posts with three simple words and would invite all like minded people on this board to do the same in order that we get the message across and keep reinforcing the message until we have succeeded in making this board what it should be – a place to get informed opinion and rational debate.

    Best Regards, Chris

  21. QPP1000 is back on the LSE message board and already proving his worth to this competition:
I know I am in danger of all appearing here, however I thought a week away had doe him some good with this comment “ I have watched with great interest the way this BB has degenerated in the last week or so.
It has become infested with people whose only interest is to disrupt proper and intelligent debate”

And then some twenty minutes later he comes up with this nugget of proper and intelligent debate

“If any of you guys are attending fireworks party’s this evening please take care and keep safe.

Those of you who may be a little short need to take particular care especially with fireworks that are difficult to stand up. There is a greater risk for you that a pyrotechnic device could explode in your face causing among other things severe teeth damage and halitosis as well as potentially affecting the normal process of neuron transmission paths within the brain which has been proven to affect intellectual capacity.

I have also been asked to pass on a message from the London Fire Brigade.
If anybody notices burning smells in the Clearly Unwell district this evening please note that this is a known phenomenon in this area of London and should not be un-necessarily reported. This is generally the busiest night of the year for the Fire Service and they are tired of having to continually attend false alarms in this part of the City”

    Clued-in

Hi Bistable, worrying times indeed !! However, even if the sp hits 50p in next few months because of what I feel are very nasty people- the bloggers like TW- and QPP comes out with good cash flow and revenue then the sp will jump exponentially. The sp does not really matter from the company’s operational point of view; if you are in long-term like myself a bit like owning a house, just because the value has halved or more doesn’t mean that it’s any less the house you had before the value fell, means you are much less likely to sell !! I cannot see the II’s being wrong, two have recently increased their stakes by a lot, probably the 1m trade yesterday that someone else referred to. “

“just because the value has halved or more doesn’t mean that it’s any less the house you had before the value fell, means you are much less likely to sell !”

Read that twice, it means the share price is now so dire that he can’t afford to sell but that the intrinsic value remains the same so that’s all right! Good investment philosophy?

    tmeakin 10.26 5th Nov

I am still a shareholder in this business holding 40000 plus shares down about 85k . My thought is that not one Director sold one share , they have added shares. If you look at plenty of other businesses within the AIM , Rose being one , massive Director sell soon as the share hit a high. I could name plenty of others in this Market . We seem to be dismissing over 100k buys by None Ex Directors as small change. Would you invest this type of money, paid £29k a year salary to just chuck away . Not one board member purchased recently or sold , why is this Two. Answers . 1 They cannot due to market sensitive information 2 They have decided to lie to all the None executive Directors to get them to buy. For what it’s worth I think RT is to blame for some of this situation we find ourselves in , using words like formality when clearly it was not, RAC deal was not significant , however when the account was gained in was all things to all men, you get the point. On a positive 4000plus people are employed because of him . So conclusion I will hold but would like to see 1 share buy back over 10m if this was in the offering Directors would not be able to currently purchase shares 2 CEO who can work with the market 3 reverse takeover of WRN to obtain 250 status. Just think if the next RNS had one of those three in it.

Well that’s what is going on in my mind. Either that or once the Bollinger bands overlap the Harmani cross with a good tail wind and it is the second Friday of the month, we will be back up and running.

Fingers crossed, lucky stone, rabbits foot and any other lucky charm used to it’s full at all times.

  33. Firefighter999 in response to latest RNS Really????

What will it take and what have we got?

It seems RT and co have a £65m loan…..is that right? They have handed the bank their shares as security which are locked in for 2 years so effectively they can now buy up to £66m worth of shares? An arsenal to fight the shorters blow for blow?

    What have the shorters got?

  34. Oh Dear Lord!

We now have Churchillian tones, being used as brave Quindell and its valiant shareholders fight the evil ‘shorters’!

In truth, some of us feel we might have over committed with our investments in QPP. That’s what hurts when the SP runs deeply against our expectations. We’ll we’re not the only ones ie., – over committing.

Some sign of a few pence being knocked off the sp, hanging just below the 130p’s now – that’s the algobots gaining approval from the shorters to spend more, over and above the allocated budget.

The bad news for them is, this is not the end of the beginning, nor is it the beginning of the end – it is in fact just the INITIAL start of more to come, of the same stuff , from RT and co. :)

Shorters should expect to shell out even more on ‘over committing’.

    ====================

  35. Hi,

More ramping from LSE troll QPP1000 – he is a classic confidence trickster and a very dangerous person, especially for any new investors.. Encouraging new investors to buy like this is shameful and the LSE should ban this individual.

“The floor is the confidence that new buyers need to get into this stock. The shorters now know they can drive this no lower. They also know they are paying charges to borrow the shares. Every day they delay now will cost them money. The game is up for them. The game is up for the Blagger ! Anybody who does not take this opportunity to follow where this board is leading is worse than a fool……imo of course !”

    Operation Overlord II
    06.11.14, 07:09

Many of you will have noticed that something momentous happened yesterday

I can now confirm that Operation Overlord II commenced at 1400 hrs GMT yesterday 5th November 2015

Our supreme allied commander Lord Terry of Fareham together with one of the largest organized armies of private investors ever assembled ( known as the QPPSAG Brigade ) fought an important battle against the Axis forces of shorting evil and have successfully established a beach-head in enemy occupied territory. This has been a hard fought battle and there will no doubt be many more battles ahead but I think we can all be confident that the forces of shorting evil have been put on notice that we will fight them doggedly and in a determined fashion until this war is
won and the investor landscape has been returned to its rightful and honourable owners. Recruiting agencies are accessible through Google for anybody who wishes to sign up and become a part of this historic battle for the ordinary shareholders rights to a fair and level playing field

Best Regards to all of you long term investors out there….Chris

The announcement yesterday is basically telling you that there is a war chest available of up to 30 million pounds at least. In my opinion, the person responsible for investor relations needs to announce a positive RNS every trading day for a week or more at 8.00am.

  43. Hi,

The prize chump of the LSE board QPP1000 – the master manipulator with his latest post…

“His birth name was Cochrane . But some people think it was really Cockup based on his track record……chris”

QPP1000 is well into his 50s although doesn’t act like it but here is the master strategists stock picking record

Monitise – £50k loss in two weeks
QPP – minimum £100000 loss as he bought at £2.00 a share and about 6-7 other times all at higher prices than today

Wonder if he’s told his wife that he’s been pissing away their money????

  44. Do blog posts count? This quindellecho guy, posting valiant defences of QPP every time a fresh red flag surfaces and showing the blindest and most imminently penniless of faiths imaginable. He’s a busy man, naturally.

    http://quindellecho.wordpress.com/2014/11/06/quindell-deal-with-equities-first-holdings-llc/

“I believe it is significant that all the examples are from America. Why would anybody based in Britain reviewing a British company look to America for evidence to undermine a British business?”

He also thinks the loan was between Quindell, the company, and EFH, stating in a zombie-like trance that QPP will have done due dilligence. Nothing to worry about here then!

Always said that Quindell was about the long game. I don’t know why I keep coming back and checking the share price on a daily basis. I guess it’s like having to know the footy results before watching it on MOTD.

Now is a good time to top up for prospective long-term investors. But by all means I wouldn’t allocate a large % of your portfolio to QPP if you use a standard risk based approach.

As always, invest what you can afford to lose.

The Directors have knowledge we are not privy to, and will probably see their investments 6 fold over the coming weeks. You could not make up a story will so many twists and turns, but the fairy godmother WILL wave her wand over QPP and those of us who have stuck through thick and thin will see our investments thrive to new heights. IfOnly.

Are you deliberately trying to be obtuse or are you really not as clever as you would like us all to believe ?

The purpose of this financing arrangement is to provide sustained firepower as/when required rather than just a one off purchase which will be forgotten tomorrow ( like all the other purchases, contract wins, stunning results announcements etc ).

The purpose of this financing arrangement is to act as a buttress against the antics of criminal gangs of shorters with their sophisticated trading platforms.

The reason these directors have taken on this personal burden of risk is to try to protect this company and it’s long suffering shareholders from any further unjustified pain.

Try to think about some of this please…Chris

  53. Hi,

Here we have the most prolific and dumbest ramper of the LSE board – Robbajob. This clown claims to buy between £20k to £1K everyday, sometimes 5 buys a day, and predicts every day that its about to rise. Most be sitting on a absolutely massive loss as all buys are way higher than current price but claims to be making money! Anyway here is compilation of his latest work of fiction…

“you see i trade with ZERO EMOTION

Animated yes, EMOTION switched off 100% of the time”

    its only money”

QPP can rise to 300p+ very very quickly

If certain news(im not gonna mention it just now) comes, you could see enormous rises

    my DOUBLING target was 121p”

DOUBLING UP tomorrow, you or no other scheming derampers will change my mind, you see i can do that all for myself”

Most be strange to spend your days on a bulletin board living a made up life.

  54. Hi,

Jesus – the LSE board seems to have an endless supply of fantasists. Here is plasticman with his comedy post of the day. I presume he will get loads of recommendations for his post. Wonder if his “near billionaire mate” has shares in QPP?

“Wow .. just had a call back from my near billionaire mate .. .that is a first for me. He spoke with one of his advisers about these sort of deals to get some feedback for me. Feel really important toady!! Due diligence for this type of loan, especially when used for share buyback, would have been immense. Even more than usual as due to the security type! The business would have been picked apart by forensic type accountants. Any holes … no loan. I am sure if there was a problem with cash flow then .. no loan. This is very reassuring”

Do people actually fall for this crap. Seems so as Feverclucker likes it..

    “Great post plastic – cheers”

  55. Hi,

    Another genius post from QPP1000…

“Do you keep idle money sitting in your bank at zero interest rate ? If you do I suggest you try to find a bargain basement stock to invest it in…..atb…Chris”

Shame he doesn’t explain why Rob Terry hasn’t spent his £750000 bonus, sitting in the bank, on buying shares in a bargain basement stock…possibly QPP for example.

  56. A real gem from iii.

I would draw your attention to the last paragraph, libellous in the extreme!

    ====================
One other point which I should have made earlier. The reason that EFH do not need to and therefore will not as per the agreement hedge this loan by trading the shares is that there are so many additional shares in the arsenal that can potentially be transferred if necessary to maintain the margin of safety for EFH. This is not a standard EFH loan arrangement because the potential collateral, if required , is absolutely huge compared tonthe value of the loan.

Please ignore the Trolls and filter them rather than responding. You know who they are !

Also, let’s please stop referring to the man in the silly hat or linking to his puppet on a string site. IfOnly – if you can remember any of my previous posts you would know that Shareprophets Ltd has NEVER been a subsidiary of ADVFN. I have taken this up with ADVFN and that is why SP has a new domain name. It was a scam to make people think that SP was backed by a reputable company listed on AIM. I am pleased to report that ADVFN have obviously taken on board fully my representations to them and have forced Shareprophets to move to a new site rather than having their reputation damaged and possibly suffering from a shorting attack on their shares.

Shareprophets is a BS company peddling absolute rubbish and run by a man who is definitely not a Real Man …..in my humble opinion of course ! Atb…Chris

    ====================

  59. Come on Tom .. I have to win. QPP1000 / Optrade etc they’ve had their time … time for some new blood.
May I introduce plasticman today at “12:19”:
    ———————————————————————————-
asclypius …. “ So RT’s risk is reduced by transferring shares to EFH. Do you think that EFH take on all this risk, or that they figure out a way to make a risk-free profit?” That is exactly where you are completely wrong. In fact the total opposite is true. His risk is increased .. .doubled in effect. Not only must the shares perform for the asset to remain. If it goes tiits up he is personally liable. It is leverage of the highest kind with total balls of steel as you have to absolutely believe in your company. EFH profit by charging interest based on risk assessment … just like any other asset based loan. You must be either stupid or have no idea what you are talking about.”

Possibly one of the all time greats ! :)

I along with others immediately reported the post and presume with your own representations, LSE has responded. I am assuming this QPP1000 has rightly been banned for life as all posts of his have been eradicated.

He has openly boasted earnings of 30K a month, can afford to take huge losses on his QPP and Moni investments, so one would think a claim on your part for substantial damages won’t cause the fool to loose too much sleep.

    Nail him, Tom!

  68. Hi,

Well the mourning continues for the demise of the lying troll QPP1000 – apparently he is still welcome over on the QPPSAG site.

Anyways poor little poolie1972 on the LSE board isn’t happy that his pal is not posting, failing to see that QPP1000 was a blatant manipulator and liar.

“This guy brings the essential information to this site for the benefit for everyone that is investing in this company. This might be my view but god knows how many recommendations say that it is also the views held by many others.

PS If you are reading Chris your input is valued even if some people fail to see that for themselves”

    Morning all

Interested in setting up a Saturday share discussion coffee morning …. My business is n harrow, free coffee and hot chocolate and office space. ( for genuine investors on QPP and we would all benefit on other shares raised)

Would take out the uncertainty of who we actually are, and agendas.

(Would expect all attendees ( as I would) to prove their holdings on QPP ( yes..we have computers)

If enough interest first meeting tomorrow ( Sunday) harrow on the hill.

    What do outhnk??

    RE: BillyBean

My opinion, and I could be wrong as this is only the third share I have ever bought, but I would say this is the bottom. A lot. of things have changed this week and they have changed significantly, now this might be beginners luck, but you will note that I have never made a prediction before.

  71. Quite some research here, supposedly linking an ancestor of yours who served in the “Napoleonic navy” and who was apparently caught cheating on the stock exchange to your restaurant being a “cannibal restaurant”. This is from something called “Quindell Echo”:

    http://quindellecho.wordpress.com/2014/11/07/quindell-are-we-seeing-a-repeat-of-history/

“Quindell – are we seeing a repeat of history?
November 7, 2014 Greets QPP, QPPSAG, Quindell news, Tom Winnifrith

    image
I am making these two points to indicate how tenuous links can be used by association to question the integrity of a person or a business.

Is the future going to repeat history?
Thomas Cochrane was in the Napoleonic navy where he became embroiled in a scandal and was subsequently dismissed. He then went on to COMMIT A HUGE STOCK MARKET FRAUD.

In 1814, rumours of Napoleon’s death began to circulate. In reaction to the news and the possibility of peace, share prices rose sharply on the Stock Exchange.

It soon became clear the news of Napoleon’s death was a hoax.

The Stock Exchange established Cochrane bought and sold shares and was a conspirator in a major fraud

The interesting point is Cochrane is apparently related to one of Quindell’s detractors. The blagger!

First Cannabal Restaurant in the Uk

This is a direct quote from Darren Atwater’s Linkedin page where he states he is a Director of The Real Man Pizza Company Ltd. This is a company the blagger has an interest in.

    The quote:

“On-site director of busy Clerkenwell Manx/Italian restaurant serving a mix of media, legal, and start-up workers”

At first I thought this was illegal, but having checked with the food standards agency it is in fact not illegal to run a cannibal restaurant.

    Summary

I make the above points to make a serious point.

It is very easy to go to print with information about Quindell using the most tenuous or ludicrous facts.

I always ask myself when I read an article. Why has the article been published, what is the purpose, does it stand up to scrutiny and is it factual.

Note: If you want up to date information on Quindell or news that impacts on the Quindell business I strongly recommend you look at Word on the Street an electronic newspaper. Please click on the following link.

    http://paper.li/CliftonPlace/1415111635”

The writer is obviously oblivious to irony when, as a QPP supporter, he writes:

“I make the above points to make a serious point.

It is very easy to go to print with information about Quindell using the most tenuous or ludicrous facts”

    Sorry it’s so long!
Now if only these people did the same degree of research on Quindell itself!

Billy and for your liar of a friend geoff, who is trying to pretend he has me filtered.

It is a question of when and not if QPP shares get suspended. There are lots of different scenarios that could make it happen over a range of timescales. Because you both have your heads so far up your arses you can see out of your own mouths, you can’t conceive of any, so I am not going to explain them to you as you will just delude yourselves that they are all made up by some blogger and being parroted by some stupid tart. Good go on believing, go on buying – the more you lose the more I will laugh at you dumb chauvinist pigs.”

Correct I can’t see out of my mouth. You’ll find that is why genetically we were as a species born with eyes

TOTAL FAITH! There are those that disbelieve the potential of QPP, but I have total faith. The shorters will be closing their positions (making a shed load of money) and will probably take up long positions over the next few weeks, ready for the RNS confirming massive positive cash flow. This is aimhho and please carry out your own research. Just watch this share tomorrow!

  74. Russ O'Callaghan

Nothing to offer, I’m afraid. Just a comment.
I don’t believe some of those guys on there. I mean, (generalization, I know) but is it even remotely likely that some feller, whose portfolio contains ONE SECTION that is worth (at PRESENT PRICES!) six million quid, is on the LSE shares site? And when he bought them in the past (since these are Quindell shares) may have been about twelve million or more?!
Surely he wouldn’t have the time to post on there, he’d be too busy checking the vets’ bills for his string of racehorses, or supervising the quality of the veneerwork going on in the saloon of his yacht?
I reckon some of those posters are just aliases to pull in the punters, don’t you? They aren’t real flesh and blood people; it’s a spare-time earner for them, surely. Nobody could be this crazy with their money. Some of them are “topping-up” with about twenty or fifty thousand every bloody week or so. Who the blazes do you folks know who could do that?

    RE: RE:Roble’s short position
    Today 16:27
My opinion on the shorters is this. TT is a cling-on that recognized robles past actions and took a punt. caotue is associated with the airbag clown and as I said before mysteriously opened a short just before FTSE denial. The airbag clown sometimes claims to know or have some form of communications with the FCA. Now ennis opened on the day of the short. They had enough to do the noon dumps that crashed the share and so did ribble.

So catue are not running the A-bot and are not part of the main short. TT is an unlikely candidate as its short has wavered over time. That leaves the other two.

Roble likely did alot of closing last week. They did over the previous 2 and 1/2 weeks and returned the shares this week. If there are continued weeks like this week and Wed. in particular I expect rubli to be out of their short position at this rate by Dec. 1st +/- a few days. They have ~16 million to go and likely picked up 2 million they can return last wed. TT can close in a day if they like as they only need ~2.5 million shares.

Expect coutue and ennis to hang on especially if ennis is running the report site and coaute is supporting the clown.

The amount of short opened by ennis while disappointing shows that they do not have anywhere near the firepower that roble does. If nobody takes up the closed positions R. Terry has far more firepower than the remaining positions. The annus increase last week was insignificant compared to the private purchase by the BoD and the massive returns by ribly.

Only two are players for the report in my book and one is closing while the other is increasing. Lets see what happens when the one closes.

  76. Hi,

Here we have GrumpyScouser who obviously lives in la la land with his genius plan, although it seems to be missing the part where he explains why its been suspended in the first place.

“Suspension would be a nightmare for shorters from what has been posted here and elsewhere.

If it’s suspended for, let’s say a month or two, with some juicy RNS’s issued during that time, with lovely cash announcements, new contracts, increases in metrics performances……..the shorts wouldnt be able to buy back and exit. It would go ballistic when the suspension ends.
Bad for shorts…….sounds pretty good for longs. Hopefully this is true”

Strangly old GrumpyScouser and the other muppets endlessly tell other posters not to talk about TW or Shareprophets but they break that rule constantly. Comedy gold.

  77. Hi,

RE: I wish our problem was TW

Every self made billionaire has suffered defeats on the way … RT has had his defeats BEFORE QPP .. And being the man that he is, with the backbone that he has . He has stood up to be counted ( and hats off to him to have achieved the growth of quindell in the face of criticism over past failure)

He is a businessman … With a burning desire to succeed, now surpass success .. He is not stupid, and are all of you forgetting that the company is a giant legal/solicitor firm?

If anyone here HONESTLY believes that Quindell would commit fraud etc .. You are all deluded.

The problem here is short and simple ( well more short than simple) is theft .. By orchestrated criminal planning by entities who borrowed and sold millions of shares at the peak of QPP mesmerising growth, and now are sitting on millions and millions of profit. 40 p per share now 8 p ….. By spreading lies

  79. This guy is an idiot. Forgets to mention that RT dumped his TIG holding as that would be inconvenient for his romantic little story. Then goes on to compare RT to Steve Jobs. The morons lap this shit up, it’s pathetic.

    I give you, Brotherhumble….

The Quindell story to date started with the business world promotion of ‘ cutting edge brand technology’ essentially designed ‘ to improve driver safety and greatly reduce driver premiums in line with forthcomming government and EEC legislative thinking. Pioneered by a charismatic leader, although others might say controversial, the concept had been juxtapositional against a market place full of ‘ forebording’ based on RT business experiences while at the Innovations/TIG group. The groups dramatic share price rise and subsequent depreciation
during the ( dot.com period ) did see people lose out in their investments and RT subsequent departure, but in relative terms ( nobody won )and more importantly, people don’t start businesses to !!fail!!.

If you would like a list of Entrepreneurial businessmen that have had to pick themselves up from ‘ good intentioned, but failed ventures’ you would be absolutely amazed. If I told you that ‘ the late ‘ Steve Jobs’ -Apple mastermind, Richard Branson, Katherine Minshew, Elton Musk, all have illustrated how early business ventures that failed to reach expectations ‘ were crushing sentiments to future ambitions, but the drive to succeed brought them back from the precepts’. Jobs in initially was ( thrown out from Apple -his own company, who regarded him at the time as an odd ball, the rest is history.

Amidst a tremendous amount of acrimony, RT injects an estimated 12m of his personal money into Quindell. I think this fact is often forgotten when posters ‘ talk about him not continuing to use his own money to buy shares’. The stock suffered its first bear raid/ shorters attack and saw the price drop to 5p. No Gotham, but an horrendously co-ordinated ( shorting raid, accompanied by the usual negative press. The BOD continued to reassure investors that the brand and business going forward was sound, consequently, the recovery was patchey but, as I’ve stated before, initial holders up to 40+p registered about 700% recovery if sold at the hight.

So history is repeating itself and the ‘Gotham Report’ was the catty list for the shorters to attack once again, with investors ( almost held hostage). Very few posters would have laid ‘ all the blame at the shorters door’ but there is no doubt that if one looks at the circumsatances to date within contex, they are central to the stocks demise, but not exclusively so. Do we really need Doctor Debt, to highlight MM munipulation, the subliminal influence of constantly negative press and deluded social media commentary can have on investors decisions making. Suggesting that ‘ we don’t understand and that” superficial valuations projected by QPP continue to raise scepticism” is a ‘ bandwagon’ thoery based that academics tend to churn out ‘ in an attempt to remind us ignorant souls that ‘ they know best’. History now showers that the ‘ banking crisis capitulation’ was squarely due to the ‘ group think mentality’ of the …academic pontificators.

    TW,

Can you do a piece on company stooges & shills trying to influence prices, sentiment & suckering in new mugs? Some of the ardent bulls on QPP forums just HAVE to be company plants, as I suspect the prolific gobshite optrade to be.

RE: I wish our problem was TW

EFH are not in the business of selling shares, they are required by law to give all the shares the directors have put up as collateral at the end of 2 -years when the loan is re-paid.

The QPP Board of directors have purchased millions of shares legitimately and they deserve more support in their fight against those that say he is a fraud.
He is not a fraud and that is all there is to it, apart from all the millions Gotham or TW have profited so far by spreading lies, they don’t know yet what will happen when the full force of the law is unleashed upon them.

  81. Hi,

Here is out our friend Steamy (sorry Jimi Marshall) on the iii board…

“Limited downside and multibagger upside from this level, IMVHO. I added to my holding on Friday afternoon”

Amazing how all the serial rampers and people who have lost a fortune seem to have unlimited amounts of cash but seems to have no clue whatsoever about cash / risk management. Poor Jimi still trying to sucker in more followers to his pathetic cult (QPPSAG)

QPP share price is down 41% since Steamy formed QPPSAGFACT! FACT! FACT!

  82. Hi,

Here we have Kenny100, possibly KB who posted here, trying to mislead people that Cenko had just issued a statement.

    “now says 1 hour.
.Quindell £1m stock deal is defended: Cenkos Securities insists three …
    This is Money-1 hour ago
The stockbroking firm hired by claims processing group Quindell yesterday insisted that three company directors who borrowed money to buy …”

Thankfully Leper is smart enough to correct him…

“published two days ago. comments updated 1 hour ago.”

  83. And here we have an absolute lunatic, frothing at the mouth, rocking back and forth as he repeats this same question over and over again, day after day, basically parroting the drivel posted at http://quindellecho.com/2014/11/09/preparing-for-the-quindell-court-case/

Once againToday 18:44Is Shareprophets an ADVFN subsidiary or not.
Web address in January 2014 says yes making them liable for harassment and defamatory statements by Tom Winnifrith.
Is this why Shareprophets recently changed their website address to www.shareprophets.com from www.shareprophets.advfn.com?
It doesn’t take rocket science to see what’s happening.
    Scared or something to hide?

    the RNs?!!!
Efh bought them at 67% of cost at 5th november
They are contractually obliged to sell them back to bod at 69% of cost as at 5th November2014.
There is a 3% fee involved.
Bod have a war chest to buy a shed load more shares
Safe in the knowledge that those shares sold are not allowed to be shorted.
They have effectively removed a load of shares from the market to create price squeeze.
They have reiterated that they are confident that based on q4 target for results, we are grossly under valued at present time.
Stroke of genius if you ask me – they perceive the price to be higher in the future than it is now and are happy toput theirmoney where their mouth is.
Anyone that can’t see this has an agenda”

Ah well, it takes all sorts…………
