Next week is half term here in the rain sodden post industrial second world nation of sanctuary that is Wales and I have promised the Mrs. and kids a few days away with me doing limited keyboard time. After what she endured from Paul Mathieson it is the least that I can offer. So help me out and be like reader A and win an almost free week at the Greek Hovel.
I beg you please start writing today. The weather is foul what a good reason to stay in and help me. Then I look at the rapidly changing mood music and a Monday dream starring Georgina (GEX), Supply@ME Capital (SYME), Nuburu (BURU), Wishbone (WSBN), Cirata (CRTA) and Valereum (VLRM).
Of course we are all in it together. Shareholders in Pensana (PRE) have done their conkers as the seemingly fake sheikh financing deal unraveled leaving a clear fiat black hole and delays to project construction. But what about the directors responsible for this clusterfuck?
Unable to sleep I gained uber geek status by trawling the data based of the US Bureau of Land Management (BLM) regarding Valereum (VLRM) and so here is a challenge for you.
Bloomsbury Publishing (BMY) has announced its half-year ended 31st August 2026 results, with a “strong start to second half underpinning record expectations for 2026/27”. How does that compare to the valuation at a 640p share price?
Things are just getting worse for Georgina Energy (GEX) and its moronic shareholders. Let’s start with the FCA.
Last week was a bad week for Nuburu (US:BURU) with its shares crashing down to 23.6 cents per share down from 61.1 cents at the start of the week, resulting in 99.3% decline in the year to date. A few more trading days like Friday where the shares dropped 42% in a single day, will see Nuburu relegated to the OTC markets, if its share price drops below 10 cents. If this occurs it will Nuburu’s third delisting from the American Stock Exchange in 2026.
Online retail group Boohoo (DEBS) has announced results for its half-year ended 31st August 2026 with CEO Dan Finley emphasising “profit before tax has improved to £28.3m. This is the first time the group has delivered positive profit before tax since August 2021… I see material opportunities ahead and we are fully focused on maximising them”. What about that and in the context of a current 26p share price, £421 million market capitalisation?
Before ending with an appeal to your better nature I discuss Wishbone Gold (WSBN), Georgina Energy (GEX), Amaroq (AMRQ), Kefi Gold & Copper (KEFI) and gold shares in general.
Most recently on packaging manufacturer Robinson plc (RBN), last month I wrote ‘after I previously questioned how realistic its outlook targets, now a “significant” contract non-renewal “Trading Update”’ which concluded with the shares down to 120p to still avoid/sell. The shares most recently closed at 122.5p but now a further “Trading Update”.
Every time Predator Oil & Gas (PRD) does yet another bailout discounted placing having only recently stressed how cashed up and fully funded it is, which is almost as often as I have inappropriate thoughts about Cheryl Cole, its crazy old coot CEO Paul Griffiths record a video with some limp dick promotional company. And every time folks see his ramblings fewer want to buy the shares. He has just served up a classic.
Just to show how the bear raider Evil Knievil is usually right, Delta Gold (DGQ) shares are again slumping proving up one of the golden rules of the great bear.
Following on from my bombshell expose earlier I am getting some stick from various social media poltroons urging Georgina Energy (GEX) to sue me and deal with me. I shall save you the trouble sweeties although I am happy to “see you in Court bitchez!”. Publishing a hard legal document that directly contradicts statements made by a company before it raises cash via 2 equity placings is a serious matter. I am not in the soup (nor am I short as the poltroons believe) . Georgina is, however, very much in the merde. I have now written to my contact at the FCA
Identity and location technology group GB (GBG) has issued a half-year trading statement headlined “4.5% first half revenue growth in core segments driven by Location and EMEA Identity. FY27 outlook in line with market expectations”. How positive is that in the context of the valuation from a 158p share price?
Shares in Cirata (CRTA) have plunged again today to just 5p. That is 66.7% down on the July placing and 90% down on the level when £430,000 a year plus bonus of up to 100% of salary + expenses + sponsorship of his daughter’s hockey team Stephen Kelly became CEO just over 3 years ago. In light of the crashing share price, the urgent need for another refinancing by Easter and the numerous devastating revelations on this website I have written to Nomad Stifel
