Following complaints from Roger Lawson, ADVFN has insisted on a raft of new editorial controls on I did not re-start my life five years ago to be told what I could or could not write. I said no and ADVFN boss Clem Chambers has just said that the website will be shut down. So...our hand is forced ... Welcome to - we hope you join NOW HERE.

The share tips on the new site will be more detailsed than on the old one. It will be free.

The "price" you pay is that a maximim of once a week we will send out a third party mailing. But we will have full control on who that mailing is from and we won;t be associated with any rubbish. We will have full control on who can advertise and full control of the editorial content.
