Today's Primary Bid Offering is from a company whose chairman reported Tom Winnifrith & Nigel to the Old Bill

By Tom Winnifrith | Saturday 12 August 2017

Disclosure: I have no positions in any stocks mentioned, and no plans to initiate any positions within the next 72 hours. I wrote this article myself, and it expresses my own opinions. I am not receiving compensation for it (other than from ShareProphets). I have no business relationship with any company whose stock is mentioned in this article.

On Friday at 4.30 Tern (TERN) announced that it was raising £300,000 on a first come first served basis via PrimaryBid. It would perhaps be fair to say that our extensive coverage of this company has not been universally bullish.

I think the low point in our relationship was when chairman Angus Forrest reported myself and the deputy Sheriff of AIM, Nigel Somerville, to the Old Bill for harassment. as you can read HERE the Rozzers treated that matter with the contempt it deserved. The Old Bill took a similar stance when white collar criminal Chris Oil also reported me for harassment as you can see HERE

Though Tern has changed an awful lot since then and a new chappie, Al Cisto, is running the show and his is also a stock that can spike sharply when in peak ramp mode it would be hard for me to suggest that you take part. Even though...

We earn a commission every time one of you who has registered with PrimaryBid through a link on this website takes part in a placing. But it would bhe unprincipled to suggest you take part.

Having said all of that, some Primary Bid offers are crackers so you should ALL sign up HERE.
