Ominous silence from Quindell fraudster Rob Terry - might the SFO have news soon?

By Tom Winnifrith | Monday 27 November 2017

Disclosure: I have no positions in any stocks mentioned, and no plans to initiate any positions within the next 72 hours. I wrote this article myself, and it expresses my own opinions. I am not receiving compensation for it (other than from ShareProphets). I have no business relationship with any company whose stock is mentioned in this article.

Normally the king of the fraudsters, Rob Terry of Quindell (QPP) infamy cannot keep quiet. He is desperate to tell us all about new disruptive developments at his new Ponzi, Quob Park. But as you can see below, the great man's Knob Park blog has been silent for almost three months. Perhaps there is something else on his mind?

In the case of the Afren (AFR) fraud it took the SFO 27 months from the start of its investigation until charges were brought.

The Serious Fraud Office announced that it had started a criminal investigation into Quenron, now called Watchstone (WTG) on August 5 2015. That was was just over 27 months ago. But our sources say that the SFO started its work much earlier.

We know that the new management at Watchstone, who owe Terry no favours, have co-operated fully with the SFO so perhaps the boys in blue have now got around to quizzing those most heavily implicated in this £3 billion fraud? Santa, I think that I have been a good boy this year. You know what I really want for Christmas don't you...
