In 2016 to great fanfare Julie Meyer's Ariadne Capital announced that it had secured the services of Ilona Simpson as a "senior advisor and venture partner". Heck who would not want to work with Julie Meyer MBE, a member of the great and the good. Ilona is clearly a real BSD in the world of auto and this was a big hire for Meyer. Wind forward to today in Royal Courts of Justice at 2PM
As you can see HERE if you scroll down far enough (past Boris "hitman" Johnson's old friend the felon Darius Guppy*) you will see that District Justice Murch is set to hear case PMD0QZ685A:
EXECUTE TODAY LTD -v- ARIADNE CAPITAL LTD - 1 HOUR AND 30 MINUTES COST AND CASE MANAGEMENT CONFERENCE
Go to companies house and you will see that Execute Today is the vehicle of Ilona Simpson. Of course Ms Meyer's flagship vehicle Ariadne is in administration so Ilona may well be on her own in court. What is the case about? A source close to Ariadne says that the case concerns a string of unpaid invoices. Oh dear another person who La Meyer's company did not pay and who had to take legal action.
Meyer says that it is she who put Ariadne into administration and that putting your flagship company into administration is "something every entrepreneur has to do". So do you think that the Administrator will be able to convert Ariadne's vast pool of claimed debtors into cash and pay poor Ilona the monies she is owed?
Put it this way...don't go spending it all yet Ilona.
* The Guppy case is with Peter Risdon. Guppy is a fraudster and pal of Boris Johnson's from Eton and Oxford. Guppy recruited Risdon to help with a heist in the 1990s. It was back then that Guppy asked Johnson for the address of a journalist who was investigating him. Johnson then a journalist himself handed out the address knowing that Guppy wanted to have the poor hack beaten up. That, for a time, earned Bojo the soubriquet "hitman" and is one of many reasons why he is not fit to be Prime Minister or indeed to hold any post. I am sure that the Foreign Secretary will be delighted to see Guppy and Risdon back in court.
