UK Oil & Gas - forced into statement - don't these A'holes give a FF about AIM Rules?

By Tom Winnifrith, The Sheriff of AIM | Wednesday 21 March 2018

Disclosure: I have no positions in any stocks mentioned, and no plans to initiate any positions within the next 72 hours. I wrote this article myself, and it expresses my own opinions. I am not receiving compensation for it (other than from ShareProphets). I have no business relationship with any company whose stock is mentioned in this article.

At 10.38 AM today I published a photo showing that UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) was clearly stopping drilling at Broadford Bridge.  The company should have issued an RNS this morning to say this was happening but what does Lyin' Steve Sanderson care about timely disclosure of price sensitive information?

At 2.25 PM UK fessed up stating:

UK Oil & Gas Investments PLC has been informed by its 100%-owned subsidiary Kimmeridge Oil & Gas Limited that well testing operations have now ceased at Broadford Bridge in West Sussex. Equipment is being removed from the site and the Company will update the market once data and test results have been assessed.

Ends.

Yeah whatever Lyin' Steve you did not know about this to mid afternoon when readers of this website knew about it hours earlier?  You expect us to believe that horse?.

UK has plenty of data since the last piss poor flow test results came through on 20 February. It has had oodles of time to analyse that data. Companies never sit on news that is good.

SELL.
