Disclosure: I have no positions in any stocks mentioned, and no plans to initiate any positions within the next 72 hours. I wrote this article myself, and it expresses my own opinions. I am not receiving compensation for it (other than from ShareProphets). I have no business relationship with any company whose stock is mentioned in this article.
As you know, since Versarien (VRS) supplies the Israeli Defence Forces and thus helps protect the only democracy in the Middle East, it can do no wrong in my eyes. Thus I note, with some concern, the increasingly odd reaction of boss Neil Ricketts as the shares continue to slide.
His reaction is firstly to issue non news at a frantic pace and then to head off on an almost weekly basis to record a podcast with gushing enthusiast Justin the Clown. Even the sheep who follow the Clown seem to be tiring of this. So Neil is now taking to twitter in a Lenigas type manner, tweeting ad nauseam increasingly deranged comments about those who are short or who question the valuation of Versarien. I bring you a classic from yesterday with a response by a "believer" below.
History suggests such behaviour is not a long term positive for the share price.
Never miss a story.
