Letter to AIM Regulation – why has Bidstack apparently breached AIM Rules 10 & 11 with impunity?

Earlier today, I reported on market speculation that Stifel, the house broker to Bidstack (BIDS), had slashed its sales forecasts and materially increased its loss forecasts for Bidstack (BIDS). This cannot have happened without a company chat so why has there been no official lack of sales/increased loss warning. Is CEO Lying James Draper again in breach of AIM Rules?
