His point is about the structure of one of a raft of uber-dog IPOs of 2021, Seraphime (BUMP). But that structure is common to a number of other dogs and willl be their downfall. I am in agony as I prepare for bed for reasons explained HERE. But tomorrow I shall do a 20 mile Woodlarks training walk none the less.
