Frontera - even whore blogger Malcolm "fat bastard" Graham Wood struggles to find positives

By Tom Winnifrith, The Sheriff of AIM | Friday 11 May 2018

Disclosure: I have no positions in any stocks mentioned, and no plans to initiate any positions within the next 72 hours. I wrote this article myself, and it expresses my own opinions. I am not receiving compensation for it (other than from ShareProphets). I have no business relationship with any company whose stock is mentioned in this article.

As we know, Frontera Resources (FRR) is almost out of cash which makes the ramptastic presentation held for mug punters on May 9th even more sordid. Among those attending was the blogger Fat Bastard who reports back in his iii column without, natch, declaring that he is paid to write shite by companies such as Frontera. How does iii's joke compliance department tolerate this I wonder? After picking up his brown envelope, Fat Bastard opines:

Last night, I attended the shareholder update meeting for Frontera Resources (FRR). A large audience of shareholders heard another presentation that continues to offer better news from Georgia. Whilst they would to have liked to have more news from Taribani wells and, of course, from Ud-2 these are still drilling, testing or being stimulated so more news before long I guess.

And that is it... Really so "more news before long I guess" - if that is the most bullish that the whore blogger can be then Frontera really is in trouble. Oddly, the whore blogger fails to mention the looming cash crisis although it is clear that this was raised at the meeting as you can see here. Why do you think the whore blogger fails to mention that?

I note that the company's ludicrous CEO Zaza has bought £126,400 worth of shares. Compared to the amount he has plundered from this company over the years this is a pitiful price to pay for his part in the pre-placing ramp. Zaza knows as well as you or I that a placing is looming so why pay 0.48p or 0.49p in the secondary market when there will be gazillions of shares on offer in a bucket shop offer at a huge discount within weeks?

Why? Shimple. This is about spoofing mug punters not about Zaza building up his stake. Such a blatant spoof only adds to the compelling case for shorting or selling.
