Pathfinder Minerals: Drain the Swamp Time - Fire Nick Trew now!

By Tom Winnifrith, The Sheriff of AIM | Friday 10 August 2018

Disclosure: I have no positions in any stocks mentioned, and no plans to initiate any positions within the next 72 hours. I wrote this article myself, and it expresses my own opinions. I am not receiving compensation for it (other than from ShareProphets). I have no business relationship with any company whose stock is mentioned in this article.

We have news today that Pathfinder Minerals (PFP) has a new Nomad and broker in Strand Hanson and two new directors in Simon Farrell and Scott Richardson Brown. The former becomes non exec chairman replacing disgraced Nick not for the many but for the Trew but, Trew remains on the board. This is not good enough. It is time to drain the swamp. And it can be done at once. Here's why.

Ex Nomad WH Ireland waived through any shoddy dealings or misleading RNS statements that Tew and his fellow director Tory toff Sir Henry Bellingham of £65 million fraud 3DM infamy wished to issue. Strand Hanson will want to distance itself from such antics. The board now has four members: the new guys, Trew and Sir Henry Bell-end but Farrell has the chairman's casting vote so the new guys can do whatever they want, including firing Trew and Bell-end.

One at a time but if investors are to regain faith they need to see public swamp draining. As a reminder Trew has been paid a bloated salary (£170,000) as a reward for abject failure. Trew has failed to explain to anyone's satisfaction - other than that of Bell-end and the vermin at WH Ireland - his pay and refund structure designed to support a mortgage application. And there is no chance of pathfinder negotiating a deal in Mozambique while Trew is on board such is the history of bad blood there.

So for the sake of shareholders I call on Farrell and Richardson Brown ( who have great CVs) to DRAIN THE SWAMP! Sack Trew now and Bellend in a few weeks. What are you waiting for chaps?
