Does Versarien have one less Spaniard in the Works?

By Tom Winnifrith, The Sheriff of AIM | Friday 16 October 2020

Disclosure: I have no positions in any stocks mentioned, and no plans to initiate any positions within the next 72 hours. I wrote this article myself, and it expresses my own opinions. I am not receiving compensation for it (other than from ShareProphets). I have no business relationship with any company whose stock is mentioned in this article.

Okay, I know that Neill Ricketts thinks that rules are for little people and since his Nomad is the disgraced SP Angel, which is quite happy to act for proven frauds, it probably does not care either. Maybe the Oxymorons at AIM Regulation need to whir into action?

Clemente Cervera Roberto has either been dismissed or left Gnanomat. An email received by Lucian from Impressa (a kind of Spanish RNS system) was headed ‘Dismissals at Gnanomat’

Clemente Roberto was the founder, CEO and only director at Gnanomat other than the dynamic duo from Versarien shamed Neill Ricketts and his finance gopher Christopher Leigh.

Versarien (VRS) has consistently bigged up the potential of this costly acquisition. We have exposed the deal as another sordid nest of vipers. But surely with one less Spaniard in the Works, to misquote John Lennon, there should be an RNS PDQ. Was the chap dismissed or did he walk and why?

It goes without saying that as it rapidly runs out of cash at a PLC level, Versarien remains a slam dunk sell.

PS. Natch Versarien insists that nothing wrong at all. As per the tweet below from the loathsome Ricketts:

Roberto still with gnanomat , nothing changed at all, someone's being a bit mischievous . Must be the weather. Circular to do with banking arrangement changes, Roberto tells me still as committed to versarien as ever.

Someone needs to have words with Impressa methinks.
