Vodafone (#VOD) – Q3 organic revenue +2.7% YoY, “continuing to target” stated FY guidance

Back in July I observed, not for the first time, that “the deep yawn continues at Vodafone (VOD)”. Since then, the multinational telecommunications company has continued to perform disappointingly. And today the current CEO has decided to exit (quite soon). Interesting.
I talked about the “boring world of Vodafone” (VOD) back in April HERE. I am sure that some investors are excited about the stock’s year-to-date movement, but the last five, ten, fifteen or twenty years has been a bit of a shocker. I have (correctly) not owned the stock for ages but (finally) is it starting to change?
As I noted here a couple of months ago, BT Group (BT.A) is not an expensive share; it is just you will make better returns from other FTSE names (let alone elsewhere in the global markets). That’s why, on a good day - that is to say, above a 200 pence share price - I will be selling my stock, after more than doubling my shareholding back in 2020. And now, I read more hopes about sector deals…
