Following on from Evil Banksta’s most excellent article on Friday about the £640 million joke at Eurasia Mining (EUA) it is quite clear that Nomad SP Angel does not give a FF about its clients shares being remotely orderly in its markets as we have seen with the scandals at the MySquar (MYSQ) fraud and at BlueJay Mining (JAY) where Angel pumped the stock aggressively so it could dump its own shares on mug punters. I have therefore written to the Oxymorons at AIM Regulation suggesting that it force an announcement
It is not as if this company has not already had problems with Nomad’s quitting because of rule breaches and misleading statements before, is it? But with Eurasia’s (EUA) current Nomad being the fraudster’s Nomad of choice, SP Angel of MySquar (MYSQ) infamy, I guess that sticking to the rules is not actually needed. So that is alright then.
The continuing suspension of Eurasia Mining (EUA) makes no sense at all, at least not without another statement from the company on why it is still suspended. What is happening now is in clear breach of AIM rules. Thus an upstanding and concerned citizen who is, I believe, short of the shares though that is irrelevant has written to morally bankrupt Nomad SP Angel and the Oxymorons at AIM Regulation, demanding that rules be adhered to. The letter is below:
I have noted many times before that SP Angel is so utterly desperate for clients to fund the coke and hookers bills that it will act for any corporate even a brazen fraud like MySquar (MYSQ). It is morally bankrupt and, without doubt, London's worst Nomad. As such with WH Ireland having quit as Nomad to Eurasia Mining (EUA) over the lying and other matters there was only one Nomad to go to, only one that would act for a company like this.
In these volatile times shares can move wildly in both directions for all sorts of reasons. And after any sharp movement the regulators will put a call into the company, or on AIM to its Nomad, after if, perhaps there is something that it might wish to release via RNS.
I have today written to the Oxymorons at AIM Regulation with regard to Remote Monitoring Systems (RMS) and its disgraced Nomad SP Angel of Mysquar (MYSQ) infamy, asking if monthly management accounts can be produced to justify statements made just three weeks before the last bailout placing on October 18. If they cannot be produced the regulator needs to take severe action against the company and its Nomad. I write
Yes that shameless promoter James Parsons of Sound Energy (SOU) infamy has a new stock to promote to the gullible. I discuss Sound and his new grossly overvalued POS Regency Mines (RGM). I also look at what was Strat Aero, Remote Monitored Systems (RMS) asking ,in light of today's news, if it has committed securities fraud? Has hapless Nomad SP Angel of Mysquar (MYSQ) infamy asked to see management accounts for Geocurve from July to today? If not why not?
Amazing. Yesterday, having promised news on a $13.5 million finance facility at regular intervals since 1 October, AIM-listed VAST Resources (VAST) essentially told us it didn’t know when it would come through. This morning and bingo, its arrived. Its nice to feel the board is fully in control of things. But having told us in December last year that it would not do any more death spirals, guess what! And worse still, the previous clientele of this fine upstanding finance firm appears to consist of the fraud MySquar (MYSQ), and Bushveld Minerals (BMN) back in the days when it was a penny stock dreadful gasping for cash.
I demonstrated clearly that AIM listed MySquar (MYSQ) was a fraud, founded and run by a lying fraudster Eric Schaer way before it finally folded. The great and the good at AIM Regulation and Nomad SP Angel did nothing about it despite explicit warnings Self important PR fucktard Piers Pottinger stayed on as chairman, standing by his man and ignoring me. PR spawn of Satan Damian McCrystal banked his cheques and carried on spinning. The fraudsters fave journalist (and ADVFN blogger of the year) Ben Harrington ran bogus stories in the Sunday Papers to get bailout placings away. No-one cared about the lies Schaer told. You guys are the establishment and it is far simpler to bank fat salaries and dismiss me as failed fund manager, pizza restaurant employee, yak, yak yak. Well gents you, 1% er bastards who are complicit in a transfer of welath from the many (shareholders) to the few (yourselves), please now read the Singapore Court Documents below branding Schaer a liar, a thief and a fraud. Read, weep and apologise to the Sheriff of AIM and to investors who have lost everything. You were all warned. You are complicit.
Please remember that i do occassionally lapse into Parody thus while the first few minutes of this podcast concern the nation's sweetheart and most talented chanteuse, my real concern is the scandal at Blue Jay Mining (BYAY) unearthed by today's RNS. I cover the role of shamed promoter Old Mother Michael Walters, disgraced broker John Meyer of SP Angel of the Mysquar (MYSQ) fraud shame and of course the company itself. There should be a full investigation and heads need to roll after almost two and a half years of the market being misled. If you enjoyed this podcast please support the EIGHT rogue bloggers for Woodlarks with a small donation HERE
Nope Cheryl Cole is not mentioned. But plenty of other old faves including Quindell (QPP), Globo (GBO), MySquar (MYSQ), Julie "Lingerie on Expenses" Meyer, Big Sofa (BST), Wishbone (WSBN) and Neil Woodford are. There are six resolutions. The first concerns fitness and the walk for Woodlarks where I urge you to donate HERE
Having asked for readers tips for 2018 for the amazing prize of a meal with Tom Winnifrith (or the chance to fob it off on someone you don't like) HERE, the following updates on performance (to be eligible needed to have selected, on a per username basis, a buy & sell pick from the LSE or AIM Casino and the stocks not to have been suspended at the commencement of 2018)...
I have a small bottle of ouzo ready for Monday at 7 AM GMT when shares in the fraud MySquar (MYSQ) will be thrown off the AIM Casino as no Nomad is prepared to replace disgraced SP Angel which quit a month ago. But the news today gets even worse.
In today's podcast I look at Purplebricks (PURP), Neil Woodford's cash woes, re BTG (BTG), MySquar (MYSQ), Fishing Republic (BUST), Bushveld Minerals (BMN), who's a naughty boy then Fortune?, Quadrise Fuels (QFI) and at Sound Energy (SOU) which even at 13p is a verry poor risk reward play.
A delayed bearcast as it is all go at the Greek Hovel with the olive harvest. Comrade Andrew Bell has departed but the Albanian cavalry has arrived. More on that on my own website later, with photos. In today's podcast i start with the explosive news about how wretched Theresa May has misled MPs and the nation over Brexit. Surely she must go now. And I ponder events in France. Do we really want to be in bed with that sort of place. Then onto Telit (TCM) where the Sunday Times has big news. This could be a zero by tomorrow. I discuss in detail. I also comment on another fraud, MySquar (MYSQ)
SVS Securities did a bailout placing for the fraud MySquar (MYSQ) days before its downfall, knowing full well that the company was a wrong ‘un. That had to be reversed PDQ as it emerged that the ex CEO had half inched almost a million quid.. Suffice to say it will act for almost anyone and its reputation is of being a thoroughly low grade and morally bankrupt operation. So when it quits an account to protect its reputation you know that the company in question is toxic. Welcome to long time uber dog Tomco (TOM)
Presented by myself, in October 2017, with slam dunk evidence that AIM Casino listed fraud MySquar (MYSQ) had committed wholesale fraud, the boss of AIM Regulation Marcus Stuttard did nothing. So MySquar was able to raise millions more pounds on the casino and private investors have lost everything. Still Stuttard thinks he is doing a good job. We captured the moment Marcus received the MySquar report in the picture below and as you can see HERE, you supplied many suitable captions. But there can only be one winner, Kayeserasera received a signed semi-naked photo of top share blogger Thirsty Paul Scott for the entry below:
You could not make it up. Another week. Another Neil Woodford share support operation in the Mail on Sunday. I look at Woodford and wider issues he faces at The Times and Sunday Times and their shameful role in the MySquar (MYSQ) fraud and at Purplebricks (PURP) and the fundamental weakness in its business proposition that will ultimately sink it.
It gets worse and worse for MySquar (MYSQ) a company that I have been openly accusing of fraud for more than a year. On Monday it partially ‘fessed up. Today it got worse.
In today's podcast I look again at yellow journalism re Woodford Patient Capital Trust (WPCT) as covered HERE and the MySquar (MYSQ) fraud. The corrupt deadwood press is part of the problem not the solution. I cover the latest news from MySquar in case I don't have time for a dedicated article. Today is a Joshua day but I hope to write as he takes a nap. I also look at Mirriad (MIRI), Mosman Oil & Gas (MSMN) anmd Haydale Graphene (HAYD) whose news today means that Nigel Somerville will have enjoyed ouzo on his breakflast cornflakes.
I address issues raised by poltroons about yesterday';s bearcast and our new investment. I look at some awful yellow journalism at the Evening Standard regarding oily Piers Pottinger and the MySquar (MYSQ) fraud which demonstrates again why the dying deadwood press are part of the problem not the solution. I look at Amur Minerals (AMC) which is in VERY big trouble, I suggest. And also at Avanti Communications (AVN), Totally (TLY) and Venn Life (VENN). The big short dossier articler is on the runway and I should publish it very soon.
Two days after MySquar (MYSQ) suspended its shares on the AIM Casino and admitted to fraud and a cash crisis its odious slug of a chairman, the well known PR spinner Mr Piers Pottinger has quit as a director and from the company. Piers may wish to distance himself from what is a very messy crime scene but it is too late. He was either involved in the fraud or enabled it by his incompetence or his silence or both. He features in a detailed dossier I am preparing for the FCA and SFO urging them to launch a formal enquiry.
I start with fireworks with Guardian reading tossers in Clifton last night and end up with fireworks in NY19 and the US mid-terms. My analysis of a week ago, I largely stand by although recent polling data has been fascinating. In terms of shares I look at Victoria (VCP), MySquar (MYSQ), Accesso (ACSO), Air Partner (AIR) and Purplebricks (PURP)
You may remember Joshua Adams? Aged 28 he wrote to me to say that he “prayed for my destruction”. Wind forward five years and, playing with Daddy’’s money, he amassed a stake of 16% in the MySquar (MYSQ) fraud. Now looking at both Companies house and the RNS feed I worry that young Joshua may have been a very naughty boy indeed and I have asked the FCA to investigate him accordingly. But fear not Josh, I am a nice guy and will be praying for your salvation as I kneel at the bedside tonight.
In October last year I presented thje AIM Regulation team headed by the man who ludicrously allowed himself to be dubbed the Sheriff of AIM, Mr Marcus Stuttard with slam dunk proof of massive fraud at MySquar (MYSQ). He did nothing. MySquar raised millions of pounds AFTER that from issuing shares which after today are now worthless as the fraud is laid bare. Mr Stuttard's failure to act has cost investors millions. And this is not his first lamentable failure. Is he the most useless regulator on this planet? Anyhow, he is pictured below after receiving my proof of fraud at MySquar last October. Please supply a suitable caption by midnight tonight in the comments section below.
Having asked for readers tips for 2018 for the amazing prize of a meal with Tom Winnifrith (or the chance to fob it off on someone you don't like) HERE, the following is a monthly update on performance (to be eligible needed to have selected, on a per username basis, a buy & sell pick from the LSE or AIM Casino and the stocks not to have been suspended at the commencement of 2018)...
Oh dear. Oh Dear. I pointed out that MySquar (MYSQ) had lied and committed fraud numerous times – notably with the 31 July 2017 placing – but Nomad SP Angel was happy to turn a blind eye and bank its retainers. Marcus Stuttard and the keystone cops at AIM Regulation were given specific warnings but did nothing. Now the whole thing has blown up so who looks like a frigging clown now Marcus? Is it Tom Winnifrith, the real Sheriff of AIM, or Marcus Stuttard, a man who is meant to regulate but instead turns a blind eye to blatant fraud, a useless not fit for purpose fucking poltroon?
On 23rd October as oily and unpleasant PR man Piers Pottinger, now the face of the fraud MySquar (MYSQ) as its chairman oozed up to do a paid for share pump interview with Proactive it was announced that Mypay Limited, a related party thanks to links to the criminal family of ex CEO Erik Schaer, had sold shares so it no longer had a notifiable interest. A week later the company did a bailout placing at just 0.35p. It gets worse.
Back in July 2017 MySquar (MYSQ) misled investors massively about its current trading and thus committed blatant securities fraud in raising £1.2 million at 3.75p. It stated then that it “does not expect to require additional funds for current operations.” That was a lie. Since then it has raised millions via death spiral funding but with liquidity drying up and the share price tanking it has now raised just £600,000 gross at a pathetic 0.35p. Ouch. It gets worse.
The founder, until two weeks ago CEO,and sole plate spinner for the fraud MySquar (MYSQ) was Eric Schaer. We know that MySquar lied repeatedly to its mug investors and committed securities fraud so the fact that Schaer stands accused of another $8.5 million fraud is something disgraced ninth rate Nomad SP Angel should have advised us about via RNS. Natch it turned a blind eye. So how’s the case going and why does it matter to the poltroons who still own this stock.
Disgraced Nomad SP Angel has clearly made enough money from acting for frauds like MySquar (MYSQ), and overlooking blatant criminal actions there, that it can afford to ride to the rescue of its weaker brethren. The word on the street is that Northland Securities is set to announce it has been bailed out by MySquar's nomad.
Forgive a brief historic digression at the start of this podcast but I start with a history lesson for those misguided souls who think that SinnFein/IRA brought peace and happiness to Ireland. Then I look at some other tossers from Ulster, First Derivatives (FDP) and the 3Xs. I comment briefly on Purplebricks (PURP) and Versarien (VRS) then move via BCA Marketplace (BCA) to Neil Woodford. Then it is onto MySquar (MYSQ), Symphony Environmental (SYM) and on to UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) with a few words for Dominic Frisby on the nature of bitcoin and its bubble ahead of our bust up next week in London.
This morning I have been berated on twitter by a self proclaimed “AIM expert” who reckons that MySquar (MYSQ) is the next big thing. I can only assume he is a stale bull desperate to get out as this fraud is unravelling apace. Wind back to last Friday at 4.30 PM, no-one is watching O Clock, when the company served up a trading statement.
Shareholders in (now formerly) AIM-listed Draganfly (DRG) were treated this morning to news that the company has been given the AIM-Casino heave-ho as of 7am. Of course, ShareProphets readers were warned two years ago and twice more since that this run’n’coke was one for the asbestos suit and a very long bargepole – see HERE, HERE and HERE. I guess an ouzo is in order….
Enough is enough. Yesterday John Meyer, a senior manager and large shareholder in SP Angel went onto Justin the Clown’s podcast to ramp corporate stocks such as Blue Jay Mining (JAY) without declaring an interest – his employer earns vast fees from Blue Jay as its Nomad and broker. But this is the least of SP Angel’s crimes and I wonder if its conduct over Blue Jay and MySquar (MYSQ) is, if not blatant market abuse, simply bringing the AIM Casino into disrepute. I have written to Marcus Stuttard, the head of AIM Regulation, demanding an immediate investigation into whether SP Angel should retain its Nomad license.
It really is the 17th, I may have said it was the 16th at the start of this bearcast as I have spent a frantic day trying to make the Bat Room at the Greek hovel a bit less untidy ahead of the arrival of the Mrs and Joshua tomorrow. In the podcast I discuss BlueJay Mining (JAY), red flags, SP Angel and MySquar (MYSQ)
Natch, shamed and disgraced Nomad SP Angel of Mysquar (MYSQ) infamy is still refusing to say whether it dumped shares in Bluejay Mining (JAY) while advising its poor clients to buy. But I cannot blame it, if it did dump because the £132.8 million market cap – at 15.25p – is frankly barking. In large part that is because the climate for mining in Greenland is just very hostile, something SP angel neglects to mention in its ramptastic research.
In today's bearcast my mind is a bit elsewhere as I explain HERE. But I cover SalvaRX (SALV), Optibiotix (OPTI), the fraud MySquar (MYSQ) and Falanx (FLX).
My patience with BlueJay Mining (JAY) and its Nomad and broker SP Angel is now wearing thin. Yesterday I explained how the two grotestquely misled investors with an RNS. I have emailed John Meyer at SP Angel today with a follow up question which he and his firm just seem unwilling to answer. It is a critical question and the silence is deafening.
At 4pm yesterday, AIM-listed Mysquar (MYSQ) slipped out and RNS announcing that it was calling a General Meeting. It seems that the board is running short of shareholder authority to wheel out the printing presses to issue more worthless confetti. The ShareProphets RNS translation Service explains all (original in bold)
Both men attended last night's UK Investor presentation and then plied me with drinks after the event and then at a pub. I rarely drink anything these days and I reacted very badly. God knows how I made the plane but, in the end, I did and woke up in Kalamata. A bit on last night and on Greece and then I look at Telit (TCM), Online Blockchain (OBC) where Clem Chambers' spoofing seems to be having less and less effect and finally the fraud MySquar (MYSQ). It is day two of the trial it wont tell you about.
The 3Xs are the fraudbusters best friends. In this case it was one of Julie Meyer's 3Xs and a new source. we chatted for just under an hour. More to follow. Oh dear, poor Ms Lingerie on Expenses MBE. In the podcast I look at UK Oil & Gas (UKOG), Purplebricks (PURP), Frontera (FRR), FastJet (FJET), MySquar (MYSQ) - where I have again contacted John Meyer urging him to get off his fat arse - Andalas (ADL) and Magnolia Petroleum (MAGP). The good news is that sponsorship of the walk I'm doing with Brokerman Dan for Woodlarks is now, with gift aid, at almost £11,000. I explain here why this walk makes the difference between Woodlarks having to cut services or carry on, please do give a tenner today. Think of my pain - not least in having to hear Dan talk total bollocks about Andalas for whole day - and COUGH UP HERE.
In today's podcast I cover in detail Telit (TCM) and also look at MySquar (MYSQ) partially in light of today's stunning news HERE. I look at Audioboom (BOOM), Frontera (FRR), Woodford Patient Capital Trust (WPCT), Prime People (PRP) and 88 Energy (88E). Tomorrow I will be bored to death by Lucian Miers, he will drone on about West Ham for 6 hours as we complete a 19 mile training walk from Bristol along the Avon to a few miles past Bath. I am building up to my 32 mile walk for Woodlarks with Brokerman Dan on 28 July. Think of my suffering tomorrow and please donate a small sum HERE.
Below I republish a legal printout from Singapore where four days of Court time has been reserved for MySquar (MYSQ) boss Eric Schaer and his Rising Dragon company ( which is and has always been involved with MySquar as a loan provider) as they stand accused of fraud from a party claiming back $8,750,770 – a lot of dosh. It gets worse.
Okay despite all the harsh ( but arguably fair) things I have said about him, thirsty Paul Scott has just donated £50 to the Woodlarks sponsored walk charity appeal so I am going to be nice about him for a while unless he has a twitter meltdown. Chaka Khan. Chaka Khan. Cheeese. Anyhow surely you can follow Paul, watch this video HERE to see the great works Woodlarks does then donate a few quid HERE. In the podcast I take MySquar (MYSQ) apart, John Meyer at SP Angel needs to wake up, listen and get off his arse. I also look at Frontera (FRR) - bailout placing at 0.3p? - IDOX (IDOX) and Herencia (GER)
I start by praising Ed Croft who despite all that I have said about him has donated £30 to my charity walk for Woodlarks. To those 90% of you listening who I have not insulted at all surely you can spare a tenner. We have now raised £6,263.16 (before gift aid), surely you can donate £10 HERE. Then I look at Martin Sorrell (ex WPP) and the hookers on expenses, Lord Browne of BP and the rent boy on expenses and natch I mention someone who put a sex toy and batteries and lots of lingerie on her expenses. Their crime is nothing to do with sex it is theft and I discuss that. Then it is onto Connect (CNCT) where I ponder its banking covenants and to Haydale Graphene (HAYD) where I wonder if the cash position is enough. Finally I explain to another J Meyer ( this time John not Julie, no relation) of SP Angel why the MySquar (MYSQ) fraud is HIS responsibility and what he needs to do ASAP
Firstly, I detail my latest training humiliations here. To those bearcast readers who have sponsored my charity 32 mile walk I say thank you, to the 95% of you have not, please give a tenner HERE. In the podcast I look at Stratex (STI) where the wrong management is following the wrong strategy and which is a dog with fleas. I look at MySquar (MYSQ) where Nomad John Meyer of SP Angel needs to stop turning a blind eye and come clean - tell us about the Court case looming in Singapore John! I look at Andalas (ADL), defend Neil Ricketts of Versarien (VRS) over share sales and then have a long discussion on CyanConnode (CYAN) where I fear an OW is implicated in a looming cash crisis accompanied by the the stench of boardroom greed with grotesque rewards for failure. It is shocking stuff.
My planned 7.5 mile training walk (pushing Joshua) today became 10 miles as I explain HERE. Think about my poor sore feet and aching legs and if you have not yet donated a tenner to the Woodlarks appeal please do so HERE. In the podcast I explain why the fraud MySquar (MYSQ) and UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) face the same predicament and that is why the latter may well place at as low as 0.5p next week. I then look again at the tweets of David Lenigas last Thursday - HERE - surely there is something very wrong in this matter.
Hooray. After this week's doorstepping and podcast special and the work back in Bristol this is a great day. I suspect it is game over and discuss the probable demise of Folli Follie. Never buy a stock on a PE of 1. Elsewhere I look at rumours concerning Nomad Northland, at Echo Energy (ECHO), the fraud MySquar (MYSQ), my letter to Julie Meyer HERE, Sound Energy (SOU), Westminster Group (WSG) - with its revolting chairman ex Tory MP Tony Baldry - and Frontera (FRR) and its latest pre placing ramp. Now come on chaps, if you enjoy bearcast - and I know 1000 of you do every day - please donate £10 NOW to the Woodlarks charity walk - HERE
First of all thanks to so many of you for your kind responses to yesterday's bearcast - I am now in a serious dialogue with the Police and I hope they will catch and prosecute the culprit. In today's podcast I look at the Sunday Times Rich List which is largely fiction, at Audioboom (BOOM), MySquar (MYSQ), Premaitha (NIPT - where we own shares and indeed have bought more - The People's Operator (TPOP) and Telit (TCM)
I start at the beginning which is the early career of Eric Schaer, the fraudster in chief, and end at the end which will be insolvency and, I hope, jail time for Eric and the gang. This is chapter and verse on why MySquar (MYSQ) is a 100% fraud and why the employees of Nomad SP Angel are gutless, morally bankrupt, crony capitalists for continuing to act for it. This is no holds barred material. Enjoy.
Im am putting off assorting my jumbled thoughts on Neil Woodford and the fraud MySquar (MYSQ) into an ordered presentation but that is for this afternoon. Pro tem I look at Avanti Communications (AVN), IQE (IQE), Mobile Streams (MOS), Nighthawk (HAWK) - off 60% today but still at the very least 80% overvalued - and Leaf Clean Energy (LEAF). If you like bearcasts then remember that at UK Investor on April 21 - THIS SATURDAY - one of many highlights will be a live bearcast with myself and Paul Scott. Make sure you book a free ticket HERE using the promotional code WINNIFRITH. ORDER NOW and we cannt post but will email you a ticket by tonight.
Having said that it never needed to raise money again when it raised £1.2 million as it committed securities fraud on July 31 2017, MySquar (MYSQ) announced a £2.11 million death spiral deal on March 7 2018. The first £200,000 loan note conversion was announced on April 12 at 1.31p.
I was chatting to Dom Frisby this morning ahead of the Sarries evening tomorrow which is the first part of UK Investor (gold tickets only). More on that in the podcast where I also look at UK house prices, Ascent Resources (AST), Immupharma (IMM), investing in biotech, PCGE (PCGE), MySquar (MYSQ) and its new marriage from hell and at Versarien (VRS). Tin hat on after that annoying its deranged fans by daring to ask questions. If you like bearcasts then remember that at UK Investor on April 21 - THIS SATURDAY - one of many highlights will be a live bearcast with myself and Paul Scott. Make sure you book a free ticket HERE using the promotional code WINNIFRITH.
After last week's twitter spat we have made up and are friends again so Paul Scott will, after all, be recording a bearcast special with me at UK Investor Show. If you have not booked a free investor class seat for 21 April do so now at www.ukinvestorshow.com/tickets using the promotional code WINNIFRITH. In today's bearcast I look at a moron and Marechale (MAC), at FlowGroup (FLOW), MySquar (MYSQ), Hvivo (HVO), Strat Aero (AERO), Omega Diagnostics (ODX) and those two awful words "strategic review" and at Air Partner (AIR). Over on my personal website there is a podcast setting a few folks straight on Lady Thatcher - HERE.
Even The spawn of Satan, evil PR spinner Damian McCrystal, cannot polish this turd - the wheels are coming off the fraud MySquar in a big way. CFO Pham Dang Hung has quit the company and the board with immediate effect. If you don't see this as a massive red flag you are either blind or just colour blind.
In today's bearcast - recorded in a rush as GSC business awaits in Manhattan - I look at BNN (BNN) after today's shocking news HERE, MySquar (MYSQ), Quadrise Fuels (QFI) and Defenx (DFX). Tootle Pip...more tomorrow. If you like bearcasts then remember that at UK Investor on April 21 one of many highlights will be a live bearcast with myself and Paul Scott. Make sure you book a free ticket HERE using the promotional code WINNIFRITH.
As old Jim Mellon is such a good friend I thought I'd have a butchers. Is it because of more problems at the Diabetic Boot Company or is it a cash crisis at SalvarX (SALV) or at Regent Pacific? What is it about this related party nest of snakes that is making investors shun shares in Jim's Port Erin (PEBI)? I discuss in detail. I also look at MySquar (MYSQ) as the fraud skids to a new low, Ecsc (ECSC), the cyber junk play, FastJet (FJET) - another bailout placing ahoy - and old Clem's spoof Online BlockChain (OBC) as it tanks again. And then its RIP Conviviality (CVR), formal notice of wipeout for those who punt on the back of a brokers note and for other investors. If you like bearcasts then remember that at UK Investor on April 21 one of many highlights will be a live bearcast with myself and Paul Scott. Make sure you book a free ticket HERE using the promotional code WINNIFRITH.
If you are my age you may remember the song, it was a hit when I lived there and today i head over to stay with the same folks as i lived with more than 30 years ago. Ahead of that there are more words on the gender pay gap data abuse as covered in detail HERE and then I cover Vela (VELA) and a bursting blockchain bubble, Vitesse Media (VIS) - opportunistic scumbags - Infrstrata (INFA), Inspirit (INSP), Collagen (COS), MySquar (MYSQ) and Frontera (FRR). And there may be major news on Air Partner (AIR) soon, I seem to have found a whistleblower. Happy days. If you like bearcasts then remember that at UK Investor on April 21 one of many highlights will be a live bearcast with myself and Paul Scott. Make sure you book a free ticket HERE using the promotional code WINNIFRITH.
Via, his PR man - aka the spawn of Satan - I have sent a letter to Eric Schaer the CEO of AIM superfraud MySquar (MYSQ) challenging him to deal in person, face to face with me, on April 21, with the incontrovertible evidence that his company is a fraud. I write:
Only kidding! Death Wish, which is not, as you might think, hapless Mayor Khan's new tourist promo video for London, is not out until Friday. So I gave the Mrs a far more suitable present for her birthday but what to give my Labour party loyalist sister Comrade N?. Back to the Mrs: I sense that I shall be watching the new Bruce Willis movie alone. I digress. In today's bearcast I look at Weatherley International (WTI), the fraud MySquar (MYSQ), Pathfinder Minerals (PFP), Air Partner (AIR), Sosandar (SOS), IFG Group (IFP), IQE (IQE) - where I try not to be tasteless as I flag a difficult issue but apologise in advance if I offend anyone - and Purplebricks (PURP). If you like bearcasts then remember that at UK Investor on April 21 one of many highlights will be a live bearcast with myself and Paul Scott. Make sure you book a free ticket HERE using the promotional code WINNIFRITH
I gather from Andrew Monk that ShareProphets is banned in China - what could they possibly not like about this website? I give my views on China and also on the way that poor BMD has been robbed today. News of a shock resignation just days before he faces rows of empty seats sees me enjoy a cup of Schadenfreude at the expense of my old friend Jim Mellon. I look at Andalas Energy (ADL), asking it to comment on new reports of internal woes. I look at Eqtec (EQT) and MySquar (MYSQ) and also at Alumasc (ALU) and Sportech (SPO). Make sure you get your free ticket to UK Investor on April 21 using the promotional code WINNIFRITH when booking an investor class seat HERE - if only to hear a live 40 minute bearcast with myself & Paul Scott being recorded!
When a company issues an RNS which involves an unnamed third party, investors should run for the hills. In the case of BNN Technology this is problematic as the shares have been de-listed from AIM because the last NOMAD Strand Hanson resigned and no one else was prepared to take it on (not a good sign when you consider the depths that most NOMADs are prepared to plumb for ready money).
In today's bearcast I start with a reader complaint but then he is a tosser so who cares? Then it is onto looking at the differences between the funding facilities at UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) and MySquar (MYSQ). I am bearish on both but the differences in the two packages are instructive. I look at Nature Group (NGR), Jim Mellon's uber-ramp FastForward (FFWD) and at Purplebricks (PURP) is the Neil Woodford bubble about to burst again, as even former supporters like Paul Scott admit my analysis was right and theirs wrong.
Today's death spiral funding for MySquar (MYSQ) is bad enough as I explained HERE. But now let's look at who is providing that funding - I'll tell you who: proven liars. Natch Nomad SP Angel should have flagged this up but since it is prepared to overlook brazen securities fraud as long as it banks another retainer for the coke & hookers fund, we know that it is morally bankrupt. Anyhow back to the liars now in business with the holocaust denying fraudsters of MySquar.
When MySquar (MYSQ) misled investors to get away a £1.2 million fund raise in on July 31 2017 it said it would never have to raise cash again. Well it did not take long for a change of mind from the holocaust denying fraudsters did it? And this fund raise announced today is dodgy as hell, yet another mega red flag. So lets go through the lies and spoofs in order up to the latest spoof.
I start with a bit of a go at BBC Radio 4 for its quitee lamentable content this morning. I am somewhat prompted by my thoughts on the Oscars HERE. I then looked at Just Eat (JE.), Luceco (LUCE), Challenger Acquistions (CHAL), Falanx (FLX) - where I am glad to be a shareholder - MySquar (MYSQ), the holocaust denying fraudsters and Online BlockChain (OBC).
I know that MySquar (MYSQ) prefers to leak speculation and innuendo as news via the fraudsters poodle journalist of choice, Rob Terry's pal Ben Harrington, but perhaps the holocaust denying fraudsters might consider an RNS PDQ!
In today's podcast I reflect oin how good it is to be back at home with my son and heir Joshua causing me sleep deprivation and Oakley the cat pissing on the doorstep. I end with my battles with Bath Spa which continue but I have an invitation which would allow me to go National on it if BS does not do the right thing. I explain this. The meat of the podcast covers MySquar (MYSQ) - the fraudtsers - and Julie Meyer MBE, Mothercare (MTC), Conroy Gold (CGNR) and Prospex Oil & Gas (PXOG). Finally I have a question or two for Fishing Republic (FISH) about its acting CEO
In today's podcast I start with a few more words on Julie Meyer MBE although my formal series on her will only continue tomorrow. Then it is onto Neil Woodford in light of today's most excellent piece by Cynical Bear here. Finally I comment on the fraud MySquar (MYSQ) in light of today's article in the Sunday Times.
Shares in MySquar (MYSQ) recently more than doubled valuing the disreputable Myanmar (Burma) play at around £22 million, a ludicrous sum for a transparent scam that stands out even when measured by the exalted standards of AIM.
I think it is Darren Atwater's 50th today. I wish him happy returns anyway. My own 50th is a week away but I celebrate a few days early so no bearcast tomorrow. In this podcast I discuss: Deltex (DEMG), Union Jack (UJO), Egdon (EDR), UK Oil & Gas (UKOG), FastForward (FFWD) and the bubble in pot stocks and why it must burst, Premier Africa (PREM) and the fraud MySquar (MYSQ)
After leaking stories of a bid approach to the fraudsters favourite website, MySquar (MYSQ) put out an odd statement yesterday. The shares rocketed. What to make of it all? Remember this is a company that comitted large scale and blatant securities fraud in July 2017 and view matters in that context.
In today's podcast I spend a lot of time looking at Pantheon Resources (PANR) - when is the next bailout placing? I make wider observations about this sector. There is then a direct challenge to Mileestone (MSG) about Lyin' Larry and to its Nomad Cairn Financial. I then look at Mila (MILA) and MySquar (MYSQ) commenting on how some AIM CEO's groom BBMs like peadophiles groom their victims. Sam Antar has made the same analogy . It is all about gaining trust.
In today's podcast I discuss the nonsense at The People's Operator (TPOP), speculate at what happened and ask that the Oxymorons at AIM Regulation do something to stop this happening yet again. I look at Tomco (TOM) and the madness of Mifid, at Clear Leisure (CLP) and more blockchain insanity and at Premier Africa (PREM). I also cover MySquar (MYSQ) where we all seem agreed as to its fate.,
In today's bearcast I look at results from the walking dead, the boiler room POS Inspirit (INSP), I cover Nighthawk (HAWK), Oracle Power (ORCP), Uk Oil & Gas (UKOG), Mysquar (MYSQ) - with some new matters of concern from out East - and Milestone (MSG) where silence on Larry the liar is just not good enough
Yes I have spent much of the morning in conversation with folks in the City of my birth. I do have an Oxford degree - does Larry Cummins of Milestone (MSG)? The questions mount, the shares are tumbling - I explain whay happens next. I look at the latest bullshit from holocaust denying fraudsters MySquar (MYSQ), comment on the pointless ramp of boiler room dog Inspirit(INSP) on UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) and on Anglo African Oil (AAOG) and finally have a few words on a stock we own, Sosandar (SOS).
As you know, the folks round at the Financial Reporting Council are the one watchdog that is prepared to bare its teeth when it comes to wrongdoing on the AIM Casino and are also good pals of mine, truly appreciative of my work. And thus I have written to them about the holocuast denying fraudsters at MySquar (MYSQ) requesting that it launch a formal investigation into how it cooks its books.
Holocuast denying is the biggest crime of the fraudster vermin who run MySquar (MYSQ) but there is also the matter of some utterly mickey mouse accounting.
I refer to my earlier piece on the evil language used by MySquar (MYSQ) to describe the state sponsored genocide in Myanmar. In light of that I accuse Eric Schaer, Piers Pottinger and their evil PR spinner Damian McCrystal of being holocaust deniers. As a bonus results out today show the clear fraud that occurred in July, throw up even more red flags, very dodgy accounting and demonstrate why this is a cash guzzling, worthless crock of shit. I also cover R4E (R4E), shares in which we own, and ITM Power (ITM).
And there we have it. Today’s announcement of the placing at Altona Energy (ANR) to raise £735,000 at 0.5p completes a very successful, oft–repeated, operation at the lower end of AIM, namely the placing, followed by the industrial-sized ramp, followed by the placing – the “PRP”. It is worth looking at in closer detail.
In the gold old days the fraud MySquar (MYSQ) used to report breathlessly on average daily sales volumes - that is to say cash coming in. But - as we subsequently discovered - that was largely related party non core income and it fell off a cliff on July 1. Not that MySquar bothered to let us know about that until it had got a bailout placing away. On any other market than the AIM Casino that would be securities fraud. Heck, even on the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange you'd get your collar felt for that. But on AIM fraud is okay as long as you pay your fees. Anyhow these days MySquar serves up different bollocks.
I start with the issue of whether Blockchain bonkers-ness is so 1997 as comrade Malcolm Palle of Coinsilium (COIN) - which we own shares in - says or late 2000. I explain why it is the latter and cite today's bonkers share price move at On Line (ONL). Then it is on to MySqaur (MYSQ), Xaar (XAR) and Bagir (BGR) which is, I think, talking bollocks.
I start with a look at the collapse in auto sales prompted by statements from Lookers (LOOK) and Auto Trader (AUTO) but also a cracking piece on Zero Hedge HERE. The big short remains - of course - BCA Marketplace I then look at MySquar (MYSQ) and React (REAT), shares in which we, sadly, hold. Then if auto is collapsing why aren't house prices? They will. I look at a new survey on Buy to Let and the various trading statements last week, notably Countrywide (CWD).
A top broker, who shall remain nameless, has this morning had a go at AIM regulators. His ire is prompted by a meeting in a pub where Berkeley Energia (BKY) presented to retail investors. It was by all accounts packed which, since I am a loyal shareholder, pleases me. But I just do not understand what is wrong here.
Erik, your company MySquar (MYSQ) has committed securities fraud so I guess that makes you a fraudster. Do you think that is libellous or will you accept that I have a solid defence, viz I write what I have already proved to be 100% true: Go on you criminal low life scum please threaten to sue me? In this podcast I ask more questions about MySquar and suggest that Beaufort Securities might just put Erik out of his misery. The shares are now 1.8p to sell and 0p is inevitable.I also look at another zero in waiting BNN (BNN) where today's whitewash stinks., Finally we have a profits warning at Carpetright (CPR) which tells you all you need to know about the British consumer and his nightmare on debt street. I once again discuss BCA Marketplace (BCA) in this context. The big short.
In a wide ranging bearcast I ask whether the demerger of Afratin by Bushveld (BMN) will necessarily create value for shareholders. Then it is onto the read acrosses from Pendragon's (PDG) statement, not least for BCA Marketplace (BCA). Then I look at the scandsalous cash-piss by the evil fake news poll tax funded BBC on Interserve (IRV) and what it means for Interserve. I look at MySquar (MYSQ) and how soon it is a zero, UK Oil & Gas (UKOG), Andalas (ADL) and then onto SalvaRx (SALV) where, the fugitive from justice in South Korea, old Jim Mellon has pumped in more cash but where a real crash crunch clearly looms. Finally a few words on TrakM8 (TRAK)
Anyone who follows the lower end of AIM will have spotted the recent excitement and massive share price increase at Altona Energy (ANR) following a heavily discounted keep the lights on placing at 0.05p on 13 October. I couldn’t help but notice the name of John Zorbas cropping up and suspect that he has found something new and shiny to get excited about.
The past week has shown clearly why MySquar (MYSQ) shares should not be traded on any market, even the AIM Casino. I demonstrated HERE that it had lied to investors in an RNS this month. That lie stands uncorrected. I demonstrated HERE that without any doubt it had committed wholesale securities fraud on July 31. This was chapter and verse stuff and MySquar is now exposed. Yet nothing has happened. As such I have written to my pal the bogus Sheriff of AIM, Mr Marcus Stuttard the head of AIM Regulation
I cannot blame Jersey Oil & Gas (JOG) for raising £20 million today. It's the smart move. But if it has to offer shares at a 15-20% discount when it's on a roll what sort of discount will UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) have to offer as it seeks to raise £5-10 million with things going badly wrong? I also look at MySquar (MYSQ) after today's article that proves FRAUD. What is not allowed on AIM these days? Would complicity in mass murder be a problem? I give up.
It is clear that Nomad SP Angel does not care if its client MySquar (MYSQ) issues lies via RNS and it has not bothered to ask the one question that would show very clearly the Securities fraud committed by its client on July 31. It is a sorry state of affairs and I shall be writing to AIM Regulation and to the chairman of the LSE later to ask that SP Angel's license be revoked as it is clearly not fit and proper to run a public lavatory let alone be a Nomad. But now for John Meyer and his fellow dullards at SP Angel here is how your client defrauded investors.
The LSE Asylum recent hosted an evening for its moronic readers at which MySquar (MYSQ) presented. Afterwards its CEO was interviewed. Natch PROVEN RNS LIAR Erik Schaer told at least one whopping lie ( sales in the Quarter ending September 30th were NOT 400% up on the prior year). Natch the interviewer did not ask Erik about the securities fraud or the fact that MySquar was running out of money. Instead he was allowed to LIE that the last funding was to be used "for acquisitions and investments". Nothing to do with keeping the lights on as it burns cash then. Puke. Keep selling - target price 0p. How on earth can Nomad SP Angel stand for this nonsense and ask us to take it remotely seriously?
It is on the LSE Asylum so it must be true. This moderated forum censors readers who say express bearish stances on frauds like Cloudtag (CTAG) and MySquar (MYSQ) but gives its readers free rein to discuss my mother's suicide or to, oh the irony, commit market abuse by knowingly spreading an untruth that I have committed market abuse by telling you to sell as I buy. And like moths to a flame they all leap to discuss this obvious lie in great detail.
On the agenda today as I prepare for my weekly coffee morning with my baby son Joshua and the fit young mums is: Andalas (ADL) a joke broker note, MySquar (MYSQ) another RNS which is all smoke and mirrors and a desperate attempt to prop up the shares but SP Angel refuses to force the company to come clean on the lies in the last RNS and the fraud. Pathetic. I look at Interserve (IRV) and its latest dire news. We did warn you. I "out" the company that was truing to raise $15 million via Cornhill yesterday. I look at former ZAI clients whose days on AIM are numbered and finally I read across from yesterday's Horse Hill trade involving Regency (RGM) and Alba (ALBA) to show just how monstrously overvalued is, out of cash and desperate to place, UK Oil & Gas (UKOG)
Heck it is on twitter so it must be true as you can see below
Oh dear, oh dear. This is pretty simple maths although clearly beyond the wit of clueless Nomad SP Angel but in this podcast I demonstrate clearly another slam dunk lie in the MySquar (MYSQ) trading statement of last week and corrected version of this week. Time for another correction? But it gets worse. I remind you of what SP Angel needs to establish to show that MySquar only breached AIM Rules rather than committing wholesale fraud (ref July sales) but now suggest that its claims re September comparatives might bear scrutiny as well. And there are some very fishy rumours coming out of Singapore that SP Angel might consider as it decides whether to quit or not. I move on to cover Paternoster Resources (PRS) after its latest bad news and explain why its NAV is illusory and then ask readers for help in outing which oil & gas stock Cornhill is raising $15 million for today at a discount of 12% to some share price or another.
What on earth is clueless Nomad SP Angel thinking? Its client MySquar (MYSQ) last week issued a (lack of) profits warning which means that it has either committed securities fraud or merely a massive breach of AIM Rule 11. Investors need to know what its sales were in July (as opposed to the July-September average given) in order to know how bad this will be. I have pressed SP Angel to force a statement and indeed the retained broker Beaufort has - to its enormous credit - also pressed but instead...
I start with a trip down memory lane this October 13th. It's back to 1987. can you remember why? Then, if you thought punters in Cloudtag (CTAG) or MySquar (MYSQ) were bonkers ( well they are) then meet Helios & Matheson. This tale will have you in stitches. Unless you are a MySquar moron in which case you will probably see it as an investment opportunity. Then it is onto UK Oil & Gas (UKOG), the Frogs selling and the slump to 2p or less. BTW Lucian Miers is now well in the money and added to his short yesterday. I explain why i3 Energy (i3E) is doomed and will crater soon and also go into the mounting woes of Conroy Gold & Natural Resources (CGNR) after this morning's news.
I bring you below a twitter exchange with a moron who owns shares in MySquar (MYSQ). There is no hope for some folks, they deserve an inevitable fate of poverty.
The first pressing issue with MySquar (MYSQ) is whether it has committed securities fraud or merely driven a coach and horses through AIM Rules or both. I hope that either SP Angel or Beaufort will force it to reveal July sales numbers to give us an answer. The next question is when does it run out of cash? Here is my best estimate.
I am in a bit of a rush today. The Mrs has all day meetings so it is just me and Joshua. That means we get an extra 30 minutes at the fit young mums coffee morning. But what do I say to a FYM? And what might she say back. That is clearly the big issue of the day. After that I look at MySquar (MYSQ) after Darren's meeting last night, at UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) - placing at 2p? - Sound Energy (SOU) and Echo (ECHO) both slam dunk sells and similar to UKOG in many ways.I comment, en passant, on Renold (RNO) and the idea of pricing power and finally warn you that Telit (TCM) is indeed heading for 0p. And thank you for subscribing to ShareProphets. After 28 days we are within spitting distance of breakeven.
The first question at the LSE Asylum moron-fest with MySquar (MYSQ) boss Erik Schaer was about me. Apparently the old rogue thinks that I am "well educated and well read." Well he ain't wrong. But flattery will get him nowhere. I sent Pizza Hardman Darren Atwater along to grill him and the questions only mount.
Clearly no-one told Belfort Securities that its star client in the fraud sector, MySquar (MYSQ) was going to have a disastrous lack of profits warning today which exposed how it had massively misled investors for months. Because yesterday it urged its clients to fill their boots at 4.02p with a 21p target. At least this shows that at Belfort the Chinese walls between research and broking have no chinks in them. The shares are now 2.98p and are worth 0p. Over to Belfort....
I have written a letter to Nomad SP Angel, broker Beaufort Securities and the oxymorons at AIM Regulation re shamed MySquar (MYSQ). Has it committed a massive breach of AIM Rules or Securities fraud or both and will anyone do anything about it. The letter follows:
After today's shocking revelations from MySquar (MYSQ) only a complete anhd utter moron would consider buying the shares. Luckily for CEO Erik Schaer he is set to meet a few dozen of the stupidest people on this planet this very evening.
Readers will know I have no love for MySQUAR (MYSQ) for reasons outlined earlier today; however, I had to laugh at yesterday’s announcement of an MOU agreed with Sealand Capital Galaxy (SCGL) as it is arguably an even dodgier company than MySQUAR – clearly a match made in heaven.
I go through the timeline in detail. It is quite clear that the 31 July placing by MySquar (MYSQ) was securities fraud. Why the Nomad and broker have not quit in light of the trading statement today defies belief. But I guess this is the World's Most Successful Growth Market. I then look at Character Group (CCT) and why I think that the reaction to today's statement is overdone. Then it is onto UK Oil & Gas and I explain why its shareholder list and market cap pose a problem as it urgently tries to do a placing to keep the lights on after yesterday's dire news. Finally I urge you all to read today's statement from Countryside Properties (CSP) which tells you in black and white how much trouble the housing market is in.
The reason for the deafening silence emanating from uber-dog MySQUAR (MYSQ) became all too clear this morning as it issued a shocking trading announcement which makes clear that revenue has fallen off a cliff. Surely something should have been mentioned at the time of the placing in late-July?
A recent statement by MySquar (MYSQ)confuses genocide and mass rape with "civil unrest". This is obscene and shows that the company is morally bankrupt. Its CEO Eric Schaer will see his soul burn in hell for this and it makes me unspeakably angry. The company is a worthless piece of crap but promoting that is not now Eric's biggest sin. All is explained in this podcast. I also cover China New Energy (CNEL), Ryanair (RYA) - see this link - Petro Matad (MATD), FastForward (FFWD) and, in some detail, Paternoster Resources (PRS).
If you are listening to bearcast today you must have subscribed to Shareprophets so I thank you. I start with management who are cleary wronguns at Real Good Foods (RGD) which is a disgrace and at Papillion (PPHP) which is far worse - hat tip Cynical Bear HERE. I look at Interserve (IRV). Its shares are slumping on a profits alert but the real horrors are the lies in the August 9 results statement. Still valued at £124 million this could halve again look at debt! Then it is onto MySquar (MYSQ) a good bet for a zero, and finally a trio of oilies, Range Resources (RRL) - its au revoir not goodbye - Pantheon (PANR) dreary and overvalued by a reasonable amount and Sound Energy (SOU) where the valuation is a 100% rum and coke.
Boom boom! I suspect that once again the Mrs will regard that that title as rather crude as she did with this offering the other day. I discuss that topic which is close to the heart my old friend Jim Mellon. Then I look at MySquar (MYSQ), a disaster waiting to happen and its link to disgraced Bell Pottinger. Then it is onto Avanti (AVN) before I issue another warning about 88 Energy (88E) not that the morons trying to ramp it will listen. Finally I look at strange share price action and hard maths for Zibao Metals (ZBO)
The BNN Technology (BNN) fiasco is rather a depressing reminder that it takes an event such as the resignation of a CFO, accompanied by some serious whistleblowing for NOMADs and AIM regulation to act, by which time it is invariably too late for the retail investor. This is largely because the system is inherently flawed in that NOMADs are paid by the very people that they are supposed to be vetting. This is why AIM is stuffed with BNNs ticking away like time bombs.
This is a wide ranging bearcast and given my assertion that Charles Tatnall and James Longley are not fit to run the public lavatory at Athens Bus Station I thought I'd fill you in with a bit more detail about that place, what the job entails and why these scallywags are just not up to it. I cover in this podcast Papillion Holdings (PPHP), MySquar (MYSQ), ITM Power (ITM), Fulham Shore (FUL), TrakM8 (TRAK) and, of course, World War three. And ahead of 11 AM tomorrow I remind you to ALL SIGN UP HERE NOW!
I always take house broker notes with a heavy pinch of salt as they will paint as optimistic a picture as possible so this morning’s effort from Beaufort Securities on its client, MySQUAR (MYSQ), surprised me somewhat with its honesty but it’s good to finally put the nonsense about “operating break-even” to bed.
AIM Casino uber-ramp MySQUAR (MYSQ) 'fessed up on Friday that, as I had revealed 24 hours prior, a placing was underway but it insists that it does not need the cash. Really? I want you to consider a few numbers.
The trouble with Norfolk's is that in the end they run out of other people's money. And that brings us to MySQUAR (MYSQ) the sort of company which, even by the lowly standards of the AIM Casino, is a dog. A Source has been on the trombone and says...
On 16 January 2017 MySQUAR (MYSQ) claimed in an RNS that the number of registered users of its apps had exceeded 7.5 million. But was that actually true?
For the second time in a week we have seen share options exercised at AIM listed Norfolk MySQUAR (MYSQ) - this time it is 1.875 million warrants exercised at 5.5p which will add £103,125 to the coffers. that is kind of handy for this cash guzzler which is close to running on fumes. But this is a spoof.
I am with my father and he enjoys being part of bearcast so here is another one off. We start on the use of language and its misuse something which Dad and I talk about a lot. Thus there was Theresa May referring to THE cricket. And a fellow Tory MP who used a word she really should not have used in a phrase with a clear meaning. many said the phrase was racist. It was not it is the word that is, rightly, just not acceptable. That brings me to Sound Energy (SOU), Amur Minerals (AMC), MySquar (MYSQ) and Bagir (BAGR). I leave Shipston tonight so no more father and son bearcasts, regular podcasts will be back in September.
Here I am in Shipston with my father who enjoys bearcasts if they mention him so just for that reason I record again. His faux political correctness is exposed by the issue of coverage of women's cricket in The Guardian - the dreadful newspaper he has delivered to try to fool my family of public sector "working" lefties that he is one of them. In terms of the market I look at Carillion (CLLN) and 88 Energy (88E). Shares in both companies are collapsing today and I look at why and at what lessons folks should be learning. You could so easily have avoided losing money on both. Please note Malcolm Stacey and other Ocado (OCDO) bulls, lesson one on Carillion is for you. I also make it clear that while he may have some of the attributes of a Bulletin Board Moron as he showed HERE, Evil Knievil is not, in fact, a BBM, I was just joshing him when I suggested otherwise. En passant I look at MySquar (MYSQ) and explain why today's exposes HERE and HERE may refer to events a long time ago but are pertinent.
Our recent coverage of AIM Bulletin Board Moron darling MySQUAR (MYSQ) HERE and HERE should leave you in no doubt that this is a piece of crap heading for 0p. At the heart of the issues are the related party deals conducted with other Schaer companies which explain most of the "sales" MySQUAR reports. Earlier toady we ran a piece which exposed the dirty business practices of Schaer when he used to operate in the USA, as you can see HERE. Now for part two which shows what an A grade shyster the man is, another reason to exit this stock ASAP before it goes tits up.
Does Schaer walk on water? Er...let's look at his CV.But before we start I notice that he surrendered his US passport in 2015. I wonder why?
After tearing apart this week's bogus trading statement from MySquar (MYSQ) HERE and HERE, the AIM listed POS has tried to pop up its falling share price today with another piece of PR non news. We can address that later but first I have three more questions that it can't and won't answer.
Another one off - this time recorded with my three legged cat Oakley. I am so angry. I touch on MySquar (MYSQ) and what it says about the AIM Casino as a follow up to today's pieces HERE and HERE. But the main focus is on events at Magnolia Petroleum. I give chapter and verse on why CEO Rita should have been fired and what it says about the AIM cesspit that she was not. I discuss today's deal which saves her and expaian why it will not save Magnolia (MAGP). I give your hard data on its impact on cashflows and on the balance sheet. This POS is toast but Rita and her Nomad make me want to barf.
I am grateful to the great Waseem Shakoor who has made me realise just how much of a darling of the Bulletin Boards MySquar (MYSQ) has become. The posts are legion, the idiotic hatred of myself ( he always gets it wrong) of Waseem, the casual homophobia is all there. That makes me more convinced that ever that with its crackers valuation and misleading statements this is set to crater. Earlier I addressed that matter of insane valuations and casual use of language to hide the truth but there is a secondary, and more devastating issue.
AIM ramp de jour MySquar (MYSQ) has today boasted that in the last days of June as daily sales reached $8500 "the business has reached a very significant milestone of achieving run rate operating breakeven". Er..can you smell the red herrings - they are hidden underneath the red flags.
I wrote about Mysquar (MYSQ) last week and promised to explain how conflicts of interest and accounting shenanigans make it uninvestable. In the AIM admission document of two years ago it is stated:
The great bear raider Wassem Shakoor has termed Frontera (FRR) as one of the three most overvalued bits of crap on AIM. Another is MySquar (MYSQ) where Lucian Miers has just published a devestating expose HERE. Back to Frontera where Waseem has stuck it to the Bulletin Board Morons today. He writes:
I wrote recently about AIM listed BNN Technology (BNN), a flaky and wildly over promoted China tech play, but having had a look at Burmese tech play MySQUAR (MYSQ), BNN looks a solid blue chip.
I feel partly to blame for the ongoing war between the bears and bulls on MySQUAR (MYSQ) as I started covering the company at the start of the year on this site with a piece that was largely a writing exercise to see if I could write 400 words without using the letter ‘e’ (HERE). So I thought I’d better give it a more considered view now as I do have a bit of relevant expertise.
AIM listed MySquar (MYSQ) is a total rum and coke of a company. It is hard to believe a word it says. The bear community is convinced it will be a zero. But the shares have been ramped to high heaven and helped by a chap called Josh Adams buying a 16% stake through his Imperium vehicle. Josh Adams ...the name rings a bell. Oh that nutter!
On MySQUAR (MYSQ), Cynical Bear has previously warned of rampers and pumpers being out in force. Having commenced May at sub 1.3p, the shares are currently more than 60% higher on the day, at above 4.5p, on the back of a “Significant Revenue Milestone and Product Update” announcement. Hmmm…
In its interim results for the six months ended 31 December 2016, AIM Casino posterboy MySQUAR (MYSQ) disclosed that it had prepayments under current assets of $174,428 and also prepayments recorded under non-current assets of $557,840 i.e. total prepayments of $733,268 or some 67% of total assets. Typically prepayments relate to payments made on property and related utilities or trade subscriptions for services covering a period extending past the year end and usually represent a tiny amount of total assets of a company and typically do not extend beyond one year.
I looked at MySQUAR (MYSQ) recently commenting on the apparent conflict between the broker, Beaufort Securities, and its lender, Sandabel Capital (HERE). The good news is that the Sandabel deal has now come to an end. The less good news is that the average PI here has just been played like a fiddle with a classic pump and dump and it is worth taking a closer look.
I wrote about MySQUAR (MYSQ) at the start of the year (HERE) in part because I thought the share price was only going one way and nothing in the many announcements since including yesterday’s result have changed my stance; however, I did want to raise what I believe to be a massive conflict of interest involving its joint-broker, Beaufort Securities, and its lender, Sandabel Capital.
A tad surprisingly, I got into cryptography at Christmas so, taking inspiration from a mighty opus in that domain, I thought I would look at a shockingly, disappointing stock, MySQUAR (MYSQ), using a particularly odd approach. No trophy for working out my antics as you may actually find it a risky topic to Disqus, but can I actually do 400 words on this stock in a fitting way with my customary virtuosity?
I start with a few explanations of how businesses work and how markets work for shareholders in Cloudtag (CTAG) and Optibiotix (OPTI), Then I mention two risers, Falanx (FLX) and Andalas (ADL) before moving on to Marechale (MAC), MySquar (MYSQ) and finally, in great detail, the 17 years of jam tomorrow bollocks that is Torotrak (TRK). Remember, as per podcast, - five share tips for a fiver - starts Monday at 7 AM, don't miss out sign up HERE
In this podcast I look at Daniel Stewart (DAN) where Waseem Shakoor closed his short today. I look at the lunacy there, the lunacy at Cloudtag (CTAG) and show how it is the same folks, the sort of folks who are also preyed on by conman Darren Winters. On that note please read THIS ARTICLE TODAY - and tweet it out and link to it on Facebook and on any website you can.
