This week's Primary Bid offer is Frontera Resources - Woof Woof I'm out

By Tom Winnifrith | Saturday 10 February 2018

Disclosure: I have no positions in any stocks mentioned, and no plans to initiate any positions within the next 72 hours. I wrote this article myself, and it expresses my own opinions. I am not receiving compensation for it (other than from ShareProphets). I have no business relationship with any company whose stock is mentioned in this article.

Frontera Resources (FRR) is a dog with fleas but it is aggressively ramped and promoted. And it has just announced a £2.5 million fully underwritten open offer at 0.466p via Primary Bid.  This represents a discount of approximately 17.5% to the closing mid price today.

The company will spunk the cash on some more jam tomorrow wells which it will then issue ramptastic releases about and pay "fat bastard" Malcolm Graham Wood to promote the shares with his "independent" commentary, full of assertions that cannot be backed by fact, ahead of its next fund raise. The stupidest of the Bulletin Board morons will lap it all up.

The deadline to apply is 5 PM on Sunday but the offer may close at any time if fully subscribed.

We make a few quid if anyone who has registered with Primary Bid through us takes part but despite that I would advise strongly against backing this one. Woof Woof count me out big time.

It goes without saying that everyone should be a Primary Bid member as one day it will have an offer you have to go for. Sign up HERE
