Disclosure: I have no positions in any stocks mentioned, and no plans to initiate any positions within the next 72 hours. I wrote this article myself, and it expresses my own opinions. I am not receiving compensation for it (other than from ShareProphets). I have no business relationship with any company whose stock is mentioned in this article.
Oh dear, Oh dear. The end is not only nigh it has arrived for the fraud Worthington (WRN). On 19 December it appealed against the Court Order putting it into liquidation. The case was held at what convicted criminal Aidan must regard as his home from home, the High Court.
In front of Registrar Derrett, the tension was palpable but the Judge dismissed Worthington's application for rescission. And thus the original standing up order stands. The company is in liquidation. It is a wipeout. It is game over. Oddly the felon Earley has not mentioned this little problemo on his new blog.
Instead he has announced that he has sent letters to ADVFN demanding to know the names of BB posters. ADVFN will refuse but if Earley goes to the County Court and gets an order he will get the names. His aim is to show that the posters were involved with myself in bringing down Worthington.
He has thus stated that next week he will send letters before action against me & ShareProphets before pursuing a claim for "the campaign of tortious interference." earley will have to prove that we brought Worthington down and that it was nothing to do with it failing to file accounts since 2013, having no cash, buying joke businesses, failing to keep LSE rules, etc, etc.
Go ahead you shithead bring it on. We will see you in Court bitchez!!!
Meanwhile, those Bulletin Board morons who reckon that Aidan is their champion and who do not doubt his sanity should watch this video HERE.
Never miss a story.
