I flagged up earlier this week how the deal struck by Oracle Power (ORCP) to but a nothingburger copper silver exploration tenement was just a pump, a promote, nothing of substance. And yesterday leading the pump on twitter spiking the shares by 27% to 0.0335p was the man himself, David Lenigas.
