Breaking - UK Oil & Gas - placing underway at 1p: source

By Tom Winnifrith | Tuesday 9 May 2017

Disclosure: I have no positions in any stocks mentioned, and no plans to initiate any positions within the next 72 hours. I wrote this article myself, and it expresses my own opinions. I am not receiving compensation for it (other than from ShareProphets). I have no business relationship with any company whose stock is mentioned in this article.

Even here, half way up a Greek mountain in the snakefields, word reaches me of a major fundraising being undertaken at 1p by UK Oil & Gas (UKOG).

My source tells me that UK Oil & Gas is well down the track to raising £6 miollion - at 1.225p mid the market cap is £32 million. Clearly there is no need to be buying in the market. Indeed the smart move is to dump your stock at 1.2p and, if you are a Horse Hill groupie, call your local bucket shop and offer to take part in the placing. For the hat is being pass4ed around to all and sundry
