Watching the Swiss go down to a 5-2 defeat against the French was, in some ways, a very good result for me. Had it been a close game I am sure I would have felt far more devastated at the loss of what would have been one of my biggest wins ever. As I said yesterday, I banked a reasonable profit before the game. It always pays to take some money off the table when down to the fourth or fifth winning legs of a multiple. Unfortunately the odds weren’t good enough that I could get more out, but onwards and upwards.
