Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: I am now officially at war with Advanced Oncotherapy and have bought 1 share in the POS
Yesterday I asked Advanced Oncotherapy (AVO) to answer 16 questions. I regret to say that as at 12 noon today now undertaking had been given to answer the questions and that therefore I am now at war. As such as I celebrated International Women's day by having a good looking 28 year old blonde run her fingers through my hair I decided to buy one share in this POS company. Bring on the EGM and AGM says The Sheriff of AIM and I hope that other folks out there will also buy one share so that we can get the mothers on this board to answer some very valid questions. In this podcast i also look at how if I was running the fraud at Eden (EDEN) I would buy some time before all is revealed. I also comment on Solo Oil (SOLO) and on the budget and our irresponsible chancellor Hammond who is the real villain of sterling weakness, not Brexit.

LoopUp – 2016 results emphasise “strong performance” & “positive outlook”, so why are the shares lower?
A 2016 results announcement from remote meetings technology group LoopUp (LOOP) includes “we're very pleased to report strong business performance and a positive outlook in our first set of annual results as a public company”. So why are the shares currently more than 3% lower, at 156.5p, in response?...

Union Jack Oil - Placing Explained ( as we predicted) - BUY
Now we know the reason for the £1.4 million placing at 0.135p by Union Jack Oil (UJO) a week ago. As we predicted at the time the acquisition it was targeting was at Wressle in Lincolnshire. Today we are told that Union has spent £600,000 to buy from Celtique Energie Petroleum Limited a further 3.33% interest in PEDL180 and PEDL182. Union Jack currently holds an 11.67% interest in both licences so its stake now goes to 15%.

Finding Value in Natural Resource Stocks - two old timers chinwag
Whitney George, portfolio manager of the Sprott Focus Trust, is a career-long value investor who has described himself at times as a "Buffett groupie" reflecting his long-standing admiration of the legendary investor. Like Buffett, George seeks to capitalize on the manic depressive behavior of the aggregate stock market, a group author Benjamin Graham memorably referred to as Mr. Market—the fictitious business partner who impulsively offers to sell his share of the business or to buy the reader's share every day.

Challenger Acquisitions: Come on Mark, spill the beans - is the game up?
I had given Mark Gustafson, CEO of Challenge Acquisitions (CHAL), a few days grace to see if he would do the decent thing and tell his shareholders what the hell is going on at the moment, but seems like he needs a bit of persuasion to come out with the six word RNS: “Um…sorry, it’s gone tits up!”

F*ck Me! I agree with Roger Lawson of ShareSoc
A busted clock and all that,Roger Lawson has posted something on the ShareSoc blog for his three readers which is actually bang on the money. Although it is written in his normal pompous and tedious style for once he is bang on the money. His comments refer to secret cautions by the FCA - a system which just does not work.

When you know a company is finished - sentiment on a Bulletin Board: ref Advanced Oncotherapy
Shares in Advanced Oncotherapy (AVO) are sliding again today. Last time I looked they were 32p bid and they are heading rapidly towards the 25p mark at which point Bracknor will not be able to forward sell/convert loan notes as explained HERE without GM sanction. Thus the loan shark death spiral provider - which is pro tem exposed to the tune of well over £1 million will be flogging shares as fast as it can. Meanwhile Advanced just won't answer my 16 questions HERE. But there is something else going on which you can see if you check out the Bulletin Boards and it is quite remarkable and shows this company is toast.

RedT at 10.9p worth 22p? VSA initiates coverage - detailed note
RedT Energy (RED) has developed a machine based on vanadium redox flow battery technology for deployment in the commercial and industrial energy storage sector. Unlike the majority of its flow battery peers, RedT’s machines have already been deployed in a number of field test environments with first commercial sales occurring at the end of 2016. So this is a real company. VSA is house broker so clearly biased but analyst Edward Hugo has this morning published a very detailed 25 page note.

Pebble Beach Systems – disposal updates include buyer reserving its rights as it claims “numerous breaches of the contract”!
After results for the first half of 2016 showed an increased £8.8 million of net debt, Pebble Beach Systems (PEB, then Vislink) announced a $16 million sale of its hardware division, Vislink Communication Systems, to NASDAQ-listed xG Technology, Inc – stating the disposal to see it “be left substantially debt-free and to execute its software transition strategy”. There are now further updates on how this is working out – including a 5:25pm “Response to xG Technology Inc Press Release” announcement. Uh oh…

You'll struggle to find a better copper play than Central Asia Metals
Copper has been showing some signs of weakness in the past week or so following an unstoppable rise from around $2/lb during the early part of 2016, and despite the pullback it is still trading much higher, at around $2.62/lb, as I write this piece.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - Extreme Bad Language Special because AIM is an ffing joke
If you object to bad language do not listen. The madness and corruption of AIM, the willingness of the crony capitalists to deceive investors to get away another placing just got to me. In today's podcast I cover Blur (BLUR) - but would commend young Steve's coverage which is superb HERE, FastForward (FFWD) - the Jim Mellon spoof - Advanced Oncotherapy (DOG), Independent Resources (IRG), Amur Minerals (AMC), Sunrise Resources (SRES) and Zenith Energy (ZEN).

Advanced Oncotherapy - Question 16: were you lying on November 24?
Cynical Bear says that I am just being far too kind to Advanced Oncotherapy (AVO) with my 15 questions earlier today. Oddly I have yet to get an answer and nor will I as the company contemplates insolvency and other matters. But back to Mr Bear who says I should have asked a 16th question concerning another possible case of lying.

15 Questions for Advanced Oncotherapy: shares crash as Investor Presentation bombs
For years Advanced Oncotherapy (AVO) has ramped its shares to get away placing after placing with ramptastic investor presentations. But that was before I started asking all those horrible questions for which there was no answer. and Winnileaks started obtaining toxic leaked emails. Last night the company had a presentation in London. It has another in Zurich this morning. Warning Swiss folk and tax dodgers quotes about the London chinwag include "everyone left unhappy" and from a long term bull "I am just throwing in the towel." The shares have crashed by 23% to 36p bid so far today. The target for me remains 0p. But for those folks going to the Zurich meeting here here are 15 questions Advanced can't or won't answer:
