Sirius Minerals offers a fantastic long term buy at this price
Sirius Minerals (SXX) is a company that I’ve watched closely since 2010, and it has now reached a stage where a large proportion of the risk associated with its fertiliser project has been offset.

Where Regulators fail market forces will wade in - Beaumont Cornish in focus
Alistair Osborne lashed out at Nomad Roland "Fatty" Cornish in the Times on Saturday listing his long list of AIM failures. A central point made is that Fatty banks huge fees for doing an IPO only to quit before the shit hits the fan or before the fat lady sings. In other words he earns megabucks and then scuttles off to hide in his favourite restaurant whilst others suffer the financial damage. Osborne starts his article on New World Oil & Gas (NEW).

Vox Markets podcaster, Justin the Clown Andalas Caption Contest
In his infamous podcast with Dave "rule breaker " Whitby that got shares in Andalas (ADL) suspended, Justin the Clown fessed up that he owned so many of these shares that he'd be homeless if they did not go up. They have plunged from 1.3p back then to just 0.13p now and as the company hurtles towards bankruptcy worse is to come. As such we have an exclusive photo of Justin in his new home and invite you to supply suitable captions for it in the comments section below. Deadline midnight Sunday

CloudTag – Roll up, roll up, place your bets for a chance to win an incredible prize that money can’t buy
With limited recent news to ponder on CloudTag (CTAG), ignoring the constant stream of unregulated interviews for one moment, I thought I’d offer a chance to readers (and CloudTag shareholders) to have a punt and give themselves a chance to win an incredible Christmas present.

Reader Polls - Who do you want to win the US Election & who do you think will win?
Very few of our readers have a vote but I guess we all have a view. And I sense that Europeans are far more pro Clinton than the wise folk in America. Maybe all our readers are libs into spirit cooking? Anyhow we have two Election polls with a deadline for entry of Sunday Midnight. Let's start with who you want to win.

How does a Cloudtag Moron keep himself occupied?
As we wait for the lies and fraud to be exposed at Cloudtag (CTAG) as it fails to deliver guaranteed sales or even targeted sales in 2016 those morons who have fallen in love with this stock need to keep themselves occupied. Clearly the fact that the shares have retreated from 25p to 14.25p and are not at £25 or wherever the fantasists think they should be is nothing to doi with gravity or the fact that Cloudtag is a worthless fraud with no product but all to do with wicked bears like myself and Waseem Shakoor.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - Will gold zoom if/when Trump wins
I reflect briefly on the Brexit farce then move onto gold. Will it rise whatever happens on Tuesday? And what does it need to rocket? A win for Donald Trump or the instability of a narrow win for Hillary Clinton but a Republican Congress?

Sepura – Potential takeover: will it be fireworks or a damp squib?
By any standards, Sepura (SEPU) has had a tough year, losing about 90% of its value since March, but could things finally be taking a turn for the better with some late night takeover talk and how will things play out from here?

UK Oil & Gas & the Horse Hillers - update on planning timetable needed
On 17 October UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) announced that it had submitted a planning application for the next phase of drilling at Horse Hill in Surrey. It stated that: "The normal local planning authority cycle for an application not requiring an Environmental Impact Assessment such as at Horse Hill, takes approximately 13 weeks." So that means January 16. er...no

Mosman Oil & Gas: Misleading investors?
I am now aware that the FCA has been asked to investigate whether Mosman Oil & Gas (MSMN) has been misleading investors in its RNS releases with regards to the Murchison permit operations. The matter does seem pretty black and white to me.

Fastjet – unusual warrant exercises = spoofery, signs of a cash crunch or just madness?
As AIM-listed crock airline Fastjet (FJET) hurtles at full speed towards its next funding crisis two warrant exercises catch the eye – one yesterday and the other last week. With the shares trading at around 20p, why on earth would anyone exercise warrants at 31.5p a pop?

Slater & Gordon rewarding failure, balance sheet still crocked
You don't need the brains of Jason Donovan (irony BTW) to see that the purchase of the fraudulent legal assets of Quindell (QPP) by Slater & Gordon (SGH) was a dire error. Surely heads must roll at the Aussie poltroons? Er..no. In fact, with the shares now at A$0.34, down from A$8 at the time of the deal, failure must be rewarded. Speaking at Slater's AGM, chairman John Skippen stated:

Never Mind that Election and Brexit. Luxury May Be Better than Defence.
Hello Square Shufflers. We live in shaky times, all right. What will happen if Donald Trump becomes president? The big American traders are holding back on deals until they know more. So, as always when fewer shares change hands, nearly all stocks suffer. This translates into UK shares, which are already unstable because nobody, especially the government, seems to know how Brexit will play out.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: A tale of 3 AIM shares, The Good, the Bad & the Ugly
Today I look at just three shares in some detail. There is MBL Group (MUBL) which is, I think, too good for AIM, Cluff Natural Resources (CLNR) where I think some folks have been very bad, and Eden Research (EDEN) which is an ugly little fraud heading for 0p.

This Pullback In Gold Is Over – Or Is It?
I am a gold bull and hope that after Donald Trump wins on Tuesday we will see another big leg up. Hence we retain big positions in gold plays such as Petropavlovsk (POG), Wishbone (WSBN) and smaller holdings in Kefi (KEFI). So what does the chart say? Over to Palisade Capital.
